We werent able to purchase our brace through NovaCare due to our insurance (out of network) but they provided great customer service and fast appointments. They ordered the special size we needed for our teen and contacted us to let us know they were out of network in case we needed to seek out an in network provider. Shout out to Carly for that phone call!
My initial experience at NovaCare was a postive one. The clinician was professional and attentive to my questions.My second appointment was one of the most disappointing patient experiences I have ever had with a healthcare provider.In these days of COVID-19, I felt unsafe and unheard. The clinician repeatedly asked me to shake his hand (at the beginning and end of the appointment.)He made sexist comments and, in general, had poor communication skills.Its unfornate that the clinician that I saw the during my first visit is retiring (happy for him, sad for his clients.)I will not go back to this NovaCare office again.
