I LOVE Dr. Matt. He is one of the few Chiropractors who will adjust my neck while sitting and does an excellent job with the entire adjustment. He is very personable and great at defusing a situation. Sadly, however, the reception staff are greatly lacking. After waiting for 15 minutes (again), I double checked that my appointment was scheduled for 12:15 (during my lunch break) and I was given a reply of, Yes. Dr. Matt has a busy schedule and you need to be patient. When I was finally seen by him, he said he was surprised to not see in the room that was cleaned at my scheduled time and blamed the system (again) with a side note of one receptionist leaving the office.

Dr. Shaw is very helpful and personable. They also have massage and another chiropractic doctor. At first appointment, chiropractor takes x-rays, then explains to you what he sees. Very interesting. Adjustments are hands-on, as opposed to using mechanical adjustments. Up front of the office staff are nice, too.

Dr. DeShaw is amazing. He is skilled and also shows such great care and concern. I’ve seen a lot of chiropractors and he may be the best I’ve seen. I hope he stays in this community for a long time! Staff there are also very kind and great customer service. Thank you!!

Everyone at this office is amazing! I first saw Dr Steve at the beginning of the year when I hurt my back. Thanks to his help I started feeling some relief. When he left for some time off I started seeing Dr DeShaw who has been amazing with minimizing the pain in my back and neck. I will be sad to see Elisabeth go, I did enjoy getting to see her at my appointments. But everyone at the office is great and always accommodating.

Dr Matt is good to deal with and Jake gives excellent massages.

Highly recommend! They go over the entire process of chiropractic care in your first appointment and explain why you are feeling how you are. Everything he pinpointed was exactly things I was feeling wrong and within a few weeks I felt so much better! They also provide and encourage care through pregnancy which I think is cool because some won’t but it’s very beneficial!

Dr. Brent is AMAZING!!! I came in with excruciating neck pain and couldnt move my head in any direction. I had been in the ER days before my 1st visit to Bloomington-Normal Spine Clinic. The ER doctor gave me muscle relaxers and tried pain medications including morphine only to send me home 2 days later still in horrible pain. I even had a CAT scan and an MRI. The next day I saw Dr. Brent, who looked over the results of the CAT and MRI and explained why I was in pain, took x-rays and went over a plan to get my whole body back to good health! I FEEL GREAT!

My wife and I have been patients of Dr Matt Morse at Bloomington Normal Spine Clinic for over 5 years - and he has made such a difference in our quality of life. Regular chiropractic care is essential to so many aspects of your health. Additionally, in my case, the ability of a provider to deal promptly (and frequently) with the Veterans Administration is a tremendous advantage over other practices. They know their stuff - from the office to the table.

Dr. Matt is a true professional. The work he does is incredible. I recently went in to see him for a full body adjustment. After leaving, I truly felt like a new man. I know it sounds cliche, but its true for the experience. Excessive tightness and soreness was diminishing lifes activities for me after 4 long months without seeing him. This man is a magician. Hes special and I highly recommend you give BNSC a visit if you have any tightness or fatigue throughout your daily lives! Hell change that for the better!

I love this place! Dr. Steve has helped me go from 3-4 migraines a month to barely any (I cant remember the last migraine I have had!). I cant say enough good things about the staff here. They have all been so welcoming and make you feel like family.

Highly recommend BN Spine Clinic Dr. Matt is fabulous as our family chiropractor. Not only do my wife and I see him but we take our kids also. Their massage services are also awesome. I enjoy the other therapy options also like traction and the electro therapy.

I have lower back pain and Dr Shaw was very detailed and help me understand and identify my problem. I couldn’t continue because he was out of network for my insurance plan but I hope they are in network soon. Definitely recommend.

I am very pleased with the immediate attention they showed me. I even slept through my initial appointment and they still rescheduled me the next day.Do not let the videos or doctors explanations deter you. It is part of the sales process and if you are serious about chiropractic care then it is well worth the few extra minutes in the office. The doctor pointed out his concern areas and offered me a very reasonable student price.

I have been going to this clinic since 1990. I have degenerative disk disease, fibro,and CFS . I go twice a month to be adjusted and I use the roller tables. Dr. Matt is my Dr. and he even adjusts my shoulders. I do receive pain relief. I think that Dr. Matt does a great job!

Dr Deshaw and Dr Mores have helped me tremendously with my back problems over the past year. Love the staff and I have recommend some close friends to alleviate their back problems here.

The Doctors here are really wonderful and really want to make sure that you are taken care of and on the path to recovery. All of the staff here are helpful and really nice. I would recommend that you look into this place and they also take the ISU insurance that you get from attending the university so it is only 15 a visit.

I started going to Bloomington-Normal Spine Clinic about 8 months ago after I was still struggling with neck pain from a car accident a few months prior. One day I had woken up and was in so much pain, I decided to finally call and see how quickly I could get in- the answer was that day! Not only did they fit me in 3 times that first week, but from the start all doctors and staff genuinely care about you and how you are feeling. On top of that, the office is extremely organized and efficient making it so they can get you in and out in a timely manner.8 months later, I feel so much better! I received care from both Dr. Brent and Dr. Matt, who are both amazing at what they do. I never felt like a patient filtering in and out, but rather someone who is receiving great care and attention every time I stop in for a visit. I cant thank this office enough for how much they have helped me the last few months!

At first I wasnt exactly sure how much benefit I would see or even a timeline for the relief phase to kick in and lesson my pain. I had chronic and severe spasms from over use and over extending the abilities and went through a primary care physician who started with muscle relaxers and 5 mg norco. That only slightly helped and at the next visit increased norcos to 7.5mg 3x a day. Then she suggested PT which actually made me feel much worse.A girl who worked with my wife experienced many of the same problems and mentioned Dr Steve and his staff.I signed up on the website for the free initial exam and consultation and my wife called to setup the appointment. While talking to the receptionist about how bad my pain and lack of sleep and instead of the free 30 minute offered me an emergency pain reduction adjustment. For the first week I went up and down with pain as bones were being shifted back to normal. I am now out of the pain relief phase and into the corrective care portion.My pain has been non existent except for very rare flare ups but most days its at 0 and the worst a 2.I am very thankful for Dr Steve and the rest of his staff as they make you feel at home and comfortable.I cannot state how happy I am with results I wouldnt have dreamt possible.

Ive seen multiple chiropractors over the years and Ive never been as comfortable with any as I have with Dr. Steve. He didnt give the elaborate sales pitch I expected, and he explained my x-rays in full detail honestly, which no one had ever done. He is extremely knowledgeable, and also has certification to do acupuncture, which (to my skeptical surprise) really helped with my morning sickness.

Dr Morse is the best chyropracter in town. Spends time to really understand your issues and gets you cracked back into shape.

Very kind staff but not well organized. I doubled paid (up front, then my insurance paid at the end of the year) and no one notified me of this. If I hadnt tracked it down myself they would have kept about $500 extra. Attempted to call staff multiple times for months and would never get returned calls. Did eventually get my check and reimbursed when I showed up in person so it is fine now, BUT it took too long and too much hullabaloo to do so (we are talking I began calling them in december, I got my check in april). It makes me wonder if anyone else is having their out of pocket money kept after their insurance goes through and double pays. A shame because the staff are kind but it was beyond frustrating to not have calls returned. The chiropractors themselves are nice, I went for treatment for migraines for several months and quit going due to expense, and because if Dr Matt adjusted me, often my pain would be worse rather than making improvements. Dr Steve is great though.
