I really like Dr. Long at Midwest Low Vision. He was very kind and caring. Another thing Id I like about him, instead of sending a nurse out to the waiting room to come and get you, he comes and gets you himself. That is very unusual with many doctors I have seen in the past, but I appreciate the personal qualities they have here and one of the main reasons why I choose them.

I saw Dr. Long a few months ago, I was very impressed. I have been legally blind all of my life, I am 70 yr’s old. Dr. Long fitted me with a pair of regular glasses that are actually 2 lenses that are glued together. I can see better with these glasses then I have ever seen. He also fitted me with a pair of reading glasses and a pair for watching Tv, etc. These work fine, I would RECOMEND him for a low vison Dr. I wish I would have met him years ago.

My dad has been seeing Dr. Long at Midwest Low Vision for about the last 6 months to a year. He was diagnosed with macular degeneration and Dr. Long was a tremendous help and very knowledgeable about what we could do to help him be able to see. He purchased specialized prismatic glasses that have worked really well for him. I would highly recommend Dr. Long and Midwest Low Vision.

I have been seeing Dr. Long for about 5-6 years now. He is very friendly, patient, and has a great personality that makes him easy to talk to and get along with. I feel very comfortable going here and I trust Dr. Long with my vision, I think he is very knowledgeable.

When I called and spoke with Dr. Long, I was very impressed with him and we made an appointment. He has helped my dad so much with different items that can help with his vision loss and is a very knowledgeable doctor.

Dr. Long is wonderful. He gives you several options that he has available and always proposes what he thinks I should do (considering my history) whi;e still listening to what I want.

Our local optometrist recommended Midwest Low Vision when I was having extensive vision problems, and made me an appointment with Dr. Long. He has been wonderful and was very knowledgeable about vision loss. He and his staff were very nice and very accommodating to me.

I cant even remember when I began to see Dr. Patel, it was years ago, but I can tell you that I would absolutely recommend him to anyone!
