Went to Today’s hair and nails after reading a bunch of great reviews. Everyone was raving about Luci’s great job with nextgen dipping powder. I have done dip many times before and was very surprised that they didn’t do the clear powder after the color powder. As a result the nails looked like a tie dye and not a solid color. On top of that they chipped after 2 days. On the picture below they are after 4 days. Very disappointed. Not coming back…

I came here and got a full spa day! Tim was the best for nails! Lily is highly recommended for waxing full service ! Nour did my lash and they came out fabulous and full ! Very clean and professional, and great bedside table manners ! Great prices for great service! I would not go anywhere else (: I come once every two-three weeks for a complete spa day, for my hair, nails, and skin services, and I am never disappointed!

Boca Raton Today’s Hair and Nails ReviewIn my quest to find a good mani pedi spa that is reasonably priced in Boca,(I wasn’t optimistic), I happened across “Boca Raton Today’s Nails” in the Palmetto Park Square mall.I decided to call and make an appointment, they answered pretty quickly, so I went and had my first manicure/pedicure.I asked for prices, and they were MUCH better than the chichi spots you usually run into in Boca. Cha-CHING! Winner!My nails are pretty long, so I got an acrylic overlay with French. Tim was my nail tech, and he was meticulous with both mani and pedi.They offer all spa options, at really reasonable rates... hair, lashes, (I KNOW!).. facials and waxing.There’s a small but clean facial/waxing room in the rear, and large, spacious, CLEAN spaces throughout the interior.They’ve got loads of color/acrylic options for nails to choose from, some of the most varied I’ve seen.Ask for these services technicians:TimMimiDebbieLilyHair:Holly -Sophia -Lisa -JasonSue -MarisaIt’s in an easy location, right off 95, in case you’ve got to travel a little. 

I don’t even know where to start. The whole time I was there the owner was rushing me around in mid air because they were busy. Then I asked for a specific color service and they said no because they didn’t have the time so I could only do a few highlights. Then they put the highlights in and I went to have my nails done inside the shop while waiting. After my nails they washed the color out and i sat down for a haircut. After the haircut, I looked at the highlights and they were not right or even. So I said why aren’t the highlights even etc, the owner came over screaming at me saying that it’s because I didn’t pay enough to have it done right and I don’t want to pay!!!! Are you kidding me???? It had nothing to do with money at all. Then the owner said that they can’t do anything because other people are waiting and I need to get up and stop taking other peoples time!!! Then Olga said the same thing that it didn’t come out right because I wasn’t being charged enough! I was literally thrown out of my chair and handed my bill!!! Of course I paid-which I should not have. The owner then asks me if I have cash on me to give tips!!!!! Are you kidding me???? Then she tells me I can come back and pay more money to have it done more!!! I am completely mortified right now!!! Who treats their customers that way???? This was the most degrading, most humiliating experience I have ever had from a salon or business!!! I’m appalled!!! I left hysterical crying!!!!! Do not go there!!!!!!!

**SECOND VISIT**Got my gel mani/pedi with Mimi. She did my pedicure very well, but my gel nails looked horrible. The gel top coat that she put on was very bubbly and it had a dirty tint to it. I had on hot pink polish and the gel top coat made them look dirty because it had a dark tint to it. So, I had to go back there and get another technician to do them over for me. I was very disappointed and will not be going back there again...🤮

My heels were cracked and painful. Skin peeling. Ran down with my laptop, was helped by Tim. Very happy with COVID measures. I was able to do work on their wi-fi the whole time. Tim was very skilled, very hospitable. Pedi was low $40s. Definitely a treat, but I do this maybe once every two years so the small premium was worth it for the beautiful store and excellent service. Im a real person, this is a real review.

This place was ok. it was clean and nice, and has a friendly staff. it just wasnt worth the price. It was the cost of a pedicure at other places but didnt do a massage or lotion or anything, so for that reason i probably wont be returning.

I just had the worst pedicure. I sat down put my feet in water with no salts or anything. She immediately cut my nails, filed and painted my nails. There is no frills no pampering of the feet just basic cut, file and paint for $30.00 plus tip. So not worth it. I would not recommend

Today’s Hair and Nails is the best kept secret in Boca. The service at this salon is super! Everyone in the salon is friendly and courteous. I had my hair and nails done and I must say that not only do they do great work but I was served coffee and bagels while I waited for my color to process. All in all this salon deserves 5 stars plus!!! You will be very satisfied with your nails and hair but with the wonderful staff. I highly recommend this salon!!!

I booked one day in advance and this is the 2nd time Ive gotten Lisa.. Everyone compliments my haircut each time and I myself love how it grows in .. She does it so perfectly but what I really like is how personable Lisa is .. We talk like weve always known each other lol .. I highly recommend this place 100%

Updated review (2020): There is a new owner in town and she comes off as rude and abrupt. Not only that, but she has raised the prices for less quality. When under Lucy and Tony, the salon was amazing with great quality and prices. My dipping powder used to last 3-4 weeks. Now they barely last 2 weeks. I’m so disappointed and will not come back until Lucy and Tony take back ownership!2019 review: I have lived in Boca Raton for almost 3 years now and have tried many different nail places, some more than once, tolerating the not-so-great quality (most of my nail treatments lasting no more than one week, sometimes not even lasting a day). I found this place by chance, in a rush for an event. And thank goodness I did. The service is great! I love Lucy and her husband and my nail treatment (I get the dipping color) lasts forever! It’s supposed to last three weeks, and if I didn’t hate my nails being so long or if I didn’t get sick of the color, it would probably last 2 or 3 weeks longer. Oh, and did I mention the countless amount of beautiful colors they have?! I love this place and will not go anywhere else! Thank you, Lucy and your team!!

The only highlight of this trip was the receptionist, she was wonderful! I went in to get my acrylics off and then got the dip powder put on. While my nails were soaking the nail technician was doing her own nails and filing them. However, when she then went to do my nails didn’t bother to wash her hands or use gloves or anything. She filed my nails completely jagged and uneven, but I didn’t say anything because I know more filing occurs after the dipping. However, it was too late by the time I realized that was how she was leaving them. During the filing process, another technician came and started, what I am assuming was, criticizing her. Then, the other lady fought to get the file out of her hand, which was on and extremely scary for me, and then she started filing a few of my nails until the original technician grabbed the file back. Once it was done and I got a look at my nails the thickness of the powder is also completely uneven and chuncky. Overall, not a good experience and not worth the money.

The new nail tec LUCY is absolutely AMAZING in this shop. Very kind and attentive to the needs of the customer. Appointments are easy to set and the atmosphere is clean and tidy. Nice relaxing spot to go when you want the job done right. I will continue recommend her to everyone.

New owner Lucy is very nice. The salon is remodeling looks much better than before. Now having a lot of colors to choose and Lucy have 20 years experience for Nails. The nextgen (dipping powder) over 400 colors and last so long. New pedicure, new sterilize machine, disposable liner, files, buffer. The price is reasonable.

I decided to give this place a chance after the salon I usually go to completely messed up my nails, and I needed to get them done asap for the weekend. The employees and the lady who did my nails were super nice, but the final result is not exactly what I expected. I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted, she said she could do it but they came out uneven, pointing at different directions and the color looks messy. Also she didnt say how much it was (i didnt ask either so its my fault) but for a $50 service I would expect them to look more than decent. I felt bad because she was so sweet and they were already closing so i didnt want to be that person and keep them another hour when theyre finishing their shift, but as a paying costumer this was definitely not worth the money.

Worst customer service ever! I had appointment then I’m not even 10 mins late and they already wanted to dismiss me like I was an inconvenience. Horrible service of a NEW Client. I will never ever come back period!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So pleasantly surprised by how sweet the receptionist, Angela, was coordinating appts. for me and my daughter. My hair was done by Lisa and it looks fantastic, best in years. Wonderful, upbeat place, understanding of the special needs of a senior citizen as well.

Sterilizer machine with brand name Wayne from USA. Everything here is new (new pedicure chair, new Nail tables, new color) The prices are reasonable even cheaper than other salon. The technicians for Hair and Nails are almost over 10 years experience. Lucy is the best Nextgen dipping powder here with 20 years experience. I am really really love this salon.
