I had an appointment this morning, I arrived and she asked for my insurance card. I pulled out my insurance card and my ID, and the office manager (by her accordance) said in a snarky tone, we dont accept that insurance and she walked away from me and left me at the desk. She didnt bother to explain anything else to me at all. I was left there at the desk putting my things back into my wallet. After I finished, I saw her sitting down, and I told her that it might be a good idea to check out insurance before scheduling my appointment if they wont allow me to be seen.I got home and called up there to speak to the office manager. It was her again. She said she is the office manager and she asked me what she can do. I told her Id like to speak to her superiors. She said that theyre busy and in appointments, and that they wouldnt talk to me anyways and asked how she could help. At that point, I was straight with her. I said lady, I dont like your attitude. I went there this morning and you pushed my insurance card back and walked away from me like I was a nobody. It was at that point she said well, weve scheduled you in the past, and this is the first time youve ever even shown up. Which was obviously completely unrelated, but perhaps could have been the reason for the way I was treated by her.I told her that the way she treated me this morning was inappropriate, and that I would like her to be held accountable. She said that shes sorry I feel that way and that they offer free consultations, and I asked her why she didnt ask me that in the office. She asserted that she did, but thats a flat-out lie. She walked away from me like I was nothing and didnt explain anything. She again reminded me that they cant speak to me yet again. At that point, we were going in circles, so I departed the phone call by telling her she treated me like a word that Id rather not type, one that represents fecal matter, and I told her that she should work on it.Its a shame, but most of this office behavior goes unaccounted for. Office staff are morally obligated to backup their co workers right or wrong, so this inappropriate conduct that any professional has representing them in their office, is hard to sort out. All I can say is that I have no incentive to write this review this morning other than the way I was treated. I promise you it was completely inappropriate and that Im telling you the truth. It was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had in an office. Perhaps she was having a bad day, Ive never been treated like that by them in the past, so I cant call it. I just know that it should be addressed. The doctors themselves are actually very kind, patient and accommodating. Im actually fond of them, as theyve helped my wife quite a bit during her pregnancy. I hate to write this because of that, but I feel its for the greater good. Im certain they would have an issue with the way I was treated, but again, like most cases, its their word over mine. I can only hope this ordeal will caution the lady to treat people much more kindly and respectfully in the future.

I had issues with my neck/shoulder. I went on my insurance provider website to shop for a local chiropractor and I found that Dr. Morrow’s office is the closest to my home. I called his office and asked a few questions. His assistant assured me that the first consultation is free of charge. She also mentioned that if I consented to more examination, I will be charged. I went in for a consultation expecting there will be a clear request of my permission after the consultation. Instead, before even the consultation, the assistant gives me a bunch of forms, some requesting information and other requesting my permission to be subjected to an X-ray. I thought it was odd to request that before even the consultation and the request form was mixed with simple information requests. Also, at that point, I didn’t even have the slightest idea about how much it will cost me. Fortunately, I didn’t sign the form. Then, the doctor came in and we had a consultation ( which is basically just going over the information sheet I filled up ). After the consultation, I was taken to the X-ray room in a very implicit way. I think the doctor assumed I signed the consent form to be examined. But then found out I didn’t. So he sent me the assistant who had the form. I said I wouldn’t consent unless I have an idea about the cost. She goes in while I am waiting. She comes back with a figure. I find it unaffordable. So she informs the doctor. Then, she comes back with another figure ( lower ). I still find it unaffordable. I leave the office because it all seems sketchy to me.

When I was in college about 10 years ago, I developed the worst back pain. It was so debilitating that I could not sit in class without writhing from the pain. There was never relief, even lying down. I went to doctor morrow, Ill be honest, because I was a college kid with no money, but I needed help. I couldnt afford physicians. From day 1, Dr morrow was super friendly, and seemed genuinely concerned about me. The first thing he told me is do NOT let anyone talk you into surgery right away. He stressed that there is no guarantee that surgery will help, it often makes it worse, and there is no going back once you go down that route. He explained everything with me so that i understood what was going on. I never felt like he recommended something just to make extra money. He walked me through the insurance gauntlet. X-ray, specialists, etc until we finally got to an MRI. The problem was a fractured disc. Slow and steady, I made my way back. 6 months of stim, massage, and stretching and I was back to being myself. Even after about 2 weeks, the worst of the pain had subsided. The reason Im writing this review is not because I never have back troubles anymore. Every now and then I will push it too far, and my back will let me know. For the most part though, Im active and play sports and my back is pretty healthy. But I have seen a handful of acquaintances jump into a surgery at the recommendation of a surgeon. Ive seen them ALL go badly. Im sure some go well, but the horror stories Ive seen make me feel incredibly fortunate that I happened to end up at dr Morrow for some lucky reason. I couldve easily been recommended for surgery just like many others and I wouldnt have known any better.Ive been meaning to write Dr Morrow a letter or something thanking him. Figured I would put it up here too.
