We have had 3 children treated at TC Orthodontist and they currently treating the 4th child. We are very happy with the final results. The staff is always friendly and welcoming.

Exceptional! Super customer service! We were told by another provider that my son needed a permanent tooth removed. TC Orthodontics has since resolved the issue with a spring in the braces.Here is what I love about them:Excellent help sorting our insurance!Easy appointments that run on time.More affordable than the other 3 estimates I got.We love the unique awards program. TC Orthodontics is a top notch business. Everyone is friendly; from the front desk, to the techs, to the docs. After our initial consultation, we knew we found the right place. Kara, the owner, makes it a point to know our family and any special circumstances. Our first child is now out of braces and two more kids are making progress and we expect the same great care.

TC Orthodontics has provided great service over the last 5 years for our son! They outlined the steps involved to get to our ultimate goal-a great healthy smile that he can be proud of. We achieved that and when he recently needed a new retainer, they got him in the next day. The staff is friendly and helpful too. Cant say enough - I would definitely recommend them.

They are all really nice. They also are quick to squeeze me in if its an emergency (wire break). My brother and I both got our braces here and we just love tc orthodontics!

Kelly is such an amazing hostess, she always has a smile on her face everytime you enter for your appointment. All the staffs and doctors are great at what they do. And if you do get known for being a trouble maker, then just embrace it. Amazing place!

In addition, the overall cost to be paid by me (and by my insurance) was clearly explained to me at my initial consultation.- Great location for Bloomington residents: Located next to grocery stores and restaurants; convenient parking and easy access to the office.- Great customer service: Staff are friendly and always remember me by my first name as soon as I walk in.- Office space is very organized and clean as I would expect it should be.- They worked with me on my braces options and preferences, and provided professional feedback and guidance.- All work done on me were always explained to me in detail prior to work being performed.
