I had bunion surgery on my right foot one year ago, and was having significant pain on the outside of my foot, that was also causing stiffness and soreness in my knees and hips. I was concerned I would never be able to walk properly again or be able to resume cycling, which I love to do. One visit to the Good Feet Store and I could feel the difference right away. The arch support system took the pressure off the outside of my foot and properly placed it onto my arch and heel.I’m back exercising and cycling again without pain and my knees and hip soreness have gone. I had a wonderful experience at this store! Dan was very helpful and he helped me find the right supports for my feet. He could have sold me the most expensive arch supports in the store but he wanted to make sure the supports fit my lifestyle. The pain in my right foot has gotten better and the calluses on my feet have improved which I didnt believe would happen. I highly recommend this store and Dan! He followed up with me to make sure the supports were working for me and if they werent the right ones I could come back and they would exchange them free of charge.

Not sure how they are still in business? Since when can a cheap piece of plastic fix all the problems they claim they do for your feet? No returns? Why not if they are so good that should be part of the deal. Personally they hurt my heels, achilles tendons and knee. There is no science to the sales tactics just a well rehearsed approach to RIP you off. Cant recommended them so dont become another no returns victim to keep them in business anymore folks.

This amazing young lady name Diane at the Good Feet store was an angel. She listened to my concern and saw my pain and what she have done for me had my feet screaming hallelujah. This is a strong recommendation that you go see her. So grateful for the patience that Ms. Diane has shown me. The price might shock you the customer service that you received is well worth it.

I have always had a great experience at good feet. Finding shoes that fit and arch supports that feel good are not a problem here.

The products really do work. They are expensive, and they want to sell you 3 sets of different supports for different use cases but you dont have to buy all 3. If your feet or back are hurting start with 1 set for the most support and the you be the judge.I initially bought the 100 percent support ones along with the next step down for running, but didnt get the 3rd set for around the house because I didnt need it. I later went back and purchased a second set of the middle support arches so I could keep a pair in my running shoes and another in my dress shoes without having to worry about swapping them each time.

I got fitted for my inserts last summer. I was having significant pain and discomfort with my feet aching and sore plus a sore back. The inserts made an immediate difference and my feet are now totally pain free regardless of how long I am on my feet or distance walked. They have significantly reduce sore back issues and leg soreness. Wonderful product!

I bought a couple of pairs and they did not work for me. These are not custom fit, they are fitted like shoes. They offer no refunds and I could not get my money back. And they are not cheap. If they worked, it could have been worth it but in the end, I spent over 600 bucks for worthless inserts.

Good Feet was not at all helpful in regard to my planter fasciitis. If anything, made my feet feel worse. One really needs to see a podiatrist for this. Good Feet way too expensive and dont like their all sales final policy. Felt like I through good money away that I could not get back after their supports were not helpful at all. Money much better spent seeing a podiatrist.

Ive had my Good Feet inserts for 9 years. I dont know how I lived without them. I obsoletely love them! I highly recommend them.

We spent over 1000.00 dollars on 3 pieces of pieces of plastic and a 20.00 dollar pair of shoes. Biggest rip off weve ever experienced. My wife is still having feet pain. We tried twice to resolve the issue. The no money back guarantee is a huge scam. Thx for nothing

I was referred to the Good Feet Store by a Friend who has been using their inserts for 5 + years and loves them. Quality products and my appointment lasted 2 hours- they worked me to make sure I was fitted properly. Also it is important to follow the break in instructions. I ve been using my inserts for about 3 months now- I have 4 pairs of inserts and have purchaed 3 pairs of their shoes. The inserts and shoes have eliminated my planters fasciitis-such a relief! The Good Feet store is very customer service oriented- after my purchase they called to check in to see how everything was working. I highly recommend the Good Feet Store in Bloomington and I will return to purchase more of their products.

I had planter faciitis for a long time, went to The Good Feet store and decided they were too expensive, went on-line and ordered from Walk-fit and for about 40 bucks got relief, It took about 2 weeks to get them to feel comfortable but well worth it. Now I have 2 pair.
