I have had extensive dental work by Dr. Lynn for over the past five years. My results have been extraordinary. Implants, crowns, root canals all with a minimum of discomfort. I highly recommend his work.

There was a time when places worked to gain your business. Those days are apparently gone. A friend of mine had a difficulty at this office. She is an office manager who deals with people daily and is never course or brash. She had a conversation with an employee who seemed to be having a bad day. She then wrote about her experience here. Which is what a review is.The dentist then sent a letter banning her and her 3 children from his practice because she had left a bad review. Heres an idea, instead of fighting bad reviews, you could bump your customer service up a bit.In response to the owner: As I said, a friend of mine had trouble at your office. Perhaps this attention to detail is what caused the issue on the outset. From her experience I will never be your patient. So that should make you happy.

My tech was great but I cant say that for the rest of the staff. The ladies behind the front desk were very short and zero eye contact, like they wish they were dealing with anything other than me. Steven Lynn is very unfriendly and was actually being very unprofessional and disrespectful to an employee behind the front desk while I was checking out. This will probably be my last visit here.

Dr. Lynn has been my dentist for many years. At the start I said keeping my teeth healthy and for as long as possible was very important to me. Over the years he has helped me preserve all of my teeth, including my wisdom teeth. Sadly, due mostly to age, one of those wisdom teeth broke and had to be extracted. Dr. Lynn performed the extraction with skill and speed and cleanly pulled that tooth. I experienced no pain at all. My recovery has been easy and uncomplicated. My thanks to Dr. Lynn and his staff

The dental hygienist Valerie is extremely kind and patient. I went in today being 8 and a half months pregnant and she did everything she could to make me feel comfortable throughout my dental cleaning. My fillings with Dr. Lynn have been quick yet carefully completed. We thought I might need a root canal, but he ended up being able to just do a filling. Through that whole process Dr. Lynn was very upfront about pricing and what the experience would be like. I am thankful to have found a reliable dentist in town.

He’s very skilled technically and did an excellent repair on one of my teeth, allowing me to avoid a more costly repair at the time. He is familiar with a condition that can flare up in my mouth, and always passes along new information that he has about care and treatments.I highly recommend Dr. Lynn and his staff for excellent dental care!

This entire group in Dr. Lynns office is upbeat, friendly, and obviously like working together. Theyre attentive and yet kid each other with warmth and humor. They also do not rush while they work, and carefully explain procedures.

Absolutely the kindest, most thorough, direct, professional and friendly dentist we have ever gone to. Staff is equally great. Lets face it people, dentists are not exactly my favorite .medical professional to visit since it usually means unpleasant news and expense. But after seeing the time and care that Dr. Lynn and staff took with my 86 year old mother I would never go to another dentist. Exams are thorough and necessary procedures along with costs are clearly explained. We couldnt be more satisfied.

Dr. Lynn is an amazing dentist. I received implants for my bottom dentures in 2004 and Ive never had them replaced because of the amazing job he done to begin with. He pulled my teeth when I got my dentures and I was always afraid of the pain, but he made my experience so nice that I had no fears. He caters to cowards. So if your afraid of dentists then Dr. Steven Lynn is the dentist you want. His entire staff are a joy to work with.

Do not wast your time and money in his office. Since I had overpaid to them, I contacted them several times and asked them to pay me back but they not only did not care but also submitted some extra documents to prove that I owed them. I asked my insurance to contact them, but again they tried to submit more fake documents to prove that I would owe them. The staff are extremely disorganized. They do not care if you are in emergency or not. The doctor himself has a grim face , not smiling and I have not been satisfied with his work. The worst thing is that he and his staff do not have work ethic and just charge you for nothing.

Between the time I scheduled my appointment and my appointment date, I had a change in employment and my insurance had a gap between coverage. I planned to attend my appointment regardless, as I had COBRA coverage.I received one call from Chrissa (alternate spelling possible) offering me a different appointment time. I was busy and did not call back. She then proceeded to call me and leave multiple inappropriate and unprofessional voicemails that escalated between, “Hey I just wanted to let you know your insurance expires before your appointment date, I want to schedule you for an earlier appointment,” to “You don’t have insurance, you need to call me back,” to “If you don’t call me back, I’m cancelling your appointment.” There were probably about five or more in total.I was so put off by the voicemails that I did not respond until the last call when I called back and said I would attend my appointment as scheduled. My husband listened to all of them and advised me to call and speak with a manager about how inappropriate these voicemails were, but I did not want to add fuel to this unexpected fire, when all I wanted was a dental cleaning.When I went in for the appointment, I was told by Chrissa that because my original coverage had terminated, I would have to pay my bill in full that day. I explained I did have insurance, I had COBRA coverage, and she acted as if I was making up COBRA, and said she didn’t know what COBRA was.It’s very perplexing to me that anyone who has had a job, let alone in the health care industry, does not know what COBRA is, as it is required by federal law to be provided by any employer with more than 20 employees. She also added, “If you had called me back...” at which point I told her that her voicemails were inappropriate and that is why I did not respond to them. I then told her I would be leaving.If Chrissa was being ridiculous, and going beyond her bounds, that’s one issue. If the dentist office requires payment on the day of treatment, that’s a second issue.I only know of two situations where a dental required payment the day of treatment—dentists in Costa Rica that do dental implant procedures require their full payment in cash (a family member experienced this); and a dentist office in Georgia that tried to take advantage of a disabled veteran (my husband) by telling him during his dental cleaning that he had to pay in cash and his insurance company would reimburse him, while also telling him he needed to take out a $10,000 loan that day, in the office for “necessary dental procedures.” Luckily we did not give in to the pressure because his next dentist a year later, told us those procedures were absolutely unnecessary.It is your personal decision what dentist you choose, but I distrust anyone who asks for full payment the day of the appointment. I have one set of teeth, and I’m not allowing that kind of dentist near them.At the end of the day, a dentist office is just another business. I think people forget that they are not dependent on their physicians, specialists, or dentists, but it is the other way around.If an office provides me with high quality service and professionalism, they’ll get my money. If their receptionist leaves me multiple belligerent voicemails, and my instinct is to walk out before hands are in my mouth, they won’t see a dime.
