I have never been so disappointed in a business. I got a call today letting me know that Kenney Orthopedics “had all the paperwork they needed” and would now be making my orthotics, which will be available “in 2-3 weeks.” Today is October 8; my first and only appointment was on August 21. So it took ... eight weeks to get the paperwork?? Nobody called me during this time (I called them three times for updates). Just now I tried to call them back and there’s no way to even leave a message, just a “please try again” recording. This is all just totally outrageous. I’m beyond disappointed. Buyer — and local podiatrists — should know about this and what to expect.

Kennys orthopedics and prosthetics in Bloomington Indiana is a superb shop. Nick Brewer is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He is very compassionate. Quality patient care is very important to him. The staff all seem very knowledgeable and make you feel at ease in interacting with them. They seem to have the latest technology and supplies available and are extremely concerned with follow-up care and answering any questions you may have or help in anyway they can. I would definitely recommend this business to anybody looking for a stellar company and a lifelong commitment to their mobility, independence, and quality of life. I was truly blessed to find Nick Brewer and his staff they are a superb company.

These guys recently opened up a place in Bloomington. I could not be happier with them. Nick is well trained and truly cares about his patients, they’ve got the latest technology ( my prosthetic fits like a glove) and they all make it light- hearted in an atmosphere that could be pessimistic. Ive been an amputee since 1990. This is the first time Ive used Kenney after trying several other local prosthetist over the last 20 years after my original prosthetist died and this new leg is by far the best leg Ive had in over 20 years. It was the most thorough fitting Ive ever experienced. I was able to try out several different feet and found a foot that has changed my life. Before, walking on irregular surfaces would really tork my knee, this foots flexible ankle has made hiking so much more enjoyable.

I got my new leg today at Kenney Orthodedics in Bloomington, IN. Nick Brewer and his staff are awesome. My leg feels and looks great. If I have any questions or problems they are on it super quick.
