Went in to have my glasses adjusted, my favorite old Ray Bans. With changing styles, I was surprised they still had the same glasses Id had for some time. I bought a new pair of the same style...Sally was very efficient and helpful... Ill definitely shop this store again. Great selection. Upon picking up my glasses, I had 40% off so I bought another pair...why not?

I have been waiting for my RX to be emailed to me. When I called yesterday to follow up I was not treated as a valued customer. Instead both the receptionist and Manager were very dismissive of my needs. It seemed they were way too interested in closing up on a Friday. I would ask a direct question about my RX and her answer was ok, I understand …. that answer wasnt even applicable to my question. I was accused of not having been seen at the clinic because of some discrepancy between their providers and the records keeping at the office. This is the 3rd year I was GOING to give this office my business. Now, I refuse to give them my business. I have yet to speak to the DR directly to give him my feedback verbally. Oh yeah and no RX still! Even though I made in perfectly clear that I need it to order my stuff! Highly disappointed with the way the staff in the office is running the business.

This place is not great. The doctor was very fast and efficient. I had a lot of issues with the front desk staff. They were super helpful in helping me pick out glasses but seemed very confused/unhelpful in regards to paperwork and billing. For example, I wasn’t shown an itemized receipt for my glasses lenses, which I needed for insurance. I called 4 times to attempt to get a copy and finally received one. I then saw I was charged for an upgrade to anti reflective coating that I did not ask for and was told I had to wait to get my glasses, return them and essentially start all over. It’s been almost a month and I haven’t gotten my glasses or contacts yet.

The best thing about this place is the doctor! All and I do mean all the other staff here are incredibly rude and poor communicators. I have used this place for the past 3 years and every time I want to ripe my hair out! It does not matter if Im in person or over the phone. They are RUDE! I would just change places but they are the cheapest for my sons incredibly expensive glasses. You are treated like they are doing you a favor by helping you. I just HATE dealing with any of them!

Dr Lee is awesome, answered all the questions I had but front desk staff has an attitude they dont care for their customers. One lady doesn’t even make an eye contact when you ask her something.

I recently ordered reading glasses at Target Optical in Blaine. Customer service was poor - associates appeared busy with something else, looked annoyed with taking my order and could not answer my question about different types of lenses. Later, when picking up my glasses, the associate was surprised I was there with such a request, although I had an appointment, and gave me a only minute to try the glasses. I am very disappointed and would not recommend that place to other customers.

Dr. Jarrod was great. But the rest of the staff has terrible customer service. Never got a call or email that my glasses were ready. Finally got ahold of someone about a month later, they were very rude and acted as if I was a burden for wanting to pick up my glasses. Do not recommend.

The Dr is very nice however the ladies working in the store leave little to be desired. They are not helpful at all. I called to see if my glasses were in after being lost. The girl put me on hold for over 6 minutes until the phone automatically rang again. She answered the phone and had to be reminded of what I was on hold for. She just said oops I forgot. Im getting very frustrated with the lack of customer service and poor experience. Its been over a month now and still no glasses. Will not be going back.

Very slow service. They pretty much have one employee who isn’t overly friendly. I very much dislike having to go in. Probably won’t get my kids glasses there again.

I went in yesterday and all I can say is that lady was really rude to me and not welcoming at all.

This location seems to only have one employee who is always alone even when the place is Extremely busy. She is also not friendly at all. I guess that isn’t totally her fault considering how short staffed she is. Customer service is non existent at this location which is unusual for a target. Blaine is too busy to just have one worker staffing the optical store. I decided against purchasing my glasses here and went to Lens Crafters instead and it was hands down a completely different experience. My wife had the same experience. We will not ever purchase glasses from target optical again.

Truly the worst. Waited over a month to get contacts then they miss ordered my prescription, waited 2 more months. Called/stopped in to see if they were ready. Now they are telling me they can only give me 1 contact and and will not fox my insurance so I can go somewhere else.

The people here didnt care to have any conversations with me in my concerns for my eyes. I just wanted to replace the lenses in my glasses with my new prescription since it is now outdated. My assumption was $50/lens and whatever the fee may be which is probably maybe give or take $150. They charged me $250 for their bundle deal $50/lenses $200 per frame but you save $50 with the bundle. Charging me for a NEW pair of glasses when I just wanted my lenses replaced. Im a college student, I just want to save as much money as I can right now, stop forcing your sales when I just want to get in and get out.

The customer service at this Target Optical is horrible. None of them know what they are doing and they never call me when my glasses or contacts come in. You will always wait awhile to be helped as they are never fully staffed. One day they told me to come back or call them later to pay for my glasses I ordered because it was too busy at the time.

Do not, and i seriously mean do not go here. I had bought 2 pairs if glasses and found out from a different optical place that they did not make them right. One eye was lower and not wven then the other. Even though it was their issue they would not fix them because it was over 90 days. Im surprised they even have 2 stars. Every time i went in they would say your eyes are just adjusting. No, you guys dont know what your doing.

Went in to target today to look for some prescription sunglasses. They were not that busy and I was disappointed when nobody approached me for help after 10 minutes of looking at sunglasses. Sadly I will take my business elsewhere.

Do not go here. They gave me the wrong fit contact and are blaming me for it, all they care about is the money the customer experience was beyond underwhelming. I was told I couldn’t get in for them to fix what they did wrong until Sunday almost a week from now so guess I won’t be able to see until then. Believe me go anywhere else but here.

Worst experience ever. First I go in after 2 years of already having glasses, I was originally fit at target.. they can’t find me in the system. Ok whatever you can’t keep your records straight. Then I go in to get re fitted for another pair, the doctor is so rushed to get me in and out, they didn’t put down I wanted a contact fitting as well, and the doctor had already dialated me eyes so that isn’t a true fitting, so I could see how irritated this made him. He then rushed through the exam and said oh I’m sorry but contacts aren’t going to work for you. Great there went $70.00. Then I had to come back to see if the contacts they ordered in would work, the doctor then says oh wait let’s recheck your vision, like it’s going to change in a week! He then made adjustments to my prescription and ordered a new set of lenses for me. After about a week they call and say your lenses are here but not your frames, so they handed me a temporary pair off the shelf after paying upwards of $500.00 for a brand new pair of glasses, and stuck the new lenses in those. A month and a half later I’m still waiting for my new pair of glasses to come in. I just called them and the lady on the phone was rude plus not having any documentation in the system about what happened to my glasses. I am beyond irritated with this whole ordeal that I most likely will never go back! Plus I’m not getting my money back that I had spent on my contact fitting that didn’t even work anyways because the doctor rushed through everything. Way to go target optical! I will be calling target corporate and filing this complaint and will demanding a full refund! Worst customer service and worst experience I’ve ever had! My advice- don’t waste your time or money!

Not very friendly and they dont seem to know whats going on. Ive been waiting for trial lenses for well over a week. Also, the customer service is really lacking.

Staff was awesome in helping me pick out my new glasses and contacts.

Staff is very passive aggressive and everything feels like a rush at this location. Once they get a sale in, customer service goes away. It’s very un-Target like. I think this optical area is separate from Target itself.
