Paid $50 for dip powder nails. would recommend this place if youre in a rush, dont want an intricate nail design or a friendly nail tech. originally asked for a design with a lot of line work with a coffin shape.. they told me they could do it and obviously could not. it wasnt like the pictures at all. she did the line work thick and sloppy, almost looked like there was no effort. had to get something else bc i refused to leave with my nails the way they looked. but i kept the lumpy coffin shape bc i didnt want to be there for another hour.theyre ok but i wouldnt be back. theres little mistakes, she was rushing bc she messed up. pedicure was great and the nails look okay from far away. ive had better press ons.

Came in for a acrylic removal and dip manicure. 3 different ladies worked on my nails and they had no idea what they were doing. I knew they kept talking about me because they kept saying dip and the girl doing my nails was laughing so hard she stopped doing my nails multiple times and laughed amongst each other. They kept hovering each person doing my nails- The service took 2 hours, when it should’ve only taken one at most from prior experiences from other salons. I am never one to write reviews, but this experience was too awful to leave it alone….

Great positive experience and vibes. Very clean and peaceful. Accurate wait times if any. I love that they keep similar timing when in a group/ couple visit so 1 person is not waiting for the other. Very personable and fun!

I came in today and after I left j noticed that there were quite a few issues with my nails, so I called to see what could be done. I called and explained what happened and was promised a refund when I came back in about 30 minutes. I go back, and they tell me u cannot get a refund and that they could not do anything. Then I asked for the manager and was told that they were in Las Vegas, so I asked for the phone number, got the phone number with no answer so I left a voicemail. Then I asked if I could at least get the shellac removed and was told no and that the manager would now be back at the store at 1 PM tomorrow, when originally they did not know when they were going to be back. My nails look nothing like the picture that I showed and I am beyond disappointed. I was really looking forward to having some cute nails before the school year started. Nobody should be proud of the work that was done.

I had a great experience here. Just moved to town and came for a pedicure. I was assisted promptly. I came for a gel pedicure and she did a great job- was also super friendly and paid close attention to detail. It was super relaxing and she massaged my legs and feet longer than I expected which was a godsend for me cause I have a baby at home and the pedicure was a real treat. Would definitely return here. :)

I have been going here on and off for a couple of years and I have only had good experiences. All the girls are so nice and always do a great job. They always offer me a drink and get me seated quickly. Its always relaxing. I would recommend.

These ladies saved me the other night. I walked in with the most disgusting nail job from TK Top Nails in Puyallup.I should have known better.I showed the ladies a picture of what I wanted and then my nails on my hands of what TK did. I was so upset I was almost in tears. I was seated and they went to work on me. 2 hours later (after closing) I walked out of there with a beautiful set of light pink hot pink ombre. Seemed to be in a rush and cut the skin around my toes. You know when the alcohol spray hurts like hell and theres blood. Did provide a free mimosa! I doesnt hurt so bad now... My friend had a nice and relaxing person, had more services done even though we picked the same package. Hers took about 15 minutes longer, same package, same start time.

WOW! I came here in march and i loved what they did with my nails and toes. This place is the BEST! i recommend this place for everyone! Who cares Brittany said because she is wrong! These people are so cool and Im going back today with my mom to show her how awesome this place is!5 STARS!!!!!

Never been here. My normal place was closed so I thought I would give them a try. The gal did a terrible job on my nails. Everything looked good till the end. Felt like she rushed it because new people came in. Wont be back!

If I could give less than one star I would. First of all rude as hell , my nails look like a kindergarten student did them , completely smudged and they tried arguing that I still need to pay. Never again will I go there !

Staff is always courteous. Serve me quickly and efficiently. Listen to what I want. Very clean place. Love them!

I got a pedicure here recently. It was so so and it cost $42. The fact they will give you one free adult drink does not make the price or quality worth it.I have been to nail salons that charge less and you get a better pedicure.

I have been to this salon many times and have had a great experience each time! I usually get pedicures and shellac on my nails and have no complaints!

I take my huband there and they treat him like a king. Everyone is so nice and kind. My husband almost clipped his toe off, thank God we found this place.

Best place i have been to. The male nail technician did my nails and he was very conversational which i appreciate.

My nail polish never dried. After 2 hours waiting i finally had to remove it at home. The technicians didnt listen to my concerns and were not helpful

My friend and I had appts at 5:30, they were ready for us which was good. But the service went downhill from there. My pedicure was the worst I ever had and the polish started chopping within 2 weeks.My manicure was horrible and I got the shellac, that only lasted less than a week.

The woman that did my nails was rushing and I left with my nails lumpy, thick, and uneven. I ended up going to love fx nails in Bonney Lake to have them fixed.

Absolutley awful service. My cousin and I went in the other day to get acrylics and the service was horrible. One lady walked away in the middle of doing my nails, and the other was on her phone constantly. It took them like 2 hours to finish my nails because they kept walking away. And they did a horrible job. My nails are so uneven, and streaky, and they just look so bad. Im normally a really good tiper and was going to give them a 7 dollar tip, until they treated us so badly. They got no tip, and Im never going there again. So unprofessional.

Seriously the worst experience ever! Ive been getting my nails done for almost 10 years and this has been the worst ever. Ive come to this salon a few times. The first time I came in a asked the main guy if he could put gel top coat over regular nail polish and he just hands me the shellac samples and says pick one. His attitude sucked. Then I came in today and asked for a fill and polish change on my toes, they say itll be 15 minutes so I wait. One of the girls tells me to sit in one of the chairs for my toes and they have it started for a pedicure and I said to someone that I just needed a polish change, I even heard them tell each other that. One of the girls who hardly speaks an ounce of English then insists I put my feet in the water. Honestly I just did it because I was frustrated and didnt want to make a fuss. Then when it finally came to doing my fill, I picked a purple and 2 glitters for an ombre look. The girl that did my fill didnt even use the glitter I picked out, she got up and chose something else. I truly hated how it ended up looking, they were so busy so I didnt say anything and went home. I regretted it and was so unhappy how it looked I ended up going back and when I asked to get a polish change because I said I didnt like it they looked at me like they totally didnt get what I was saying. So that same guy I mentioned earlier said he would help me and ended putting my new color choice over my horrible ombre!!!! He didnt even take it off! Luckily I cant see the initial color. Worst place ever!!!

Awful. Got a fill, nails look yellow, paint still on the skin of my fingers. Didn’t paint end of nails. Made no attempt to have a conversation, just awful and unwelcoming.
