My colorist and my stylist were brothers! High quality color and cut. Price is on the higher end but reasonable for the quality they deliver. Covid precautions followed meticulously. Highly recommend.

I too would like to share my experience with ALLISON DOSS. I should have read the review about her on here before booking. I found her on instagram and absolutely loved her work so I reached out and she agreed to do my hair with a $150 deposit since I would be a new client. As my appointment reaches, which was at 9, I waited since Saks had not opened yet and I was told it wouldn’t open until 11 which was odd. I reached out to her through instagram, called and texted and received no response. An hour goes by and she texts me that she just woke up and slept through her alarm and will be there in an hour and a half. I was so excited to get my hair done and was willing to wait so I told her to let me know when she’s close. No response. I speak with the receptionist to let them know what was going on and they stated they have been trying to reach her. Extremely unprofessional. 12PM approaches and I try to contact her for my money back then shortly decided to take it as a loss and go home. Still nothing from Allison. The next day, I reach out multiple times and what a surprise, she responds with excuses saying she will send it back. I had to keep messaging her until she finally sent it back at the very end of the day. She also tried to get me to come back with half off of the service. The audacity of this woman to have me waiting all day, ignore me and offer a discounted service? No thanks. Please stay away from her as she is good for being deceitful and dishonest.

I would like to share my experience about Allison DOS, she says she has nothing to do with the salon, but if she works there then I’ll leave a review, I scheduled an appointment with her two weeks in advance, The day of the appointment I call at 8 AM to get the address she tells me that she had family issues and cannot see me, which is fine family issues come up completely understand, two weeks before The appointment and she required a $200 deposit, when she cancels she says that she will reimburse me, I had to continuously bother her for it she wouldn’t answer my text or calls for two days, I decided to give in make another appointment with her two weeks in advance again, one night (mid night) before the appointment she cancels again, with another client in a group text, and all she says is sorry, very unprofessional I do not recommend her.Update, look how the owner replies to me is that how you treat costumers just terrible. .

This entire salon, from services to staff is swoonworthy! Joel and Ben fixed the work of previous stylist, and now my hair is ah-mazing! I cannot wait to try their other services, and am especially excited about their facials, sound healing, and private meditations. Im really surprised there are only two reviews! Then again, its in Boca, which may not be the epicenter of the SM demographic 🙄. Anyway...Coming from the metro New York area, I started to believe bad hair was just going to be an adjustment to life in southern Florida. Then, a stranger with fabulous hair sent me to Eli. I followed Eli here for cuts, who in turn connected me with Sean for color. And these two gentlemen are by far the best in the area at what they do.The salon is located on the second floor of Saks at the Town Center Mall, and for the most part the staff are lovely. One star off for front desk and phone etiquette - I think company-wide training in these areas would improve first impressions.

I came and saw Carmen she was very professional and she did an awesome job on my blowout. My hair feels amazing with a lot of body. I went in to have a consult for my over processed hair and Jenny the manager suggested I try the the ShuUemera treatment mask and I was completely AMAZED!!! Not wearing mask properly ! I suppose He was the manager or the owner because when I asked I dont want him to blow dry my hair wearing the mask not covering his nose , she didnt tell him anything ! Very stressful few hours !
