Doctor Dan is hospitable and very skilled! A few days ago I could barely move my spine . After two visits Im able to comfortably pick up my baby girl and just get things done. We were also met by a warm and friendly receptionist named Emily. I definitely would recommend this location to anyone!

The fast food drive through of chiropractic. You dont get much in the way of care because they have so many customers to see. If you need real chiropractic care you need to go elsewhere. Went 3 times and saw no improvement. Most times the adjustment didnt take and they would just tell me to keep coming back so we can get it next time. They really hope that youll just forget about your membership and just keep paying it. Youll never hear from them about scheduling an appointment or anything. They go radio silent and hope that the card keeps working.In response to their response: Good for you for using this as an opportunity to advertise rather than addressing the issue. If you only offer routine maintenance and not true chiropractic care, then why didnt you tell me that when I sought treatment at your clinic. My needs are far beyond routine maintenance and you should have referred me to a chiropractor. You basically are saying that you knew you could not treat me, but chose to bill me anyway and not provide the care that I needed. Quite deceptive dont you think? Do you mislead all of your clients?

My neck went out while at work. I typically see my regular chiropractor, but not on a whim like this. It took no longer than 30 min after calling in, I was seen by the Joint chiropractic team after learning about them from in person advertisement and a new client special.I called in, went on over, filled out a little paperwork and was seen immediately. A few minutes later post adjustment, Im back at my desk able to work through the rest of the day.Highly recommend The Joint and their stellar services! Will be using them regularly now.

Dr. Daniel is the best! He’s efficient, but thorough in what he does and cares about all of his patients. I have tried other chiropractors, they just do not compare! It’s affordable and convenient chiropractic care.

Sarah and Dr. Dan are amazing! I felt immediate relief from Dr. Dan’s adjustments and feel like he is very knowledgeable in his field. He’s very personable and easy to talk to. I felt like I was given plenty of times for my adjustment, but also that my time was valuable and didn’t make me wait. Very clean location, everyone was wearing masks and sanitizing appropriately. Need a Chiropractor and just cant make to your appointment because ya gotta work late...yup thats my situation. I can make it there after work and no appointment needed. Dan is professional and a great personality. Makes ya want to come back and I enjoy sharing with new customers that the money is worth the experience. It may come out of your pocket with no insurance coverage... Less paperwork to worry about ah? Able to get deals of paying ahead allows a bit if a discount and one crack a week! The good crack 😂 ya know not drugs, but after a session you just might get a high! 🤣. Being able to sit back in comfort and able to get up with little to no pain is great for me. End of chapter one lol 😆. Chapter 2 starts when you start your own session at The Joint!!!

Dr. Sowada is amazing! He is educational, kind, and gives great adjustments every time. I like The Joint because I love being able to walk in on days when I have a headache, back pain, or last minute decide I want an adjustment but not worry about getting an appointment. I had bounced around to a few Joint locations and thought the adjustments were just fine. Finally I tried the Bloomington location and because of Dr. Sowada, it’s the only one I go to!

A few months ago I had terrible lower back pain. Had issues getting into/out of bed, walking and general movement. After just a few visits I had huge results and improvements in movement/comfort. After a little over a month or so of quick visits, Im pain from and have more range of motion in my back/movements! Highly recommend!

Great adjustment! Im a veteran and have back issues from my low back to my neck. I prefer this location because Dr. Danny knows how to get things moving again. My back is really stiff. He used traction on my first visit which really felt good on my low back. The side position to adjust my low back works the best with Dr. Danny because he has the knowledge and the strength to adjust it back to normal.

The joint us a great deal, especially if you opt for the 20 pack and they kick in four free adjustments during a promotion. That being said, it is,all about the professionalism of the chiropractors who adjust there. Dr. DANNY is very involved in diagnosing and treating. He shows genuine interest in his patients. He showed me a few stretches to do after workouts and also using a foam roller. He is very thorough and a talented Chirp.Dr. Lo is only in Bloomington one day a week, but he is also very thorough and does great adjustments.I had one adjustment by a fill in who was just not able to adjust me to my satisfaction and they readily gave me a credit for another, no hassle at all.I have found two great doctors at the Bloomington location and both do a great job. I have opted for the 20 pack and got the four free treatments. That is a tough deal to beat!

Starting coming in for some neck issues and it’s been greatly improved. I visit locations across the Midwest depending on where I’m traveling too and have always have a great experience.
