My girls have loved Jump Spot over the last year! Thank you for providing a happy, clean atmosphere!

Laura and her team have been nothing but welcoming & loving to my child of color. Weve been with them for close to 3 years. Jump Spot has been an extremely positive influence on the my little brown girls growth and development. It is most certainly a place that welcomes ALL children and parents of diverse backgrounds. I would definitely recommend Jump Spot for ANY child.

Laura is the best coach! She will push your child to do things you never thought they could do! Every minute in her class is time well spent. There is no standing around - the kids are engaged with phenomenal instruction from the minute class starts til the minute it ends! If you are looking for a fun, clean, and friendly environment for your child to grow in their tumbling skills and confidence you must check out the Jump Spot.

Laura is a PHENOMENAL person who loves every single child at her gym like her own. I cannot say enough good things about the Jump Spot and their amazing staff. My oldest son has special needs and has gone to classes at the gym for 3 years and has been treated like family with so much love and care by every single teacher. Jump Spot is EASILY our favorite spot for our kids in Bloomington-Normal.

We have taken our child here twice, and will continue to do so. Im sorry a few people tried to negatively impact this place with blatant lies. Most of the 1 star reviews are irrelevant because they do not reflect the business. Our child loves gymnastics here and the routine is always different and fun. Our child has learned to respect others, motor skills, manners, and teamwork at Jump Spot. Thank you.

The owner is very knowledgeable about the sport and pushes her students in ways that help them excel.We are very pleased with the progress our daughter made while working with Laura.Highly recommend the Jump Spot!

I have been here a few times, my past experience left me questioning their sanitation protocol. As it did not seem as though it had been cleaned recently. In today’s day and age, cleanliness is key.

Our children and community deserve better. The owner lacks care and concern for children with diverse backgrounds. I should not have to worry about my child being treated fairly in a place created to grow and cultivate young minds. But unfortunately I do due to the owners statements and views and I am VERY concerned. Our money will no longer support disgraceful people whose morals and values are filled with hate. DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR CHILD TO THIS!

If anyone is looking for a fun birthday spot The Jump Spot is the place!! It’s off Hershey, and a little hidden gem. We had my sons first birthday party there yesterday, and it was AMAZING!! Eleven kiddos came ages 9-1, and every single one of them had a blast! The staff was so helpful, and did a great job on handling everything so I could just enjoy the party! It was so structured, and everything was timed perfectly- which is hard to do with that many kids but Tina & Emma had it covered, and where great with all the kids!

I took my daughter here for a session, she was barely 2 years old. The owner was constantly yelling at her if wasn’t following every single order, which is hard at that age. I witnessed other moms berated in class in front of everyone, and I was as well. I left every class feeling frustrated, defeated and like I wasn’t parenting well enough. No business should ever treat a child and parent this way.

We no longer feel welcomed and will be pulling our daughter out of this place.

Owner is very unprofessional especially when you post negative things on Facebook you own a business act professional... too bad for you looks like this is the end news spreads fast in Blono.

Based on the owners recent public comments, I feel that my daughters would not be valued or safe at this establishment. Will avoid like the plague.

I made an attempt to enroll my daughter in one of the programs , and unfortunately was unsuccessful. It was to my observation that the owner/staff has a prejudice on whom can enroll and deserves satisfactory customer service. The tone and verbiage exhibited was adjacent to that of a Jim Crow bigot .

Owner has no issue making inappropriate comments about other people in public or on social media. I hope the owner can learn from this

My son had his fifth birthday party at The Jump Spot today and everything was perfect! My son keeps saying today was the best day of his life. So sweet :) Everything was well-organized. They were so helpful with the entire party. I didnt have to do anything! Everyone had a blast! I definitely recommend this gym for birthday parties! Well have to check out what else there is to offer here! :)

The owner is not someone that I would ever want influencing my daughter as evidenced by her recent post. Deplorable, unprofessional, childish and inappropriate to say the least.

One of the best places to go. They have a very friendly staff that is always willing to help out. We have had two birthday parties here and they have not been the same and the kids have enjoyed both of them. The classes are always changing so they are not doing the same thing over and over again. The kids also get a good workout while also learning basic skills that will help them later.

Jump Spot is an amazing place for kids. I have an introverted 8 year old with some fine and gross motor function delays. I also have a fearless outgoing 4 year old. They both have done so well here! The gym really becomes like family, with a caring and supportive staff. My girls have learned and developed more here in 6 months than they did at a large gym in town for over a year.We also have held and attended birthday parties. They are the best in town, and the kids have an absolute blast! Money truly well spent to celebrate your little one!

The owner has made it known, publicly, that my children and children that look like them are not welcomed at her business. Ill spend my money elsewhere!

Do NOT bring your children here. The owner is extremely short tempered, unprofessional, and downright bigoted. I wouldn’t trust my kids, or anyone’s, in the hands of this lady.

This gym is NOT for all. Laura is not understanding of young kids with disabilities and not willing to work with them. The way she has treated a kid in class and their parents is pathetic. She should NOT be working with children, being the OWNER of the gym. In this environment all children should feel wanted and accepted and we did not feel this in Lauras class.

Disappointing to say the least.

My experience with jumpspot was great! My wife and I had family and friends come in from all over the U.S, and they all admitted that we couldnt picked a better place to throw our daughters 1st birthday party. Jumpspot was great with all the kids we had at her party, so this is definitely a good place for parents looking for a place thatll free them up of activity; leaving it to the professional to entertain kids for such an occassion. 10/10.
