I am new to the area and was looking for a new hair salon. I went online to set my appointment, the soonest they had available was 3 weeks out. I put a note saying to contact me to discuss prior to my appointment to ensure enough time was planned for. No one contacted me. I went for my appointment and while I was in the parking lot waiting to go in, 8 minutes prior to my appointment they called and left me a voicemail saying my stylist had a fever and for me to call to reschedule. No apology or concern for my time nor the time I had to wait for an opening. ISO of a business that wants my business.

My son had a great experience with Hailey at Daniel Ross Salon! All staff were friendly, and Hailey was skilled with my son’s hair, talking him into a new style for the first time in a long while. It wasn’t cheap, but it was good. We will be back!

I hadn’t gotten a haircut not by my sister (who went to cosmetology school) in years so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I got Kate who was super nice. After getting my haircut, I got home and noticed some unevenness after styling (which I chatted with my sister about and turns out is super common from a lot of different factors, like me being a constant head tilter). I almost didn’t go back but ended up making a new appointment. Not only was Kate super nice about it and agreed that there was some length difference and fixed it, but she noticed things like how I put my hair behind my ears and how my hair didn’t want want to curl under as easily. She was able to make it even better and didn’t charge extra (I did tip because I was very relieved and excited). Highly recommend.

Ashley was wonderful! She did exactly what I showed her in the picture. Such a wonderful environment and the price is really great!!

I found this place about 2 years ago after really needing some help with a botched at home bleaching. When I went in they referred me to my stylist who was an absolute joy beginning to end. She was real and upfront with me while also being supportive and offering advice should I do it again! I only go there to get my hair done now and each time is a truly wonderful experience. I encourage all my friends to try them out and have referred quite a few people so you know I like them lol they also are quick to take responsibility for a not so great job and take action swiftly to amend it. Very clean, personable, professional, and just all around a warm salon to be in. Besides hair care they also provide eyebrow microblading, facials, makeup for any occasion, and waxing! If you need to find a salon with diversity and skill, this is the place to look ☺️❤️!

I have been seeing Mariah at Daniel Ross Salon in Bonney Lake for about a year! When I first came to Mariah, I had lofty goals of becoming blonde, starting with pretty dark hair with red undertones (see picture). In the last year, Mariah has been able to achieve an incredible transformation in my hair (see picture of my hair now)! Of course, this didnt happen overnight, but each step of the way was a beautiful shade and something that I was happy with. If you are ever interested in being blonde, or really any type of hair goals, Mariah is your girl! Besides her incredible skill set, she is a total joy to be around and I love getting to spend time with her during my appointments.I have never had hair that is more beautiful AND healthy than I do now. I am constantly getting compliments on my hair too! If you want #hairgoals - get on Mariahs schedule!

My 10 year old daughter has Sensory Processing Disorder, Autism, & Epilepsy. For MONTHS she refused to let me touch her head in order to brush her hair. Yes, LITERALLY MONTHS. After baths or showers, it would just air dry - the waves tangling more and more each time. She let a couple of my closest friends attempt to get the knots out, NEVER ME - no matter how much of a feather hand I had - but they had minimal luck. My friends and I tried to come up with solutions, but everyone was telling me wed most likely have to cut her hair SUPER short, possibly shaving it in parts. I knew that would traumatize her and, after the other traumatic events shes been through this year, THAT was not a possiblity.The women at the Bonney Lake David Ross Salon are miracle workers! Kiara, Avas main stylist, was very patient and knowledgeable. She spoke to Ava about what she was doing so Ava would be prepared and really treated her as a paying guest rather than a child. She was assisted by Lea and together, over the course of about FOUR hours, these women patiently got through the bullet proof birds nest of mats and somewhere underneath all of that... Avas beautiful smile was found again.I had almost given up on the idea of saving her hair, but from the second we walked in and throughout the entire appointment, everyone on the staff we spoke to was confident that wed be happy with the results and theyd be able to save her hair. They definitely delivered.At the end, I bought products to help keep it up at home as well. I paid in cash, included a tip, and the receptionist counted back my change. Because the tip was included in the entire amount of cash I handed her, I told her to keep it. She graciously thanked me, however I never received a receipt. It usually wouldnt be that big of a deal because Im so overly pleased with the results of our experience there, but I realized when I arrived home that I purchased two of the same product and would like to return one of them. I KNOW theyd remember us, but Im pretty sure I need a receipt for the products.Other than that, we had such a great time and will definitely be back. Customer service was spot on, talent was immaculate, the ability to address a special situation and take into account the needs of a child with a disability, having another stylist offer to stay late to help shows teamwork that comes from working at a place where employees are respected, and we were even given tips on products to use for her hair, products to avoid for her hair, and home care - all in a way that a 10 year old with Special Needs could comprehend. I am thoroughly impressed. Kiara is a keeper! Thank you! (If you find that receipt, let me know).

Ive been coming to Daniel ross salon for almost 2 years. Mariah is one of the beautiful and very perfessional stylist, she is the one and only person that I will go to to get my hair colored. Always does an amazing job on my hair and makes sure Im comfortable and taken care of. Their fashion colors are beyond gorgeous and I cant wait to go back.

I tried this place in May when I was looking for a new salon. I told the stylist 3 times while she was cutting my hair to go shorter. She barely snipped the ends off. I finally left, but wasnt happy so went back a few days later to have her fix it. I told her, again, I wanted it shorter. She told me the difference in length left between a clipper cover 2 and 3 - I said use a 2. When she finished I felt my hair and said it could still be a little shorter. She said That was a 2-1/2. She still wasnt listening to me or doing what I asked. Never going back.

Let me tell you about Mariah! Starting with the fact that she is so kind & welcoming! She makes every visit fun, and is genuinely interested in what you are saying! But lets get to the real point here, this woman is the definition of a master stylist! When i came to her my hair was fried,brassy and just all around a disaster! Since then this hair goddess has changed my whole look & I leave her chair feeling so beautiful! My color is blended and beautiful, if you want or need any hair service she is your girl! First time there 6 days ago and Hailey did an amazing job. She color corrected a previous hair color job that had gone wrong and gave me some toned down brown roots with ashy colored balayage. Love it! The vibe of the salon is definitely chic and hip but still casual, so it lives up to the whole “salon experience” which is really important to me. Staff is friendly & cordial. I highly recommend and definitely going back.

My 9 year old daughters hair was a mess and needed some serious TLC. Marisa was amazing with her! She talked to her the whole time and was so sweet! My daughter loved her! She also did an amazing job of saving her hair from the summer pool damage! We will definitely be coming back! I will be making an Appt with Marisa for my hair next!

Marissa was fabulous! I was looking to cover some gray streaks. She had a plan in advance and knew what I was looking for. What I really appreciated was that her goal was to enhance my natural look and make maintenance a breeze! I would definitely recommend her.

This place is a go-to for all your beauty needs. The girls are so friendly and professional. I have been going here for hair, and waxing for a few years now and have never been disappointed. The building is nice and always spotless and they always have good quality products out to try and buy. It is not the cheapest services youll ever have, but you get what you pay for and they go above and beyond!

Jc was my stylist and she did a great job on my hair and was very friendly. Only gave 4 stars because she left color on my forehead and the appointment took over 4 hours. I know they usually take around 3 but dang! But my hair looks great and I will probably be going to her again .Hopefully next time I can give her the full 5 stars .

Daniel Ross is by far the most professional hair salon in Bonney Lake, and Ive tried quite a few. Katie has been my stylist for several months and shes an expert in color and always provides exactly what I want. I leave completely satisfied and happy with my hair. My only wish is that they would offer mani-pedi services too. Then it would be one stop shopping for me.

Just got my hair died the most beautiful silver with brown roots, I love it! It’s gorgeous. Highly recommend this place! Everyone is so friendly.I loved my lash lift, tint, and brow wax I recieved. Totally worth the money! I look like I have actual eyelashes now.

After moving to Tehaleh in 2016, I started using Daniel Ross Salon & Skin Care. Ive used most all of their services: hair treatments, hair cut and styling, makeup, waxing, facials and brow tints. All of the services have met my expectations and have been exactly as I requested. The staff is very knowledgeable and extremely professional and friendly. I will continue using their great services. So, pleased I discovered such an excellent full-service salon close to home!

Tara at Daniel Ross is amazing! I trust this lady completely and coming from someone thats had some horrible cuts and color in the past, thats saying a lot! She asks great questions, really listens the the answers and takes the time to show me how to actually do it myself when I get home! Not only does she do amazing things with my hair and leave me walking out happy with my cut/color every time, but shes so genuine that I always feel like I just spent a couple hours hanging out with one of my girlfriends!

I was a bit surprise that I went back after my last experience. I have always received great service from Daniel Ross after my favorite stylist left, i went back just for a hair cut and received the worst service from a front desk gal, reading a book with her feet on the chair and wanted to argue about a $10 coupon that I had mentioned when booking my appointment. When my stylist didnt have an opening, I called Daniel Ross. I, once again, received what Im use to-amazing service- a greeting before the front door was even closed and it turns out that friendly girl was my stylist! Ashley is amazing and so skilled! She is definitely an asset to your company!

Emily did an amazing job with my hair. I have a sensitivity/allergy to hair dyes, but she worked with me to was very considerate of how she colored my hair. She is amazing! Definitely go and see her!

Brooke was fantastic! She took her time and explained everything to me before as and as she was taking care of my hair. I love the final look. It is exactly what I wanted.

I went here and paid for a perm, 1 hour later my hair fell mostly flat. I went back in and the stylist who did my perm, JC, immediately noticed something went wrong. She set up an appointment for me to meet with the Manager, Jess. I met with Jess and she told me she thought I should go with a haircut and regular shampooing and deep conditioning treatment. That was great and all, but I paid for and wanted a perm. I went back in for a coloring, which turned out amazing. I know these ladies are talented and capable, Ive seen their work. However I feel that they could have done better with making up for the failed perm, such as offering the coloring half priced or to redo the perm free of charge later on. I dont like giving bad reviews, especially because I feel these ladies are great at what they do, but I feel like I was let down as a cistomer.

I Love Daniel Ross! This is my second visit to this location and I am very pleased with my cut and color. Ive seen Emily both times and she has been great. I used to go to the Covington location, but moved out of the area, after searching for years for another salon, Im back at Daniel Ross, it is worth the drive for me.

I saw Hailey at the Bonney Lake location for the first time yesterday, and she did a fantastic job with my hair. I have not dyed my hair in several years, but wanted a change. Hailey listened to what I wanted and helped me to pick out a good color so that my hair still looks natural for my skin tone. She gave me a beautiful balayage and hair cut, and I absolutely love it. She took her time and is easy to talk to and did high quality work. She even showed me how to curl my hair with a flat iron afterwards! I have gotten several compliments on my hair today. Thank You Hailey! I will definitely come back.

Love this salon. I go here for my hair and waxing. They are a little pricey on the high end but you really do get what you pay for here. I’ve used a couple of their stylists and both did amazing work. Their esthetitians are great too. If you don’t mind spending the $$ for great work go here.

I drive here all the way from WOODINVILLE just to get my hair cut. I have tried many of the different girls here and it is always perfect. I love the complimentary hand and head massage as well. The atmosphere is perfect, great music, and overall very classy. I feel like I should be paying a lot more. I highly recommend this place.

I had a cut and color done by Molly today. She did an excellent job matching my existing color, and cut my hair exactly how I asked. Also, I absolutely loved that the dye she used didnt have that awful chemical smell! I highly recommend her.

Ive been coming here for close to two years. Two girls processed balayage on my dark brown hair, which no one has ever been able to do successfully. There is true talent at Daniel Ross and I will forever be greatful. 5 stars.

I had my hair and makeup done here for my wedding, it was a nerve-racking morning but Madison and Katie made me feel so comfortable and did an amazing job!

I interacted twice with this business and both times I got a lot of sarcasm and attitude even after spending over 100$I work for a customer service focused company so my patience is very well practiced, but they made me feel like even though I spent my money there, they could care less if I ever come back. Which I honestly and sincerely wont. I can still hear the sarcasm in their voice. Last person that I interacted with was a female by the name of Heather. So frustrating to give someone the benefit of the doubt and then not only find out your doubts were correct, but feel as though they spat in my face then rubbed it in with their middle finger.

I am so glad I had JC do my color last weekend. I had touched up my roots at home a couple months ago and when the color did not take on part of my hair JC redid the whole top of my head to make sure it didnt look all patchy. I was so happy she wouldnt let me leave with bad hair even though it was extra time out of her day.

My stylist is Mel. She does a FANTASTIC job with my short bob cut. Really listens to my likes and wants and gets the job done, even if Im vague or going back and forth between shorter or longer. My friend came along and Mel did her hair as well. My friend has long wavy hair and she always has trouble finding someone to do her bangs just right to suit her face. Again, Mel listened to her concerns and was spot on. Were both VERY happy with Mel and the salon and support staff are great too!
