My daughter was so nervous. She is 10 yrs old. Once we got there all the techs were so chill and made her feel so much better. She calmed down. They done her braces in literally 25 minutes. Not to mention their payment plans are so affordable. We paid 300$ down and 197$ a month. We heard b97 say they will match your payment up to 500$. Its a great opportunity for people who really want to straighten their smile and not rob you. They done great on her braces, she loves them. Its worth that little down payment and we have 28 months to pay them off. I highly recommend DR. HENDERSON!!!

I came to see Dr. Henderson about my Class III, cross bite about 2 years ago feeling hopeless that the only way I could finally have a corrected bite is by having surgery. The thought of having my jaw wired for months was terrifying, but I also knew something needed to be done. My upper teeth continued to move to the right and I was beginning to bite my cheek. Plus, the fact that I am in my 50’s met more challenges for proper movement of my teeth. From the moment I walked in the office to the present my experience has been positive. Instead of mentioning each person individually, let me just say that everyone is equally wonderful in their specific expertise. They are all friendly, courteous, helpful, comforting, and professional with a personal touch. Dr. Henderson gave me hope and confidence to move forward. Now at 56 for the first time in my life I have a normal over-bite. He is “the Ortho’ guru”, and in my opinion the best in his field. I have a few months to go and feel confident that I will be crying happy tears when my treatment is completed. I highly recommend Dr. Henderson at Smile Doctors for all your Orthodontic needs no matter your age or how difficult your case may be. They’re up for the challenge!

Both Dr.s are great!! The entire staff is awesome as well. I actually enjoy bringing my daughter in for treatment, and getting to see everyone at the office. I have been into Hendersons for several occasions. A spacer, retainer, and now braces, and every time it has been an amazing job. Thanks to the helpful and always happy staff, it goes by so quick and is a really enjoyable time. They are all also so eager to chat, and have a good time. If anyone has any orthodontic needs, I strongly recommend going to Hendersons. You wont regret it, I know I havent.

My son is usually taken care of by Teresa and a young girl. They are very experienced, friendly, and professional. My son loves to go there to have his braces adjusted. Such WONDERFUL doctors, orthodontic technicians, scheduler and office manager! Everyone that works in the office has a smile, so that tells you something about how the office is ran. My daughter recently got braces and my son gets his the end of June. The process has been so smooth and any questions I have were answered. Its nice to know that no matter what happens, they are there to answer any questions to make having braces a better experience. My daughter had to have a dental surgery and right after it we had to go into to the office to get orthodontic work done. She was very out of it to say the least! They saw us right away and put my mind at ease, as I was a bit nervous, because I had never seen my daughter like this. The entire staff was so helpful and just made it as good as it could be. My son got his braces here. They are very friendly and professional. They have always been able to work with my schedule to get him in and wait time is very short if any at all. We ❤ our 1st experience with Henderson Orthodontics. Everyone was so welcoming from the moment we stepped through the door. They have wonderful fun for the kids to do while waiting and our wait time was under 10 minutes. Our dentist and his assistant was so warm, and connected with us on a personal level. I love Henderson Orthodontics because of the atmosphere, and because they are effective and efficient in what they do. Dr. Henderson is so funny, and my kids really like him. He is also excellent at what he does. All of the staff are friendly, positive, and helpful. I really havent came across anyone in his office who isnt great at what they do. My middle son needed more extensive work and will have two phases of braces and my oldest son will probably just need braces for cosmetic and crowding issues. I have never felt pressured and I always feel they are truly doing what is best for the individual needs of each of my children. If my seven year old daughter eventually needs braces I wont think twice- I will call Henderson Orthodontics.

Initially, the treatment I received was good. I started out with Invisalign, but ended up having to get braces to move my teeth. After treatment, I wore my removable retainer throughout the day and at nights. A few months after treatment, I had to get rubber bands on my removable retainers, because my teeth were still shifting. A couple of years later, the one of the top permanent retainer wires, which never was quite right, became loose, and Dr. Henderson fixed it, and also ground (a little) the backside of my top teeth, because I still had trouble with my bite.Another year later the permanent retainer wire, that was loose, finally broke, and I went in to have it removed. I mentioned that my front teeth still had trouble with contacting, and Dr. Henderson said, that he could grind my top teeth, what I thought would a little amount like last time, but this time he took a significant amount of the backside of my teeth off.After that my top teeth do not feel right, the permanent retainer on my top teeth will jab my tongue. My top teeth will and have shift some since the permanent retainer was removed. I wear my removable retainer at night, and during the day now to keep the shifting and soreness away. Dr. Henderson, the office staff, and assistants are all nice, but the amount of time and money invested, I am not happy with the results.

Dr. Henderson and his staff have taken care of all three of my daughters. One, years ago and the other two presently. They are wonderfully nice and make the kids feel very comfortable. They all do such a wonderful job! I would recommend them to everyone!

At Hendersons we feel at home! The staff is amazing and they go above and beyond! Dr. Henderson himself is great and never disappoints! He always has a smile on his face and joke to tell.. we appreciate this whole crew!!

I have been very impressed with Dr. Henderson and his staff. Every time I go in for my appointment Kim the Secretary welcomes me with a smile and a hello. Whitley who handles all my treatment options has been a big help also. Shes very nice and she answers all my questions I ask concerning my treatment and to what the next step is. I have always wanted braces because my teeth were extremely messed up and I didnt like my smile. Dr. Henderson and his staff have gone above and beyond and I am really happy with the results I am seeing in just a little over three months of having my braces on.

As an older adult, I was a little unsure as to what could be done to address the issues I had with my smile. After clearly explaining my options based on Dr. Hendersons examination and x-rays, etc., I chose the option of Invisalign braces, and the process has been seamless (even when I used the wrong set of aligners over one period!) Dr. Henderson and his staff are highly professional, yet able to make you feel completely at ease and even enjoy your visit! I have been absolutely delighted with the results that Dr. Henderson and his staff have provided. They went far and above my expectations, and the results have been far better than I had hoped.

In June of 2016 I decided to get the Invisalign Clear Braces at the age of 63. I had the metal braces when I was young and in fifth grade. Over the years my teeth had shifted and were no longer as straight or aligned as they had been as the years passed by. I wanted a beautiful smile again as I was getting into my later years. My smile was one thing many people had commented on throughout most of my life after originally having them straightened in my youth!I had moved to Bloomington a few years ago and I decided to look up orthodontists in town who offered the Invisalign option. I found the Henderson Orthodontics ad and I called to make an appointment.I found Dr. Henderson to be a very kind and professional person who assured me that I was not too old and that he agreed that the option of the Invisalign process would work well for me. It was so easy merely changing the upper and lower trays each week and slowing seeing in the mirror how my teeth were moving back into an alignment that was bringing my once beautiful smile back again. I also liked the fact this procedure was without pain and that I could take the trays out whenever I ate.And the best part of this entire process was Dr. Hendersons warm personality and encouragement as well as his professional and genually kind and supportive staff!! I would encourage anyone who is young or older to contact Henderson Orthodontics if you want a beautiful smile and are considering braces to reach that goalI believe that anyone....
