I am delighted with he services I have received at Weddell Dental. The personnel are skilled and pleasant. I am confidant that the procedures recommended were needed and both were quite minor and were done without Novocaine. I will be a client at Weddell Dental for a long time.

My husband and I recently decided to try Weddell Dental and we are SO HAPPY we did!!! The atmosphere is very welcoming as are the front staff when you first walk in. I returned to Weddell Dental after a busy season and I was impressed at the level of caution and safety the office was set up. They had chairs lined against the wall to create space for social distancing, floor markers and employees safety measures were set up as well.Checking into the office, I waited only a few minutes in the hallway before they checked my temperatures and asked me a few questions. The entire time I felt safe and comfortable. Every check point they had hand sanitizer and every employee had a mask on.Exceptional customer service and a positive experience was provided during this pandemic.Liz was exceptional at educating me on flossing tools and treatment recommendations. She was a great listener and carried conversations so naturally that it made me feel at home. Of course, Dr. Weddell and the front desk staff were great and explaining all my options for further treatment and made it really easy to schedule my next appointment. I walked away with a bag of dentist goodies along with a paper reminder for my next appointment.A wonderful white glove experience. 5 stars from me. I have been going to Weddell Dental for over 15 years and everyone there is friendly, professional and caring. I had regular cleanings, fillings, and crowns done and have been extremely happy with the results. Even so, I was a little nervous to have crowns on my two front teeth. I was worried that they would look fake and unnatural. I mentioned this and Dr Weddell assured me that I would be happy with the results. He was right! I love my smile and my new teeth. Thank you!

I have all my dental work done here. Ken Weddell is an amazing Dentist! He explains everything clearly, makes you feel at ease and always makes sure you are comfortable with the procedure. He has a great team. They are all friendly and knowledgeable, and great at their jobs! They take your concerns seriously, follow up, and even send reminders for your appointments. I am so happy with the service, that I drive over a half hour just to keep getting my work done here. So far I havent had a single negative experience. Theyve definitely earned my business.

Been going to Weddell Dental for many years now and every time I go I am extremely pleased with the experience. Everyone from the receptionist to the hygienist to doctor is so friendly. Since day one, they all remember you, your name and some part of your history that you share. Its such a great family place to go. My son has had a wonderful experience and they take real good care of kids and anyone that has a little anxiety with going to the dentist. Definitely two thumbs up and recommend for anyone looking for a professional but very friendly dentist.

Had a great experience at Weddell Dental today. The office was really clean and I felt safe with all of their COVID procedures. Liz did my cleaning. She explained what all the numbers mean that the hygienist calls out as she checks each tooth. Now for the first time, I know what to do to reverse the gum problems I was having and prevent future damage. No Cavities today! See U in 6 Months 😁

Ive been a patient of Dr. Weddell for a number of years now, but when the pandemic arrived I held off on my semi-annual appointments. I went in today and found that they have really gone above and beyond to make their office and procedures very comfortable for those of us who are concerned about the spread of Covid19.

Amazing! From the friendly and sweet front desk coordinators to the caring dental team and Dr. Weddell. Dr. Weddell took the time to get know me and make me feel he cared about me as a new patient. He took the time to explain every step.

I used to work in the office below Dr. Weddell prior to moving to practice in another state. As a specialist in dentistry, I worked with Dr Weddell on a regular basis, discussing patients and their treatment plans. I became quite familiar with Dr Weddell and his office staff, as I had with so many other dentists. Over time as I treated patients he referred, I saw the quality of his work, the level of his knowledge, and the degree of his compassion for his patients, staff, and his own family as I got to know him. Ultimately I chose Dr. Weddell to be the dentist for my wife, my children, and me. I know Dr. Weddell to be as honest as they come and he runs a professional practice which performs exceptional quality of work. Never once did I see a patient of his that spoke the contrary, nor did I see it to be otherwise. Straight forward. Not flashy. Wont try to sell you anything. Just a really nice guy with a heck of a lot of experience, always trying to provide what he feels is the best care for his patients and putting their interests first.I have not spoken with Dr. Weddell but once or twice since I moved away from Minnesota. Ive never discussed this with him. It can be challenging to write these sorts of reviews about other dentists in areas where you practice, because other referrals may get turned off for not writing something about them. At this point I have no vested interest, other than seeing that the public has another opinion from a special vantage point (within the biz of dentistry), and letting folks know of a quality individual. There are several good dentists in the area, but as my surgical mentor used to say of others he held in high regard, you may find some just as good, but you wont find any who are better. This is true of Dr. Weddell.

Dr. Weddell and the team are very welcoming, kind, and honest. They all provide good advice, honest recommendations, and very personable care. I was nervous to go to a new dentist but it was a pleasant experience, all my questions were answered, pricing was upfront and reasonable, and I look forward to continuing my dental care there.

I called because of a broken tooth. My appointment was prompt to help rectify the situation. A temporary was placed with a follow-up appointment needed for the final crown to be installed, which only took a few minutes to complete. The work was more than satisfactory, and my tooth and mouth feel great. Thanks for the help.

This office was taken over by Dr. Weddell after the previous dentist retired. From the minute he arrived he pushed me to get crowns on my front even though I wasnt experiencing any discomfort and it would be purely cosmetic. It came as a surprise given the previous dentist never mentioned it and even sat me down for a formal consultation to let me know my teeth were in great shape.So reluctantly, I finally said I was ready to get the crowns. Thinking the first appointment would be a consultation on the process (or at least a phone call from him) on what to expect and what important permanent aspects to consider, I get there and hes ready to shave my teeth down right then. I was almost in tears. I used to LOVE going to the dentist, but now all I think about is how money hungry they are to push costly procedures without professional, informative consultation.The final straw, was getting a collection call, six months after a teeth cleaning to let me know my new insurance didnt cover my cleaning and that I would have to pay out of pocket until the deductible was reached. To be fair, they didnt know my insurance changed until I arrived for the appointment and I moved 4 months after the cleaning, so if they sent a letter it could have been lost, but the annoying part, was NO ONE CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW THIS WAS AN ISSUE! No, just to let you know youll now have to pay out of pocket for the cleanings from here on out or hey, Kate, we really appreciate your business and want to let you know that since your insurance changed, we do show a balance for you.... No, the call was your insurance, blah, blah, blah, so that balance of $181 is your responsibility (like Im 12), so if you could call to clear this up because its been outstanding since April. SERIOUSLY! Seriously! Like Ive never paid my dental balances before. You do realize youre still in the customer service business, right?The only good part about this office was my dental hygienist, Deb. She was the best. Ill miss her.

Dr. Weddell and all the staff meet all of our family needs for our dental care! Very accommodating for scheduling. Dr. Weddell along with staff take the time to explain in detail what is going well and what ongoing recommendations are needed to maintain healthy teeth.

I had, what I thought was an emergency before I went in. They got me in within 24 hours and had me out the door within an hour. They were extremely polite, professional, and resonable.

The hygienist Liz was a dream with my 4 year old! They were amazing. Highly recommend.

Overall a great office!This most recent visit I was suggested a flouride treatment. I said OK and was told at the counter that I needed to pay out of pocket for this since insurance does not cover it. There was no mention of it being an extra cost, which I thought was a bit disappointing. In the future I would like to be informed if suggested treatments, aside from covered cleanings, are an additional charge. Im not a fan of being upselled.That being said, my previous experiences at this office have been top notch with no issues except for this one.
