Very convenient. You can get in really quickly. Friendly staff that listens to what you want done.Update: I used to believe this company was very convenient. However I have tried call 5 times and I have not gotten any answer.Or have a voicemail pick up. How are you supposed to book customers, if you never answer your phone?!

I gave it a “one star” but that’s because I can’t put 0.I went to get a haircut on Saturday (9/21/19) in the afternoon. There was only two women working.I have never gotten a haircut in my entire life and felt scared to look in the mirror. The stylist used phrases like “oh god, I don’t know how to blend” or “I think this is a size two” and etc. she seemed like she never cut hair in her life before. I felt so uneasy and uncomfortable and was even scared to look up in the mirror the entire time. I had to go somewhere else this morning just to fix my hair. Bad fading/blending, neckline was not straight and top of my head was not even. Some parts were longer then others.Oh, did I mention, i just asked for a basic cut. Just trim my hair shorter is all I asked for. Then at end of transaction, she told me “it’s not that bad” do you want me to give you a discount. I said no, I paid and left. I’m not confrontational but I will never stop in another Regions salon and I will make sure no one I know does either. If your looking for a haircut, do NOT, absolutely do NOT go to this location under any circumstances

I went in for a cut and full color. My hair was down to the middle of my back and I told her I wanted it shoulder length. I also said I wanted my hair colored to my natural color which is a dark brown. She mixed the color and came back and started to dry cut my hair without ever combining it out first. Actually neither a comb or brush even touched my hair throughout my entire appointment! She just chopped at it. I assumed she was doing this and would finish the cut and style it once the color was done. She then put the color on but didn’t section off the layers to get down to the roots. When the color was done she didn’t rinse the color out before she shampooed my hair. Then we went back to the chair and she started to blow dry it. She only used the blow dryer long enough to take the dampness off. I tried to tell her that I straighten my hair and her comment was “ at our age we need fullness”. She doesn’t know me or how I look with my hair straight. It actually makes me look younger!! The total experience start to finish for a consult, cut, color, shampoo and semi blow dry (no styling) took 4 5 MINUTES!!!! I guess I should listen to my own philosophy, YOU DEFINITELY GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!! In this case I got even LESS THAN that!!!!!!

Danielle W. does an amazing job. I usually go in with a do whatever you want look and she never disappoints. She makes me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I always walk out with a fresh color, trim, and eyebrow wax. Thanks for making me feel and look incredible.

Bree brought my lifeless box dyed damaged hair back to life! The colors (bayalage) she did turned out so amazing. I came here on a last minute whim to get my hair done before I leave for vacation and have now found myself a new go-to stylist. Staff was friendly, and Bree was awesome!

Ive been going here for years and I have consistently had very good haircuts here.

I had been putting off getting my hair cut because Im gun shy of bad cuts. I thought I would be safe going to Regis, theyve been there forever, but oh no. Same story as Great Clips and Fantastic Sams. I had a picture with me. Told her, do not cut my bangs, not too short in the back. She said she would feather the sides and take some of the bulk out of the back. First cut, she clipped about 2 off, and never stopped cutting. I have the most awful cut, it looks like Twiggy from back in the 70s. I am neither, skinny, cute or young, it does not work for my 62+yr face and shows off my old neck. I feel like a real fool, and probably look worse. I feel very self conscience about it, and will be wearing a baseball hat the rest of the winter. What could she have been thinking!!!! We did disguss what I wanted, but sure didnt close to it.I had my brows waxed and colored. They are pencil thin, and darker than I had ask when I told her, a light brown. Im grey, so they stand out.There is nothing to say what the haircuts and other services are, and I sure didnt expect to pay $28.00 to be made over to a complete clown. I said nothing, cause I would have cried. I only gave a tip cause after all she did spend time on me.And it was so unfriendly in there, I couldnt believe it. No smiles when I came in, except to say, do you need help? The worse experience I have ever had. And the most embarrassing hair cut. Even getting my hair shaved due to cancer, didnt make me want to hide out at home.

I had an appointment with Susan on Mothers Day. I loved what Susan had done. I made an appoint for June 9 with Susan. When I showed up for my appointment, I was told that Susan was not in and there was no appointment. I unfortunately waited for the next stylist. I was to get my highlights touched up and a trim. It seemed Donna was very inexperienced with foiling and cutting short hair, having to ask for direction from another stylist throughout my appointment.I will not return.

Went in looking for a cut around 6pm on a Sat eve,two stylists sat in the back chairs gossiping about another stylist and didnt even attempt to make contact with me.I thought maybe they didnt see me ,but when I made myself known they just carried on with their coversating.I walked out and wont be returning,ever.

Joni has been cutting my hair for 14 years. She’s precise, efficient, and skilled with her scissors. She also seems to employ a great staff.

Went here because I thought that with a Brand name it would be very professional. The Stylist did what she thinks you wanted, she did not wanted to hear what the customer wanted. I just wanted a tem foil highlighted not bleach, which was what she did. now I have clumps of bleached hair from, the top of my head. they did not listed just do what they wanted, in the end she told me if it does not fad in three weeks to back and she will fixed it. (Right fixed bleached hair) there was no friendliness very uninviting customer services. Needless to say I would not be going back there.

I love coming to Regis to get my hair cut by GG. She is a wonderful stylist and does a great shampoo. Book with GG next time you come and you won’t be disappointed!

Dont come here if you want you hair done in a timely manner.Came in at 11 am to get my hair done and can barely even get it done before closing due to my stylist being overbooked. They book each other in this salon and end up overbooking each other, this has seriously got to stop. Ive been here for 6 hours just for a color, how does that work? People have plans and things to do! My hair looks great but its the fact that I came here so early and cant she cant even finish my hair due to her being over booked against her will. So annoying! And disrespectful. Would not recommend this salon because this is not the first time something like this has happened.

I went in with hair down the middle of my back, a picture and a description of a shoulder-length cut, next thing I know, my hair is cut all the way up to my chin. I look ridiculous, and all I wanted was to update my look. It took me almost two years to finally treat myself to a cut and style, and my hair is ruined. Thankfully, another stylist, Alisha, was kind, patient and fixed it as best she could. She is the only reason for the 2nd star.

Not a good experience. The gal who cut my hair just kept going and going. I knew she messed up mid cut, fortunately for her I wasnt afraid to go shorter to fix it, but had I been sensitive to my length and was trying to grow out my hair, this would have been a huge problem, about a 3-4 inch problem!!!

The good news was all 3 stylists who were in the shop today were really nice. The bad news was none of them were the stylist I had made an appointment with for my daughter. Her name is GIGI. We showed up on time and were told GIGI was going to be in a half hour late. I was a little grumpy but we went to get a bite to eat. When we got back GIGI still wasnt there and no one knew where she was. We rescheduled with a different stylist since there was no way I was waiting any longer or giving my money to someone who couldnt bother to show up. As we were leaving almist an hour after our appointment time, GIGI strolled in, dropped her stuff off, and headed to the food court. So if you ever have an appointment with GIGI double check to make sure shes actually goung to make it. Rude and disrespectful. Wasted my time and I had a very disappointed daughter.

Danielle did my hair and she did a grate job this Saturday afternoon. The best hair I had in a long time. Took one look at the picture brown hair with ash lowlights. She made my hair look just like picture.

I had Brianna do my color and she was so nice and did a really good job. She was the greatest.

Worst color EVER. She left the bleach on my head so long(and never checked it) that my hair fried off and I was stuck getting extensions for my lost hair for months. AND they still made me pay full price for ruining my hair!

Brenda is the only person I have trusted with my hair for over 10 years. She will not let you leave the chair if you are not satisfied, regardless of the extra time it takes, which isnt easy to find in a stylist. Im always being asked who cuts my hair - well heres your answer!

I see Danielle W and only her (when I find something - I stick with it). She brought my hair back from the dead and now its so healthy! Shes professional and well seasoned so I trust her with my hair 100%.

I actually ended up liking my hair cut but it took a long time to get there. First I stood and waited at the front reception area for 15 mins making eye contact with two separate employees until someone finally came up and asked what I wanted. I replied a hair cut? The station the woman brought me to was FILTHY. Little blonde hairs every where from the woman before me. The woman brushed off the hair with a dirty towel and had me sit down. She had dirty supplies and hair dye stains all over her station. I was terrified on what my cut was going to look like. After having to the stylist redo certain sections 3 separate times, my hair cut looked presentable. She then spent 10 mins blow drying my hair (more then double the time she spent cutting it, mind you) when it takes me two mins at home. The hair cut was cheap, but it was by far the worst experience at a salon Ive ever had.

Worst Haircut Ive Ever HAD!!!! I am so disappointed at the disaster that my hair is. I had my hair cut the first time by Breanna and fixed by Dee. I went in asking for an inverted bob. My hair is very thick but not impossible. I came in with pictures and described in detail how I wanted it cut and how I wanted to be able to style it after. As Breanna was blow drying my hair I could tell things werent looking good but I figured shed fix it after by cutting some of it dry. Well, when she was basically done I told her my hair didnt look good and she was so beside herself on how to make it better. It literally looked like my toddler took a pair of scissors and just chopped off random chunks of my hair. I wanted a refund but I was told Id have to wait until Monday to see the manager to have it approved. The original haircut was on a friday, I went in Saturday to have it looked at. I decided to let a different stylist try to fix it. I regret that now. I admit my hair looked ok when I left the redo but I realized the next day that it looked stupid without all the special styling she did. My hair was not even an inverted bob from the first haircut and in order to make it one I had to have so much more taken off than I wanted and it looked stupid. I had these stupid lookin tails in the front I ended up cutting off myself a few days later. I hate my haircut, its ugly and I look stupid. Im never going back to this salon ever. Waste of money and my hair is ruined until it grows out enough to have a decent stylist give me a good haircut. Very depressing having to look in the mirror at this train wreck on my head every day.
