Phenomenal customer service! Anne is especially wonderful here. They are all very professional and very helpful even when you are a frantic mess. ;) Anne worked with me for hours late into her work shift to make sure I was enrolled in a health plan ASAP. Showed up for my meeting with someone and I didnt remember the name of the person I was seeing. No one knew who I was seeing and it turns out she didnt show up to work that day. Someone else helped me she was very rude and annoyed with me. For some reason I scheduled another appointment with these people and I called the day of to confirm my appointment and they didnt have me on the schedule and again acted very annoyed. Super bad Service
