Went with my husband for haircuts. I got mine styled and it looks great. Husband looks handsome and very happy with cut and service. Angela was very nice and made us feel comfortable. We will be back and prices were good too.

I signed up online and there was no wait when I showed up a few minutes later. The staff was super friendly and nice. And they also did a great job on my hair cut. They also provide a huge variety of hair products to keep your hair looking good. I’d definitely go back when I need another cut.

No just no, I got a great haircut last times form the lady with the long nails, and i got haircut with my buddy this time and the cuts were hella rushed.We were offered the hot towel at the end, for good reason. The back of both of our necks are red, straight up red.This is the second worst haircut I have ever had. Gentlemen, go to a proper barbershop, early in the morning.Please be smart about your haircuts.This is a warning, be careful and do your background research.

Well run hair salon

I got my highlights root touch up done and a haircut in this salon but unfortunately the highlights came out bad. My roots were orange and there were a lot of areas that were missing highlights and were uneven. Other highlights that were colored over the existing highlights even though I didntnot ask for that were over processed and broke off. The haircut was good but the highlights were terrible. Thumbs down. And the prices were high and not budget friendly like stated on the website.Will not be coming back.

This is the worst Supercuts I have been to in my life. The hair dresser rushed through my haircut and was so rough with my head, she kept removing my mask to trim my sideburns and would cover my eyes, sloppily putting my mask on my face. She could care less how I felt in the process, she asked for a cash tip and I told her I am paying with a card and she went on a whole rant about corporate changes and tips being applied to their paycheck. The entire process felt so transactional and cold. This place is so close to my work and I REFUSE to go back. Also my haircut looks awful, so many spots were left unaddressed. Im really upset the more I think about it, I dont even want to go to work this week until my hair grows... its that bad.

I booked online as suggested by their website, and also checked in online. When I arrived I was not greeted, the only stylist I saw was performing a haircut so I just sat down and waited. Once the stylist “LilIie” ring up that customer she then took a phone call where I could hear her tell someone to leave to come pick her up now. She then asked if she could help me, I explained I had an appointment for a wash and haircut. She told me she does not see my appointment that maybe it was for another salon. I verified the address and had a screenshot of my confirmed appointment. She then told me I should have called to make the appointment and proceeded to tell me she does not have time to do my haircut even though they did not close for 30 more minutes. LilIe was very unprofessional, unhelpful and if she doesn’t want to work the position should be given to someone else who does in this economy In high unemployment rate! Even though I had a confirmed appointments screenshot she still proceeded to tell me I was wrong and it clearly had that address included on my confirmed appointment. I don’t even believe she Did not see it, she had made this decision when she told her ride to come pick her up before ever speaking to me.I left work early to get this haircut and had planned to have my hair colored afterwards which I then had to cancel because I needed the haircut first.

Best quality supercuts in the area.-1 star because the check-in/appointment system has zero value. They caution there could be a short wait, but theyll literally see any walk-ins that happen to pop in right before you. Last time I stopped by 4 times before finally getting there with a reasonable 5 minutes wait.

Gerilyn took care of me like a real professional. I tried a new look and she outdid herself. Had a full beard and she took the mustache off. She also did a great job trimming all the rest of my sideburns and nose and ear hairs as well as my eyebrows which get real bushy . If youre looking to look great and modern go to Gerilyn . You wont be disappointed. I promise.

Maggie gave me my hair cut. I’m of ethnic descendant, I explained to her my hair is different than their accustomed to and she was honest and said she would do her best. And man I appreciated that and afterwards she did an amazing job. Also great conversation during the entire cut and she stopped every now and then to make sure I was happy with how she was doing my hair. I have to say Maggie has given me one of the best hair cuts I’ve had in over a year. I’m very skeptical of getting hair cuts because of a scar I have on my right temple near my hairline and don’t like people doing trial and error on my hair but she took it extremely slow and made sure that I was happy with her service. Her personality was just amazing. Afterwards I got compliments from everyone who was with me and friends and family for Christmas she cut my hair evenly and perfectly and had to take time to acknowledge her skills, not only in her line of work but social skills, her attitude and just overall the great experience she gave :).Maggie was amazing I recommenced if you ever go to Supercuts ask for Maggie. She is talented in all area

I usually go to SuperCuts because I dont care for expensive or fancy trims every 2 months. I have the most plain haircut, a pixie, and they couldnt even do the back on my neck straight. I dont even know the name of my hair dresser and they were on the phone constantly while cutting hair. Buy yourself a $15 trimmer and give yourself a much better haircut.

My friend received a hair cut there, and the result was a disaster. They only worked on his cut with only one size. He looks like he got a speed racer helmet.

Overall good cut. Before they cut my hair they wanted more information than having to buy a new car! Name, address, phone, email, etc. I had to say no three times. I paid cash, then they asked are you sure you dont want to charge it! Im sure its all about marketing and selling my/your info. Not happening!

This place is terrible it is over priced on friday there is a girl that works there she made me look like mr burns from the simpsons with a full head of hair she should be fried becuse she suck.

Didnt like it at all manager store ive didnt has no customer skills, drop off my 3 kids... just because I wasnt there and didnt leave them the money, she made them wait for 45 minutes till I show up again... and gave me some bs that she was busy... no wait to treat my family
