When I went in for my consultation, I had so much neck pain, I couldn’t turn my head. This had been going on over 6 months. I couldnt be happier with the treatment from Eastland Chiropractic. I had tweaked my back and could barely walk when I went in the first time. Love these guys! Not only are Dr. Jess and her team great a what they do every single day, but they immediately mastered rigorous (Covid) safety protocols very early in the pandemic. After all, pain doesnt care about pandemics.Personally, I have been with Eastland for years. I will, on occasion, tweak something where Ill need a 3-5 visit regimen over the course of a couple of weeks...and just like that, Im back to my regular, active self. Most of the time its a monthly maintenance visit which works very well for me and my activity/fitness routine. What I love about Dr. Jess and her team is they dont try to over-prescribe their services; they listen (well) and work with you on what you truly need.

They are so helpful on explaining what recommendations would work best for me. And I have noticed a drastic improvement on my everyday life. With what my job entails I couldnt ask for a better chiropractor. The team is just so wonderful.

I was born with back problems. After 8 back surgeries I am still having pain. I started seeing Dr Jess about a month ago, and she has been a blessing to me. I went from taking 6 pain medications for pain, to now only taking 1. I had sciatica pain down my leg for years that back surgery could not fix. Dr Jess cured that in less than a month! The pain down my leg is completely gone! My life is so much better under the care of Dr Jess, Tom, and Kristy. I only wish I knew about Eastland Chiropractic sooner, and how affordable it is. I would highly recommend Dr. Jess and her staff. About seven years ago I had a fall on my bicycle, and some visits to a different chiropractor where I used to live helped me a lot. I still had a clicking going on in the area below one shoulder blade, but it never bothered me much anymore. Fast forward to a few days ago, when reaching for something, the area suddenly moved and became majorly painful even to breath or do anything. Dr. Jess’s office was the soonest one where I could get an appointment. The staff is well-coordinated and everyone is very helpful. Dr. Jess took time to do a thorough exam and treatment plan. Even that same day they were able to take the edge off through some minor treatment. Now we’re doing a few adjustments per week and each one has reduced the pain and helped me get back on track. After 3 adjustments it is the first time I don’t have crazy pain if I sneeze! The exam and treatment plan help a lot to understand what is going on while we keep working together to retrain my body much better this time and get me back to full activity!

Being only 25 people always tell me that Im too young to be in as much pain as I am almost constantly in. After years of competitive gymnastics and cheerleading most of my major joints are shot! On top of that being a cosmetologist as well means even more stress on my body from that!! You know the doctors are amazing. Dr Jess is unbeatable in quality. You won’t find someone who will spend more dedicated attention and time to discover the true cause of your discomfort, illness, or injury. However, I had been a dedicated patient at Eastland for many years and taken a break due to more pressing medical 🏥 issues bringing me to the hospital, when Dr Jess took over the business. I returned and met her at that time and was told that due to the MASSIVE amount of other patients I would not be a patient that they could assist. Very, very disappointing because Dr Jess had a similar experience as I’d had and could connect well on how to manage my care well. The staff at the front desk was new and was condescending; said they would send my chart to another chiropractor for continuity of care, however despite my own multiple requests in person, and my new chiropractor who Dr Jess sent me to who she said is HER chiropractor’s requests, the papers were not sent. Sad, sad, sad. I’m disappointed to have lost care at this location, to have lost connection with Dr Jess, and to have been tossed aside because they were so busy. It truly felt like my complex medical history was what caused my case to be brushed aside and not professionally followed through on for the closing of the case.

I’ve have been coming to Eastland Chiropractics for years now and its great. Dr. Jess is always checking in and making sure you are taken care of. I always feel good after my adjustments. Great staff and atmosphere always help.

After a frustrating year of knee pain/surgery/complications and lots of physical therapy that didnt fix the problem long term I decided to try chiropractic care. A year ago, my back was so messed up, I had been sleeping on the floor for about six months. Finally, a coworker talked me into seeing her chiropractor. After just a few visits, I was back in my bed again. A year later, my back hardly bothers me at all anymore. Not only that, but my chronic sinus infections and migraines have all but disappeared! I didnt see the chiropractor for those issues, but it turns out that regular adjustments can do more than just save your back.A few weeks ago, I took a vacation to the Gulf of Mexico where I got some ocean water in my ear. For several days, I did my best to fight off an ear infection without having to resort to antibiotics, which always mess with my stomach. I just happened to have an appointment with Dr. Shawn upon my return from vacation. As soon as he adjusted my neck, I felt the pressure in my ear release. The ear and throat pain and drainage was completely gone by the next morning. I am definitely a patient for life, now!

These guys are amazing. I had been to a few other chiropractors and they did no good for me. I was giving up hope on all chiropractors being able to help with my back issues. My wife had talked me into going to see them at eastland and I’m glad I did. They are very helpful and take their time to make sure you get what you need. I have been going for about 8 weeks now and i feel so much better. They work around busy schedules to get you what you need to feel better. Also the staff is very friendly and alway make you feel welcome. Another thing is they care about their community for the next few weeks they are taking the new patient fee and donating it to a new play ground to help bring kids with special needs and kids without together and to me being a father that is going way up and beyond and shows they really do care.

Always a pleasant experience. A very technical approach and genuinely concerned with your health. After completing my first 6 months Ive noticed a big improvement in the way I feel and was able to see that in the x-ray results. My only regret is not going earlier. I was nervous to become reliant on chiropractic adjustments until I realized the condition of my spine and how much I benefit from adjustments. Im an active individual and eastland has contributed to keeping me functioning a feeling good. Im happy to continue treatment and receive feedback from my doctor.
