Amazing lash spa. If your looking for quality work and a salon that actually cares about you, you’ve found the right place! I’ve seen just about all of their lash artists, and all of them have been so genuine and friendly. But most importantly they know exactly what their talking about. I feel like now a days everyone either does or knows someone that does lashes, and so many people are uneducated about them. So it was really important to me to find a place that knew what they were talking about! Also wanted to shout out the girls at the front desk, their very personable and they’ve always been able to accommodate my schedule even when I’ve been put on a waitlist!

I read many reviews about a certain artist named Jen. I booked with Jen a few weeks ago, excited about her highly credited work, but come to find out at my appointment I was not scheduled with Jen. No one even informed me. I actually have no idea who ended up doing my brows that day since she did not introduce herself. I only knew it wasnt Jen because shortly after I received an email that Jen was not in the salon at that time. I received a brow wax and henna. The girl forgot I had a brow wax and left me for a long period of time just laying on the bed. At checkout I was even over priced and had to call to receive my money back. Very unprofessional, poor communication, and poor quality because the brow henna only lasted two weeks and should last much longer then that. Horrible experience,

Was not overall impressed with these lashes at all.My eye got scratched from the gel pad or an allergic reaction from what the manger told me. 1st picture was day one it happened. The other picture was 2 days later still just as red. Took about 4 days total for my eye to feel normal.The lashes themself felt heavy and I kept needing to push them up. I would get a reflection from them whenever I would look directly towards a light source. I had a few of them hurt if I closed my eyes, that I needed to pluck them out.

Jen does an amazing job! Ive seen many lash techs over the past 5+ years and and I dont know what she does different, but my eyes are never erritated. Previous salons Ive had to take a break from lashes after a few months as my eyes started to react. My natural lashes are still healthy and in tact! Highly recommend trying the girls at Lash Divas!

Professional, timely, and quality would be the best words to describe my experience here. The staff is always professional and friendly. What I really appreciate is their respect for clients time and quality of lashes. I am busy and usually booked back to back with my schedule, then I head to work right after my appointment. I never have to worry about my schedule or the quality of lashes. I highly recommend coming here.

I went in for a wax about a month ago with Sheri and I mentioned how bad my skin had gotten because of always having to wear a mask. Sheri recommended an acne gel that was a little pricy but said it was super worth it. She said “I promise you this will work” having tried a lot of different products I was hesitant but I was willing to try anything at this point. A month later and my skin is PERFECTLY CLEAR and I just want to thank Sheri SO MUCH!!! I was feeling horrible about my skin and now it’s all cleared up because of her recommendation and she kept her promise that it would work. Thank you Sheri a million times! I am super grateful. Absolutely worth every penny.

I have so many good things to say about this day spa but I have to say the main reason I keep coming back is they are convenient, fast, and do an amazing job. If you are last minute trying to get in they will make it happen. I mainly see Jen but have seen other gals here and was equally impressed.

It was my first time there and Jen did a wonderful job on my eyebrows. The staff was very friendly and even the customers were nice and chatty. They have an amazing, welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely be back!

As a Bonney lake local I have essentially tried all the places in town for eye brow waxing and have not been satisfied. Well I found my place !!! Sherry is AMAZING. listened to exactly what I wanted and followed through. Very relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended.

I love this place! I have gotten lashes, eyebrow tinting, waxing, and a facial. I have always been extremely pleased with all of my experiences there! The place is super cute and the people are very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend them for any of their services!

I recently started taking my 12 year old here for their waxing services. The staff is warm and welcoming every time weve been in and the location is super clean.

Im not one to.leave reviews, but after 6 months of patronage, the service has been consistently outstanding. Mainly work with Jen, but have seen Crissy as well. Everyone, including the receptionist have been the best. Keep in mind this is a very busy salon, which I think speaks for the quality. If youre running late the effects are felt by every customer. Both Jen & Crissy always ensure youre satisfied. I am not affiliated with anyone there, just a customer who appreciates the quality of service they provide.

I would not recommend going to this place at all. The tell you youre going to get volume lashes that are super expensive and they end up giving you a set of classics. Even if you schedule a volume fill they still give you classics. If you can see your eyelid through your lashes those are not volume. They glued multiple of my lashes together and nobody there is even friendly. Would not recommend. If you like classic lashes they do a decent job just be careful because your lashes will feel uncomfortable from them gluing them together.

Had appointment with Taylor for eyebrow, lip, chin and legs waxed. She does a pretty good job. Price is a bit high for what I had done - only waxed edge of lip and chin but still charged full price. Update: Went back again for eyebrow wax and half leg. Was overcharged AGAIN! When I got home and had a closer look, my eyebrows are uneven! Huge parts of my legs were not waxed. Ive had much better results in a nail salon I used to go to. I could call and complain but I think a bad review is more helpful.

Rude clerk. She told us to drive there even though we were running 10 min late. We get there and after driving for 45 min she turned us away and had another client who just by coincidence was 2 hours early fill our spot. And to top it off the look she gave us along with her attitude was very off putting. The stairs up to the salon were filthy with drug parsphanelia right inside the stairwell. The actual salon was cute, but when making the appointment keep in mind they are a second story business WITHOUT an elevator and its not advertised as well as we as first time clients were not told this at any point in the appointment process.

By far the best around. I have had Jennifer do my lashes for about 2 years. I recently moved to FL, but came back to WA for a wedding and Jennifer was so accommodating and put my eyelash extensions back on for me. I went back home and my coworkers and friends were all amazed how wonderful they looked. I cant say enough wonderful things about the Chicks at Lash Chicks. I Will always make a point of visiting when I am in Wa.

My Daughter made an appointment 4 months prior to her Wedding Day for 8 girls to get their makeup done. Literally 5 days before the wedding day, she received a message on her phone, stating that their Air Brush Machine was not working and could not get it fixed or replaced before the Weddding Day, so they cancelled on her, leaving her very unhappy. when she called them back they made no apologies and really didnt have much to say. I would think if you are a legitimate business, you would make sure that you have back up equipment espessially for a day as important as someones Wedding day. Very Unreliable!!! I would not ever recommend them to anyone!!
