I have been going to Lorraine for over 5 years. She is now located in the Suite 11 and if you really like someone who is personable and listens to what you want and need then you should look no farther. I always laugh when I am with her and time passes really fast. She colors and does highlights taking care and protecting my hair. What I love the most she does the most amazing blow dry and color!

The establishment it self is nice and clean, however, I had a bad experience with the stylist Denise Andrade in suite 14. I came to her on Saturday looking for a warmer color tone, not wanting to be so blonde. I had been growing out my natural hair color for 8 months to be able to transition into a more natural light brown with slight highlights. I presented her with a picture I had found on Pinterest and stated I wanted something warmer. She told me that it would only be possible to achieve the color I wanted through color dye and she recommended not to do so. I trusted her judgment but was dissappointed that she could not do the color. I agreed for her to touch up my hair, but I let her know that I did not want to be so blonde, being that my ends were still light and that I felt the lighter color compromised my curly hair texture. After a 3 hour process, in which she dropped hair dye on my leggings and stained them, I found my hair lighter than it had ever been. She completly ignored my requests to not be so blonde. I expressed to her that I was unpleased with the end result. Instead of appologizing, her rebuttal was that the lighter hair complemented my eye color. The color was yellow, brassy, and brighlty blonde (exactly what I told her I DID NOT want). After reiterating my distaste, she promised to fix the color free of charge today Monday. Unfortunately I was met with shotty work. The end result lacks the dimension of the picture (no lighter highlights) in fact the lighter color is actually underneath the darker color. When I got upset about the service, Denise questioned why I was so upset, which I found to be inconsiderate. I had spent $235 for my hair to be processed and colored to a color that I did not want. Luckily she refunded me my amount, however, I cannot take back the time I spent driving to the salon and the time for the service and now I have to find someone new to redo my color. I do not recommend Denise Andrade color expert to anyone. I was met with poor customer service and poor hair styling.

My stylist Lorraine moved here, and it was completely different than I expected. Its awesome! She has her own little suite! So now me and my husband can get our her taken care of in what feels like a private, exclusive salon just for us. I love the space! Of course Lorraine has been my stylist for 4 years. Ill follow her ANYWHERE! 💜

Always a Beautiful experience with Lorraine @ D’Lorraine Studio 11. She gives the best keratin ever, last a good 3-4 months with no effort in drying my hair. No frizz what so ever. I’ve been getting my keratin now with Lorraine for a good 5 yrs and is the best ever. I won’t regret it!

Stylist Alen Hair is located there among others. Only downside is you have to wait outside the entrance to be escorted yet there is a large waiting room

D’Lorraine Studio in Suite11 is fantastic. She is skilled with protective styles for your hair, using premium products. I love how fast i was served. And the environment is soothing and comfortable. Love it !

Looked this place up online and went there due to the fact they were open, and close to my house. Got there, found out had to have an appointment and was sent away. Called their lobby to find out their appointment process isnt as easy as calling in and requesting the next available opening.

D’Lorraine Studio in suite 11. I’ve been going to Lorraine for years now. She is my favorite hairdresser. I live in orlando, but my family lives in boca...so when I come in town, to visit, I have Lorraine do my hair. She is the best for making me a platinum blond.

Theres always paeking right in front of the building and its always clean. My big problem with the place was having to sit through hours doing my hair with the same music over and over and over. I love music but an overload of the same over and over again right in the morning was not the best. The was no way to lower the sound or change the music. Too bad. I liked the place otherwise.

Maria is unquestioningly the greatest stylist here.
