First time getting my hair done at any Ulta Salon. I chose the location in Blaine, MN. What an impressive salon!!! Anna gave a fantastic cut, highlights, and style. It had been 15 months since last I had my hair done. She saw the opportunity and was up for the challenge. Even though Anna had complete freedom to do what she wanted with my hair, Anna was very professional and wanted my input, asked all the right questions, and got my buy in before proceeding with her vision for my hair. I’m over the moon loving my new look!!! Great conversation and laughs along the way. My hair is transformed and ready for the season. Will never go here again worst service, if you want eyebrows that dont look the same this is the place for you. After getting my done got home and my kids notices. Went and spent more money getting them fix the next day and all I wanted was a refunded for what they did. Asked them to call me after work and they call me in the middle of my work day. They also offer to fix them, but told them I had already fix them. Week later and still no refund what a joke.

Always have great service here. If you need your eyebrows taken care of, Taylor at this location is awesome.

Very friendly and helpful employees. Even though online said they had the item I was looking for and when I went in they didnt have it, they went out of their way to look. It said they had 2 and she went out of her way to go and look.

Salon color is more expensive than other places Ive been but the quality doesnt match. Great customer service!!! But I dont go places for great customer service, especially when its for cosmetic reasons

Greeted as soon as I walked in. A staff member then asked me if I needed help finding something. I DID! My BF was with me and not excited for me to try to find this tiny little product all on my own. She directed me to the product I was searching for, recommended an appropriate brush for said product, and we were out of there. So nice :-) Thanks.

I had placed an online order and somehow it was missing but they refilled it for me right away and apologized for the inconvenience. Epic customer service and its always fun to go there just because they have great stuff!!

Best haircut experience Ive ever had. Linda is so skilled and knowledgeable. She is very easy to talk to. Never pushed for me to buy a product right then and there; only recommended what will help me in the future. I deeply appreciate the love she put into my damaged hair.Ill definitely be back!

I stopped in this Ulta for the 1st time (I usually go to the Riverdale store but this one is a bit closer). I walked around for about 10 minutes looking for a specific product and when I could not find it I stopped and asked an employee if they had any tangle teezer hairbrushes she looked at me and says “I am not sure, I am new” she continued to stand there and look confused for about a minute then went and asked another employee who basically ignored her and answered the phone and walked away. She came back to me and said “sorry I am not sure and it is really busy right now” there were maybe 10 to 15 people in the store and 1 person waiting at the register. I never did get my answer or find it. I decided to give them another shot and do a pick up order for a bottle of lotion today and it took 10 minutes after I checked in to have the item brought out to my car which was strange since once again the parking lot was fairly empty. This employee did at least apologize for the wait. I am not sure if it’s a staffing issue or if they just don’t have great customer service but it certainly does not make me want to come back.

First time going in to splurge on MYSELF! I needed cover up for my well knowledged lines aka wrinkles. The greatest young lady helped me, she was so helpful! I love her and she is my new best friend!! She also said I could put my cover up on with my fingers, unlike my 18yr old daughter who tells me I can ONLY put cover up on with a sponge 😐. I will be going back here to get more well knowledged make up and advice!!!

Worse experience ever! Specifically asked for a high & lowlight and was told this is a process so she only did lowlights. As she was about to rinse she stated sorry water has to be cold so it doesn’t bleed into the rest of the hair...Yeah, I left as a complete dull looking brunette. I tried to get use to it for a couple of days, it was a no go. I called and explained the situation that I left with hair I didn’t want and it was way too dark, the mgr made me an appt. I go in for next appointment to be told I was only scheduled for like 10 accent highlights, when I protested I was told there wasn’t enough time so I had to schedule a 3rd appointment. I got highlights that were also really dull in color and didn’t even bring me back to the level I originally had PLUS I had to pay again. At this point, I’ve paid over $200 for hair that didn’t look good and wasn’t what I asked for which by the way I’ve never had a problem getting high & low lights anywhere else.Had to wait to get another appointment as to not totally wreck my hair. I went to Todaze and left with great hair and they did high & lowlights in 1 appt and way less than $200!

This store is so nice and clean and pretty! Love it ! The cashier that checked me out was beautiful!

I love my stylist at Ulta! She is knowledgeable, skilled, always so friendly, and most importantly a great listener! The ladies at the salon are always so nice. And their hair wash station is heaven! The products are expensive and I dont shop often for the products there but have bought a few shampoo/conditioners for my high maintenance hair which is well worth it. Other than that I do my shopping else where. They also do curbside pick up and works out great if I dont want to go inside.

Good Clearence which is the only way most the stuff here is affordable

I looked at this store online for the items I wanted. It indicated that the products were available, and they were, so I spent less than 15 minutes in the store.

I was greeted immediately when I walked through the door. She helped me find what I was looking for. The staff was well informed of the product. She uses the product herself so I believe she knows what she is talking about. 😁

Gotten my brows waxed and tinted here many times and Taylor is amazing she makes them perfect every single time. I tell everyone I know to go to her for their Brow needs.

Customer service is always less than stellar. Either you cant find anyone, or if you can they are standing around talking to each other. When you do ask for help the service is never great.

They were very friendly & kind. Even though I felt out of place when I first walked in they made me feel welcome! One of the ladies helped me find what I needed that was comparable to a product that is not carried in their stores. & Was needing badly too help my badly damaged, bleached hair. ❤️

This place was pretty nice. The organization was weird for me, though. Im used to having nail supplies near the makeup, like many other retailers have it. They DID have the weird, hard-to-find item I needed, but I dont think I ever would have been able to find it on my own. But bonus points to the associate that was able to look up on a device, verify its what I wanted, then go find it in store for me before checking out.I wish some of their makeup tools had the cheaper ones in bulk for sale, like cheap foundation wedge sponges, 6 for a buck, kinda thing. Theres a lot of makeup DIYs that use those.However, they had a great variety of makeup cases for almost every storage need from the large ones that are a little over a foot tall, to little ones that you can carry in your purse. If I didnt already have a case, I would have picked up one of theirs!All in all, its Ulta. Since Ive been visiting their stores more often the past year, their prices are MUCH more competitive than years ago and if I need more than one makeup or moisturizing item, I go there instead of my usual WalMart/Target.

They are actually open for shopping! There was only one other customer. The cashier even told me about a BOGO 50% off offer & got me more product. Thank you!

I did not feel comfortable in this store. I had asked for a shade match and Rachel did not come and help me as she said she would. The cashiers were being too pushy asking for my number and continued to ask me to sign up for their rewards program after I had said no multiple times.. I have never wanted to exit a store faster than this one.

I have had fantastic service at every Ulta but this one. My daughter bought the wrong number clinic kit using a 20% off coupon. We realized this when we were 5 minutes down the road and came back 10 minutes later. The cashier refused to exchange the kits so we had to pay the 20% difference. I would not go to this Ultra if you want the customer service Ulta is known for.
