Working with Joshua was a fantastic experience. I learned a lot without having to deal with all of the bureaucracy of the paperwork. There are so many healthcare options and cost and Alexander Haberman put me in a plan that fits my needs going forward.

This is a horrible and unprofessional business! Nobody returns calls or emails or respects clients time and needs. It took me several attempts to get a first meeting and after they didnt respond to any of my questions or issues with my insurance. I worked with the owner Joshua H. who was short and made suggestive comments that werent okay but he thought were funny. He didnt help much then referred me to Brittany B. who is another owner I think and she was even worse. No responsiveness, inaccurate information and lots of stories and odd jokes about unrelated topics. I reached out to MNsure after a few weeks and she didnt do any of what she said to get me covered. I needed help with my parents coverage who both turned 65 too but it didnt happen because they made such a mess of my situation I didnt want the same for them. Go somewhere else! I wish I could support this local business but they dont take their work seriously and just want to power through to get paid without actually helping or being professional. Im still dealing with issues they caused for me. Not worth it!!

Weve seen a couple of the folks at Alexander & Haberman for help navigating the MNSure system including Brittany the last couple of times. Sometimes you need to prompt them for follow up, but overall theyve been very helpful when you have a face-to-face appointment. We have been given good insight into how to make the best of our insurance options. Well be back!

I called in several times looking for assistance and was hung up on once and then they never called back. I am scrambling for help and this was awful service.

I spoke to Brittany for my appointment. She sent me an email; which she stated she would do. But when I had questions, I tried calling and sending an email , and she did not return the call or respond to the emails.

Joshua saved our bacon when my husband lost his retirement insurance. He has helped us every year since. I am going on Medicare this year, and he is helping me through all the confusing options. Ive recommended their agency many times.

Horrible customer service never answers their phones.Lost my first application, redid one on the phone and never heard back again. Still no health insurance being a cancer survivor that’s very scary. no coverage this company is not professional at all. Has no regards for people and their health care needs. Look elsewhere do not use this company. Open enrollment has ended and still no health care.

I met with Caleb Haberman. No appointment. I just showed up at 9am when they opened. I was distraught over my wife who has had a minor stroke and seizures.We were cancelled by unsure because I make too much?We tried to use the ensure site and their people to get insured. We were told a policy was in the process then we saw no bill. I grew concerned that my wife wouldnt be able to go to her March 1st appointment. She desperately needs a ct scan and her head fixed.Caleb not only confirmed that we had not been signed up but that we were trying to get a policy that would not have allowed her to go where she needs to. 15 minutes later we have the right policy and she will be insured for her appointment.I dont normally write reviews but after seeing only 2 negative reviews I felt it only right to let the world know they did me very well and I wont hesitate to go back.

I would suggest going somewhere else when looking for guidance for insurance. Not a trustworthy or reliable business.

Joshua was very helpful! I was worried about a job transition issue related to insurance and he gave me great information and didn’t try to sell me a thing (turns out I don’t really need it in this situation). I’ll definitely call them again for my future needs!

I TRULY dont know where wed be without Caleb at Alexander & Haberman.I think the turning point was watching my husband sit on the phone (for the umpteenth time) trying to get us signed up for health care. Every time he called he got ENTIRELY different instructions on what he needed to do next. Maddening! But on this particular day – one of the LAST calls he ever had to make to them (thank the gods!) -- he waited for over 2 hours to speak with a human and then........he got disconnected!!!!! I think I saw a tear fall from his eye on that day! :(This is after days upon weeks of the rigamarole -- and if youve been through this too, you know what Im talking about!Then, we found out that we could have an advocate working on our behalf. A middle man. As in, they know all the rules. They do all the calls. They just tell you what you need to provide and theyll do all the work for you.Changed our life.Caleb has been incredible to work with! Super professional. Always returns our calls. Easy to get an appointment. Friendly. He really knows what he’s doing, and he does it FAST.We love Caleb so much that we asked for two free mugs we saw sitting in his office so we could gaze upon them every morning as we drink our coffee to remind us of SAINT CALEB!Thank you, Caleb!!!! I am baffled by the negative comments on here. My wife and I became Medicare eligible in 2015 and have been working with Joshua Haberman since then. Weve received nothing but good service from Joshua. I would recommend Alexander and Haberman to my friends.

All around unprofessional. Just needed some health insurance for my family and I was getting desperate for help. I didn’t find any here.

I tried to work with Joshua and he was very arrogant, he would never answer my question and was very condescending. I do not know how the MNSURE can use them as a broker.

I called and when I was finally able to speak with someone they were incredibly condescending and in a rush. Eventually, I decided to figure it out on my own. I was really upset because I needed desperate help for my current health issues.

We had worked with Joshua Haberman a few years back getting healtth insurance and everything was fine and worked. in 2017 we had signed up directly with health partners and we had a daughter. So we though we reach out to Alexander & Haberman to see if there are any other insurance options for us.We scheduled an appointment with Brittany Bradley and it turned out that a Health partners family plan was best for us. Brittany told us it would be better for us to sign up via MNsure rather than Health Partners directly and so we followed her advice. She wanted to get things done, which is positive but she pushed our application through and used an incorrect address to sign us up. As a consequence, we never received any bills or information from health partners. As a consequence Health Partners cancelled the insurance and we just figured it out by chance. When we did, we reached out to Alexander & Haberman as well as Brittany. Nobody answered the phone or replied to our voice messages and nobody replied to our emails. We were able to get it all fixed with MNsure and Health Partners but neither Alexander & Haberman nor Brittany. Were of any help. I understand mistakes happen, we are all human, but then at least be responsive and try to help make it right. After this experience we will never use Alexander & Haberman again, and I hope this review turns out to be helpful for you.

I missed Open Enrollment because they wouldnt call me back. I am super disappointed and now I have to figure something out before I am taxed harshly. Dont trust these guys.
