Met with us during the Pandemic while SICK and with NO MASK. No apology for it nothing. So we are in a Pandemic with a state mandate on masks and this Pam and her receptionist are meeting with the most vulnerable population for Open Enrollment right? Her receptionist NO MASK. The Agent NO MASK plus she is SICK… i asked her point blank if she had a cold and she answered yes. Why on earth would she not have the courtesy to wear a mask? I found this to be not only offensive but UNPROFESSIONAL and unbecoming of a supposed professional insurance agent. In addition to this gross negligence of a standard of care owed to potential clients I found the welcome by the receptionist to be poor, technology utilized outdated, and the attitude lacking professional quality perhaps due to her being quite ill with what could very well be COVID who knows I don’t know this person’s vaccination status and even so breakthrough infections are happening at record pace right now. My experience was not worth even one star. There was not even an apology regarding meeting with us while being sick. Even without a pandemic meeting with vulnerable people while sick is plain rude. (Note: Looking now I probably should have found it suspicious that so many of the reviews were all written at the same exact time.)

I called Pams office to cancel our insurance starting at the 1st of the year. The person on the phone took my info and said they would handle it. After checking my bank account and finding an overdraft, it was due to withdraws being taken out still from insurance that was supposed to be canceled. When I called to resolve issue, they said they do not take cancelations over the phone. (Even though I have proof of another client that canceled over the phone with no issues.)This is not the first time she has run us around in circles. But it is the last.Also, the only time you ever talk to Pam herself is if there is a big problem or if she wants you to reup.I would NOT recommend her or her office.
