My husband and I had an awesome experience today with Rita (?) She was so friendly and went above and beyond to help us choose our frames and complete our whole transaction. She was lovely! Thank you, Costco for hiring people like her.

Absolutely terrible service. Will never do business with them again. I just now got my trial contact lenses after 3 MONTHS of waiting. The first time I was in, they didnt have them. Then I got a phone call two weeks later saying they were in, I showed up, they said oh, Im not sure who called you, it looks like the order was never placed. They supposedly placed the order, told me they would call me. I get a phone call 3 weeks later saying theyre in. I show up, they hand them to me, and they were the wrong prescription. They didnt have the correct ones, so I had to wait again. This wait took 4 full weeks and when I finally got the call. I showed up on my day off, they were closed during normal business hours, no warning. I finally got in to pick them up the following week and was told I couldnt take them without a follow up, which didnt need to be done the previous times. I waited 30 minutes to be told you can take them. I was on the 90th day, so I asked what that meant for me, since I just now got them, they quickly said well there are 5 pairs, so call us if they workout for you. Nothing but attitude and condescending tones any time I was in. I will never do business with them again, since they seem to have zero problems with wasting my time.

One of my contacts ripped when I was out-of-town and I called to see if I could get my prescription sent to the Costco Vision that is in town so that I could get a trial pair (because I have 1 contact in). They wouldnt send over my prescription over because it had just expired. Really disappointed. I understand that its expired, but I had to leave the following day and this is an emergency. I will not be coming back.

My 2 daughters had a comprehensive eye exam - great experience. I went in for an issue with my eye - another great experience. Dr. Nguyen provided above and beyond service that you dont see often. Moreover, very good price.

The. Perfect. Experience. Great receptionist who got me checked in quickly and the optometrist was fantastic, very caring, very thorough, and best of all, easy to talk to. Im still waiting to get my glasses, and Ill be happy to go back and pick them up. Kudos, lots of kudos to this place.

The wait time for an appointment and the service itself was good. The doctor and the prescription was great. However the receptionist was not up front with the cost and it turned out to be very high priced. $295 for just bifocal lenses, frames not included.

They didn’t know how to process my VSP Vision Care insurance for my children. I taught them how. Again, same issue a month later when I tried to make an appt. for myself. I called my insurance and they called them and informed them. Get to the Dr. sign the forms and they want me to pay 15.00 for a digital eye exam or I can’t have an exam. I have GREAT insurance, no copay, great glass and contact coverage and according to them I still have to pay. 😮

Excellent staff! Lorena Farr helped me through the process. Got the frames I wanted, and received my glasses within a week. I would, and will, recommend my friends and family!

Great experience with staff and doctors. Only took 5 days before I received my prescription glasses. Highly recommended.

Started going there last year. First visit with Dr Bruce went well, and so did the few initial visits with Dr Shawn to get fitted with contacts.However, my test contacts did not fit me well, and it was a lot of back and forth with Dr Shawn, to where I almost got scolded and accused of not wearing my contacts right. Come to find out the contact didnt fit my eye right, and that didnt dawn on him until the last visit there.Tried calling this week, for my annual eye check up. Could not get through. Tried 2 days, no one picked up.The receptionist who eventually picked up, did not seem happy in her job, because she sounded like she couldnt care less about customer service. When I told her what I needed I was told they didnt have any openings until April. So I said that didnt work for me and I would have to figure something out. To which she said ok, bye.Needless to say, will never be going back there. Its a pity, they started out being very good. But the lack of decent customer service and being scolded for something that was due to their own shortcomings, is unacceptable.

Great experience. Both of my kids needed exams and glasses. The office did a great job of helping out with the glasses and they were very reasonably priced!

We went to Bonney Lake Optical the receptionist was very rude. we have been waiting over a month for my daughters glasses. We have called them 3 times and always the same answer another 2 weeks. The doctor was nice but the overall process is a joke.Dennis

Extremely rude on the phone. I called to schedule my daughter her first eye appointment and the woman that answered was rude and impatient with me for no reason. After that first impression I will definitely not be recommending this place to anyone in the future.

Definitely Poor!! After waiting almost a month for my glasses to come in, my prescription was completely off. I tried to tell this to the receptionist and she told me that nothing was wrong and that I had to give them a couple of weeks for my eyes to adjust. I have been wearing glasses pretty much my whole life and this has never been the case. When I went back, it turns out that they had messed up on prescription and now I have to wait almost another month to get a new pair! Needless to say, I will never go here again. They are beyond unprofessional and rude!!!

They were SO helpful when my sons glasses got broken. I was a little distraught about it and they worked to take care of me and alleviate my stress! Thank you, Bonney Lake Optical!!

Worst eye doctor I have been to. Rushed my refraction and then when I got my glasses the script was completely off. When I complained they said I just had to get used to them. Been wearing glasses for 30 years and this was without a doubt the worst doctor I have been to in my life!

I had to change my eye doctor because my insurance changed, which is what led me here. I ordered glasses and they said they would call. Two months later I am still wairing after numerous calls.
