I came in for an annual eye exam in March and had a great experience. The staff are very kind and the office is very bright and welcoming. Dr. Kaur is very knowledgeable and thorough during her exams. I got my glasses and sunglasses in a very reasonable amount of time and love them both! I highly recommend Bonney Lake Family Eye Care!

Called the clinic Monday morning with an emergency situation. The gentleman who answered the phone was so nice and helpful! They found a spot to squeeze me in to the schedule that day since it was an emergency situation especially with my type 1 diabetes! I just recently moved to town and was terrified not knowing where to go for care. The team was amazing when I arrived and very knowledgeable about my billing. The doctor was also fantastic and walked me through everything so patiently even though my anxiety was running high. Overall my experience was very positive and I would recommend this office to everyone! Very much appreciated!

Today was my first visit to Bonney Lake Family Eye Care. They are very friendly and genuinely want to help you. Piyush took his time and was very patient and helpful with helping me choose my first pair of glasses! Definitely recommended. Beautiful office too!

I had a eye emergency and even though I was not a patient there the office took me in the same day that I called them. The front desk staff greeted me and the girls were so friendly. I filled out my paperwork and was seen immediately. The eye Dr was so warm and friendly and so was the girl that took pictures of my eyes. Even though the office was busy they took their time with me and I felt like they did a thorough and detailed examination and explained what was happening with my eye and put me at ease . The staff is outstanding and I highly recommend this office. I am now going to be a lifetime patient.

Aside from normal eye maintenance (checkup, glasses, etc) that they are excellent at, I saw the Dr regarding a specific problem with my dry eyes. The professionalism and knowledge of the Dr and her staff at both locations in helping me address, explain all options, and arrive at a solution was invaluable. I feel very comfortable with the Dr am Im most pleased with my experiences here.

Dr. Kaur was able to get me in for an emergency visit for a scratched cornea. After leaving a message on a Sunday morning, I received a call back within 10 minutes saying she could be there to see me in an hour. Dr. Kaur was very friendly, helpful and professional. These folks are outstanding! Very very kind, patient and understanding. They were able to address my concerns about social distancing and greatly reduce my stress levels. The eye exam was thorough and when the wonderful Dr determined that glasses would not help my vision they didnt jack up the bill by loading on things I didnt need. She recommended cataract surgery and I will do that.Thank you Dr. and staff! You are awesome!!

Great service! Got me in on time and eye exam was quick but efficient. They went over all my options for lenses and frames, and I learned some new facts on the technologies available which is always a plus. Will definitely bring my family here for future eye care needs.

I read the reviews before going, and it was a wonderful as everyone said it would be! Dr. Kaur doesnt even use eye puffs to check your pressure. Everything is new and state of the art. I cant recommend highly enough.

They took good care of my whole family today. We all got thorough eye exams. The opthalmologist was awesome. Nice modern equipment. Wife and daughter found some nice frames. Good selection. They took plenty of time to let us browse and were very helpful choosing the right frames and lense options. Optometrist was very patient with us. Coming back in a few weeks to get disposable contacts to use with my VR headset. Follows Covid protocol. Office is right up the hill from where we live in Orting. Support local business!!!

I was so happy with everyone at this office..I took my stepson in and then made my appointment.they remember both of us by name and that I had brought him in.The staff was very helpful since this was my first time ever being to an eye doctor. Dr Kaur explained all the tests she was performing and helped me to understand what is happening with my vision.they helped me too pick out not only the glasses that I liked but what would work best with my perscipition.We are very lucky to have them in our community and I will recommend them to everyone.

I would honestly say that this place is clean and beautiful. When you walk in everyone is so nice and greet you. Dr. Kaur was very patient with me and my kids. We were treated with the upmost respect. I’m a huge Ray Ban glasses fan and man they had it all. I was happy I was able to find the one the fit my face the best. I will definitely be coming back.
