2 days before my surgery was scheduled they cancelled and were closed for over a month. I had the surgery scheduled because of the pain and infection from my wisdom teeth and I didn’t go back to them. They don’t even prescribe pain meds even though I was getting 4 teeth removed. I went to MInnesota Dental Surgery instead and they were the best. They prescribed me antibiotics, mouth rinse and pain meds. If you have ucare, I 100% recommend them because I know it’s hard to find oral surgery places with that insurance

Very unprofessional. made me very uncomfortable before putting me under for my wisdom teeth removal, talked poorly about my mom as i was waking up because she had to come up from the car ( which we had approved BEFOREHAND ), made me feel poorly for not drinking enough water, gave me ibuprofen for the pain of four wisdom teeth. take your business elsewhere.

Wonderful job by Dr. Keane and team. I have always been scared of dentist but Dr. Keane was patient and very professional. Thank you so much .

Takes (most) state funded insurance***The Sergon is very busy, in my opinion, too busy. Everything seems very rushed and impersonal, the aftercare is minimal. The dental assistant were by far the best thing about this place.The reseptionist are extremely unprofessional. If this is the only place that will accept your insurance then make your best judgment but if your lucky enough to have other options, explore them!

When I called to schedule an appointment, the receptionist was very cold and very rude, on the phone. This is a very bad first impression of a professional office to give someone we put our trust in to take care of our dental needs. She clearly hates her job.

Fast in and out, made sure I was numbed before extraction, and took my insurance with no problem.
