Bad color service. Not professional. Not knowledgeable. My hair right now got three colors. The girl doing my hair had to ask someone else what she could or couldn’t do on my hair... totally inexperienced. I had to pay for and now I don’t trust them at all anymore to fix it. She could at least have the decency of not charging me.

I called to make an appointment and asked the price for a kid and an adult haircut. After 30 minutes I got there. They were nice and the haircut was ok, nothing to complain about it. But they charged me 2 times more what they told me on the phone. I did complain but I ended up paying much more. I hate this kind of situation when people in business don’t keep their word.

I have very long hair and I never cut my hair. I was real scared for them to cut it and I let her. She was very good. She took very little, so little I really didnt notice the difference in length. I was very thankful. I think if you just stress that you dont want a lot and show with your fingers the length you will allow to be cut, you will have no problem. They aim to please at the salon.

Nice ladies, but doesnt understand the difference between a trim and 2 or 3 inches of my daughters hair. the haircut was free, but the problem was irreversible.
