I have tried two other great clips near me and this is the best. They do what you want! They have my style in the system, so I come in, they print out my specific style and thats it. Wouldnt go anywhere else!

This isnt my first stop here.... They never seem to either finish the haircut, making me feel rushed and ending up going home to either recut or finish the duty or back in a week or so to pay for yet another haircut, which, if done patiently and correctly the first place, I wouldnt have had to fork out another 20+$ that I know I cant afford. This is/was not my particular store, thoough. I was a client at their now closed Isanti, MN location. Now, that particular group, before COVID, they knew how to cut hair! Miss that Isanti crew! Where did they all go to?

The lady who cut my sons hair was actually pretty rude and didnt make my son feel comfortable at all. I wont be coming back to this location I usually go to the great clips on university but it was to busy. She did a really go job on his hair tho just her attitude sucked.

I checked in online at home and had a very short wait for my favorite stylist.

Easy check in process. Could wait in my car until it got down to minutes so I didnt have to spend a lot of time in the shop. Hair cut by Sue, she always does a great job cutting my curly hair. She listens and then cuts.

The staff are very capable and friendly. Using the application to set up appointments is easy. Wait times are not long. You get a good haircut quickly and for a reasonable price

Ive seen the manager here cop attitudes to customers on a few occasions; today I was the recipient of an evil eye, when after waiting for a stylist to be ready, she finally was, but an unexpected, important, work related call delayed me a few moments to take a seat. I gladly let a walk in go ahead of me so I could finish the call. There are plenty of other locations around, Im done with this one. Its too bad, because the stylist who did cut my hair today is great!

I use the app which helps a lot to schedule my appointment. Then I dont have to think about things I could be doing while I sit there waiting. I get in quick. The staff is helpful, and I I leave even quicker because there seems to be less hair than there used to be. Very happy!

A lady who has been cutting for 5 years but can’t even do a proper fade. Said it was because of the shape of my head so she went a quarter way up to the crown of my head on one side while the other side is much lower. The back is high also, all the way up to my cowlick. Felt like she was rushing and didn’t take her time to make my hair line up equally. Not sure what training school she took but her work definitely shows how bad it is. I’ve shaved my head bald because of the embarrassment I carry from her work. I even tipped her too when I paid for the service. It reminds me from back in the days when I once went to a training school to get my haircut. Folks, if you have no attention to details, I suggest you get out of this profession.

Today at about 3pm I stopped by to get my five year old a haircut. There was no one waiting and we got right in. My fives year old did what normal 5 yr olds do and was hesitant to get in the chair cuz she had to cut other people’s hair. (No one in the waiting area)She began to ask me what I wanted and I attempted to explain(which I did poorly) any event at one point it looked as though she put a bowl on his head and shaved around it! During this time scolded my 5 yr old for wiping his face. Not once but at least 5 times. At this point I lost my patience’s and started to tell her about herself.

Great place. Better if you check in online. It is a shame you dont see the same faces when you come back, but hair cuts are always good.

Super fast service. My son was seen immediately- there was an online wait, but we just did a walk in. The other ppl had not shown yet, so they got my little buddy done right away.

I asked for 1 inch off all around, maybe 1/8 inch here and there....horrible stylist that did NOT do as I asked. When paying, she said press here for tip, I said NO TIP

Pathetic. I did a haircut over here today and I guess the stylist name Neliaa. Anyway at the checkout I showed a coupon to her and she refused to accept it and saying I need to take a printout. The email clearly said I need to show the coupon code thats all. Report to their corporate office.

I was asked 4 times how short I wanted my hair cut every time I said 2 inches and the lady said last time was 1 3/4 so I said fine do that I now have hair sticking up in the back of my head and its uneven on the sides and while it was being cut she just let a massive clump of hair sit on my face
