Blake and his team are so great to work with. I shared before hand how much anxiety my child has and they have gone above and beyond to make the experience easier on him. Blake is super patient, understanding and calm with him. His technicians think outside of the box in ways to talk him through what they will be doing and even throw on Netflix to keep his mind off of things. It is definitely not easy to handle anxiety filled patients and his technicians are SO amazing about it. I highly recommend Feil Orthodontics especially for kiddos that arent a huge fan of the dentist/orthodontist.

Doctor is Good, But the 1 star is for the scheduling nightmare, The business has taken up too many clients, servicing the clients in hand has become a big challenge. I am ready to go to either location Bis or Mandan but after school options are too little or not available at all. At the time of signing up for the services, all promises were made that appointment availability is not an issue and all that....My recommendation is to look for other options if you worry about kids missing school...If thats not an issue...Good place!!

Always a joy going to Dr. Feil! Himself and his staff make you feel like family. Dr Feil is easy to work with. Always such a positive atmosphere! Staff is always fun to talk and joke around with. Ask for water when your there because they like to draw pictures on your cup. Told one of the assistant Im going to go by a fridge and she came back with a cup that had a fridge on it and said good luck. That made my day!!

Dr. Feil and his team are awesome!!! I was so impressed by the honesty and not just saying , Yes lets put braces on!! They heard our concern and gave honest feedback!!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Our second child just got his braces on and we were worried how he would handle the process but they were all so patient and accommodating. Everyone there is great and make our entire family feel like their family! We are very happy with the care both our children have received.

They traveled to our smaller town and did a free consultation for my sons, which we are so appreciative for. Great and friendly staff and doctor.

We loved how friendly and patient and easy to work with all of the staff were. We always were in on time and out just as quick but still received quality care. We had an emergency case once, when a wire broke and you got us in and took car of her right away. My daughters confidence has been greatly lifted by the outcome! We would highly recommend Feil to anyone in need of orthodontics! :)

We had a great experience at Dr Feil s office. Everyone was so nice and professional. My daughter was hungry and didnt get a snack since we had this appointment. The staff gave her a snack to eat while we were going over the paperwork. The office is beautiful and clean. Thanks so much Dr Feil and Staff!

Our experience has been both adult and teen with our 3rd child a current patient. That statement alone says enough! We have continued to return time and time again. I have been very happy with my experience at Feil Orthodontics - and would definitely recommend to anybody. The staff has always been friendly, from the first day I went in for an evaluation . Dr. Dan is great about answering questions when I have them and telling me where we are at and if things are moving along like they should be. I have a fairly busy schedule and theyve always been amazing about making an effort to pick days/times that will work for appointments.

Absolutely the best Orthodontics hands down.Dr.Feil is amazing and it shows in his work and also his relationship with his clients. I would never recommend anyone else. Myself and my son both have braces through Feil and his priority is for your outcome to be the best it can. Also his staff is so awesome and fun, it just feels like family when I’m there. My daughter received her braces today and all of the appointments that we have had have been amazing. Dr. Feil and his staff are amazing with my daughter and help her feel very comfortable while she is there. They kept my daughter calm and happy while they were installing her braces and bracket. The staff at Feil Orthodontics and Dr.Feil were amazing they were happy and always smiling they took great care of me and were so sweet to my two babies that came with me, that was the best part they were so caring to my kids. Best Ortho in town. Both my daughter and I are at Feil and we love him. Dr. Feil really does go the extra mile for his patients, crafting a great smile to make sure the patient is very happy. My second daughter will be in with Dr. Feil in the next couple of years so we will get to see them for a few more years. I have to do a shout out to Katie. The best and my favorite. I always request to be in Katie’s schedule. She is very gentle when my teeth are tender, making sure to be super careful. There’s just not enough good I can say about Dr. Feil’s office.

Dr. Feil is very knowledgable! The staff is extremely friendly and very informative on all subjects related to initial exam information, payment and insurance, scheduling, as well as thorough explanations of treatment plans, length of treatment and outcomes. They use lot so pictures to help both parents and kids get on board for successful treatment. They do a great job of motivating kids (and adults)--which can be tough to do sometimes. I give Feil my highest recommendations!

Dr. Feil and ALL of his staff have been absolutely amazing throughout our entire experience! They provided a very through initial consultation, which they provided to us free of charge, where they took photos and x-rays and showed us a plan for helping my daughter with her cross bite and impacted teeth. We did go forward with treatment and the entire treatment came to much less than we expected. Dr. Feil and his staff have gone above and beyond to answer every question we have and to provide exceptional care before, during, and soon to be after! It is not too often you look forward to going to the dentist or orthodontist but the care they provide makes us excited for our appointments! We would highly recommend Dr. Feil for any of your needs and are so thankful that we have such a great option for an orthodontist in Bismarck!

I am highly satisfied with my teeth and honestly, the results are WAY better than I imagined. The entire staff is extremely friendly and treats you like family. My job makes it near impossible to schedule an appointment and Dr Feil was the only Orthodontics that squeezed me in same day for consultation. In addition, my braces were even put on the same day as well due to me working out of state, nobody else would see me for weeks! Finally I recieved many compliments from strangers on my teeth during this whole process. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know, and someday my kids will come here should they need braces!-Alexander

Came here because my son apparently had 2 teeth out of place. The first appointment was a free consultation, which I later realized then can do free consultations because they get so much money from each person who falls for the scams they offer. Turns out my son had 2 more teeth to have pulled that Prairie Rose didnt realize, when he had already gotten 3 removed. Once that was done, I was out $400. When we got to the paperwork for braces, I was forced to initial and sign many pages of different things I didnt agree with to get the operation done. When I got the bill it was $6,200! When they finally got put on my son, he was in so much pain and suffering. Later that day I found him spitting, dry heaving, and gagging in the toilet while crying because he hated his braces so much, and because they were so uncomfortable and stupid. His life has been terrible since he got them put on. Not being able to eat anything hard, not being able to drink soda, or anything with sugar in it. He cant even eat chips or apples, and those are his 2 favorite foods. Feil Orthodontics and Prairie Rose Family Dentists have destroyed my life. Im stuck in $9,000 debt from both of you. Thanks a lot. I should have never taken my son in to start with.
