Dr. Randolph and his staff are very caring, efficient, and professional. His practice is by far the best ive ever known; and the quality of his dental work is outstanding.

After developing an emergency situation that required immediate attention I promptly called my dentist. They informed me that they might be able to see me in a week or two. So I called another local dentist which was next on the list I found online and they informed me that they MIGHT be able to see me by September. Then I called Randolph and Associates and was greeted by a wonderful receptionist. I had an appointment booked for the next morning and ended up having the procedure completed before 10am. The staff were all very professional and friendly. I have had procedures done by 4 different dentists and Dr Todd was by far the most skilled and quickest. A true professional. Thanks again you guys are life savers!

I am a new patient to this office and was recommended by a friend. The office was beautiful and I loved my Hygienist Susan! Dr. Randolph was great as well! I do have some work that needs to be done and I will be coming back. I have always had anxiety going to the dentist but man NO MORE!! Thanks for easing my fears!

Finding a good dental clinic is not easy - I was lucky to find the best (for me anyhow). OK... Im not used to posting reviews about dentists (who is ?). I love everybody there - from the receptionists to the wonderful dental staff. Its a cute climic, clean and inviting - and doesnt have the scary medieval vibe that many dental clinics have. Yes, even if you are scared of dentists, you would love that place, guaranteed. My dental hygienist is super nice and thorough. Dr. Gray and his assistant were the best I could ask for: professional, precise, gentle and very kind. Dr. Randolph seems to be quite the same. I couldnt be happier !

Dr. Gregory Randolph has always been my daughters dentist. In 2013 she was only 16 years old and her father took her to see him and the bill was in his name. He did not pay that bill. My daughter is now 19 years old, in the National Guard, and supporting herself. When she tried to make an appointment to see Dr. Randolph, he refused to see her unless she paid the bill that her father did not. I can not believe that this practice is legal. How can she be held liable for a bill that was incurred when she was a minor and not legally old enough to be held responsible? My daughter serves this country and deserves to be treated with respect. She should not be held accountable for the ill deeds of her father! I believe all of Dr. Randolphs financial dealing should be investigated. I do not believe that this is the only occurrence of forceful and probable fraudulent billing in this practice.

I rarely ever leave reviews, but being that Im in great pain, Im a little more irritated than usual especially because I just finished an unpleasant phone call with a receptionist named Trish. As a potential patient or a patient in general, I should be treated with respect and empathy for the pain in which I am having. She was BEYOND rude. Im sure Gray and Randolph are great dentist but sadly she was my first impression.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff from start to finish. Dr. Gray took care of all my questions and helped alleviate any concerns I had both before and after the procedure. All around wonderful experience!

Ive been a patient here for a couple years now. Ive had nothing but a pleasurable experience each time Ive came in. The hygienists that have worked with me are all fantastic and Dr. Gray is an absolute blast. The office has a very welcoming, warm atmosphere that is punctuated by the highly positive staff. I highly recommend them and Im sure Ill be a patient for many years to come.

Ive been going to Dr. Randolphs office for 13 years now. Im from the Blo-No area however, up until almost 2 years ago I moved to Nashville, TN. Whenever I come home they always get me in on very short notice. Yesterday I got a cleaning and they recommended I go back to my orthodontist because my permanent retainer had broke. They offered to call them for me and 10 min later I was on my way there to get it replaced. The costumer service their office has is nothing short of exceptional. I will always be a loyal costumer!

Dr. Randolph is a great dentist. BUT his staff is horrible! Continual mishaps with appointments. Rude office and completely inept office manager. Lost information. Could care less if they keep your business. Finally after 9 years with him it is time to find my family of 5 a new dentist.

Ive had dr. Randolph as my dentist for more years and I can remember. I have never once had one issue or problem with him or his staff. Theyve always been kind and gentle when it comes to me and my teeth. Dr. Randolph is one of the finest dentist in Bloomington Illinois.

I had Dr Gray. Excellent technique (shots didn’t hurt), very efficient (almost too fast for those who might be nervous or fussy), helpful, and explains things thoroughly. Very pleased.
