This is by far the best Salon in the High Country. Great Parking and amazing people. I have had a few of the ladies there do my hair and I can say I think all of them truly care about what they do. I always get a great cut each time, and when they ask you to look and give your opinion and you ask for a little change they will do it and do it with a smile and care!! How wonderful to be treated so well. I also see Kat for my nails there, THE BEST OF THE BEST. (PERIOD) I refuse to let anyone else touch my nails ever again. Tana at the front desk is amazing and takes great care of everyone who comes in. The decor is really nice, it is comfortable and clean and everyone is a joy to be around. Thank you all!!!

First time trying out Changes. My 2-year-old son and I got great haircuts, and the staff was friendly and patient with my two young boys. We will be back.

I love going to Changes! I have been twice thus far and it is the best salon I have found in Boone! Celia has done an amazing job coloring my hair and doing the trial run for my wedding updo. The staff is so incredibly friendly and make it a great environment - I highly recommend it!

I moved here from Florida and had been searching for salon that did a good job with blond hair which was hard to find until I found Changes! Shannon is awesome, Rachael is Awesome and i have friends that go to a couple of the othere stylists, and their hair always looks great! So I highly recommend this Salon!

Debbie has been cutting my whole familys hair for over 20 years. We drive from over an hour away to see her. If thats not a recommendation, I dont know what is.

Jill is my stylist. She is awesome. Very patient and kind with my three boys. Styles them the way they ask 😍

They worked me in when I needed a haircut. She did fine. I think with a couple of visits it would be a very good place to get a haircut

Great place, great atmosphere... Josh is the man! Real nice guy who knows his craft. I just moved to the area and went to three other salons. When I found out that Josh (previously of Shear Shakti) was now here, I knew I found my place!

I had an appt with Summer last week and this needs to be addressed.When I made the appt I asked for someone experienced and whos good at covering gray. When I arrived I showed her a picture and she said she could do it. It was nothing like the picture. It was actually darker than I wanted..I wanted a light ash blonde. My roots became even darker.Fast forward...I called and complained and came back a day or 2 later for her to fix it. I was told that I couldnt get a refund and that I needed the same person because they all work for themselves. Im not really sure how this is customer service but whatever. I came back and thats where the fun really began!I showed her the picture again and she said she could definitely do it...she mustve just misunderstood. She told me that she was in fact new. That is so upsetting because I called and booked for an experienced person!My hair underneath was still dark brown so to make it blonde....its now brassy orange. My haircut included bangs!...when I said I just wanted long layers on the sides.My hair is ruined. I am now going to canvas in split appts to fix what she has done.Ive never had a bad experience with my hair until I had her touch my hair.Shame on you for not giving a refund to someone whos called to voice their rightful opinion.

Im not really happy. I got my hair cut on a Saturday the girl was really distracted by a small child in the chair next to me. And now my hair cut is pretty bad. The layers in my hair are chunky squares and every time I flat iron it it looks ridiculous. So Ill be wearing my hair up for the next few weeks. Not impressed.
