Do not go to this pharmacy unless you love long lines and then being told multiple times to come back in five more minutes because isn’t ready yet. I normally go to Costco where they are very efficient, friendly and there is hardly a line at all. I will definitely never come back to this location for my pharmacy needs.

I refill over the phone using an automated service and it is usually pretty easy. Most of the time I get good service here, although sometimes the line can be a bit of a wait. Im a bit hard of hearing so the Asian woman can be difficult to understand and is my least favorite PA. The pharmacist has always been nice however. I wish theyd keep certain OTC items in better stock.

Dont bother trying to fill anything important here. They wouldnt fill my wifes pain medication THAT HER DOCTOR PRESCRIBED AFTER SURGERY because it didnt follow CDC guidelines. If a LICENSED SURGEON writes a prescription theres a good reason for it.

Dont get your vaccine here, if you make an appointment it doesnt mean anything. Youll end up waiting a long time.

High traffic but great team

They are so nice! I was having issues filling my husbands prescription at another pharmacy, and I called Walmart, they had that item in stock, called the other pharmacy, had it transferred over and ready to pick up so quickly. For as busy as they are, they are always friendly and fast!

Pharmacy is very busy but these employees are doing the best they can. We’ve never had a pharmacy error but we’ve experienced some really slow Rx refills & poor communications between Dr offices & the pharmacy....yikes, it takes frequent phone calls to get the situations resolved! The pharmacists have excellent injection techniques. I get all of my yearly flu shots there, along with pneumovax & the Shingles series. I support the pharmacy employees!!

Horrible experience every time. Every three months when I refill my birth control they dont have it available and need to order it. Of course I only am made aware of this once I call to check on the status of the refill. Nobody ever calls to let me know.Of course when they have to order it that means it is not ready by the day I need it to stay on the correct cycle of days.Its birth control it shouldn’t be this difficult to get it refilled

I was able to see better with my old glasses than my new ones. They blamed it on me using my old frame

Terrible service, extremely unhelpful, and very unreliable. Same prescriptions every month for 2 years, and they manage to mess it up every other time. Im done with this place, please go somewhere else, save yourself. Good luck.

Customer service was pleasant enough but couldnt get my insurance linked automatically just by dropping off a prescription. Super inconvenient, just took it back to Safeway.

Worst pharmacy ever, meds called in 4 hrs before I tried to pick up and still had to wait over 45 min. Customer service is awful,

Slow ass employees! Have complete disregard for anybody’s time. Wait time is at least 30 minutes just in line. Bonney lake does nothing to improve their pharmacy service

Waited 45 min for a prescription that was called in. Spoke with dr office they called again only to have the pharmacy delete all of the providers credentials. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Tired of getting half ass service, slow, no communication , an I adequate employees

Long wait times, Disjointed Customer Service, Unfortunately Understaffed...Not The Fault Of Employees...

Refilled a prescription, they said ready at 11:30. By 3:30 it still wasn’t ready and I had to leave. Came back the next day to pick it up and they said they didn’t have it. Using a new pharmacy from now on.
