Brought my daughter in to have her wisdom teeth removed. They were very professional and thorough in explaining the process and I really appreciated the explanation on her teeth from the x-rays.

Top notch!! I went to the Bismarck location for a tooth extraction. I was super nervous because I had never been put under before, but staff was so friendly and easy to talk to.....they made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to others

Everyone was very nice and caring. Im usually extremely nervous and scared but they made it so it wasnt so bad by going over everything and reassuring it was ok. It was a very welcoming and comforting place to have surgery done.

All the staff was friendly and amazing thank you all for making me feel comfortable once I stepped into the office best dentist Ive seen in my life and actually cared didnt down you just lifted my spirit and gave me hope! I recommend this place for everyone

This is the second time Ive had a tooth extracted by Dr. Knoll. I had tougher procedure potential with dense jawbone grinding necessary. He made my procedures painless, comfortable and with fantastic bedside manner. The staff is fantastic, thorough, very courteous and they put you at ease. Everyone there makes you feel so comfortable that it takes the stress and anxiety out of your dental/oral procedures. I highly recommend this facility and crew for any work you may need!

I called this place to see if my fax was sent over for a tooth extraction and the women on the phone was so rude and told me not to call that they will call me. Given that i have been waiting for a week for a call I feel I have all the right to call on my papers. We come here because we need our teeth fixed, we are in pain yet we get rude people that don’t care. I went else where and I will not recommend this place.

Im and out in minutes had 4 wisdoms and extra tooth. In and out in of surgery in 25 mins zero pain or anything. Amazing

I had the best experience here. The receptionist ladies were so friendly. Dr. Deatherage was so kind and so thorough. I was comfortable the entire time I was there. The nurse assistants gave me a blanket and even adjusted the heat for me. I’m so scared of IVs, but the lady who started my IV was phenomenal. Every single person there was just the nicest person. I even told my mom they must have just made sure to hire the most incredibly friendliest people in the world. I was never scared, worried, or uncomfortable. Thank you Face and Jaw Surgery Center!

Very friendly! They made sure I was comfortable especially since I was super nervous due to this being the first time I ever had to be put under for any procedure. They were willing to work with me on my finances since I didnt have dental insurance, making sure I could afford to pay for what I needed done that would help me in the long run. Definitely recommend! Definitely will go back if I need more work done!

I called the center this morning on behalf of my daughter. She is scheduled to have her wisdom teeth removed and is required to come in the day of the procedure with 900.00. She does have her own dental insurance and they said they have to have half down. They were not interested in working with her on a payment schedule and told me to have her apply for care credit to cover it. She has already applied for this but with lack of a credit history, she does not qualify. I explained this to you all about still you were not interested. I also explained that she only is paid 1 per month and has other payment obligations. And your answer to all this was I guess she will have to save up. Well, I have to say Shame on you Face and Jaw. for being so concerned about making sure you met your profit margin.

I was so nervous to get all my wisdom teeth taken out, they were friendly at first, but during recovery the dentist got extremely frustrated and agitated every time I called to complain about the pain and how my medication (3 different kinds) was not working or how I think I might have an infection due to pain on one side 10 days after my procedure. The dentist (Preston gomez) couldnt have been less concerned. Im not impressed and now I have to go to the ER on mothers day instead of relaxing at home with my family.

Excellent experience!! Everyone that worked with me were great, I would definitely recommend Bismarck Face and jaw to all!!

Way more comfortable then oral surgery center ! That place was a horrible experience. Here they treat you well and make you feel like family almost

Friendly staff and doctor. Dr. Miller talked to us like intelligent people; he didnt talk down to us. He and the assitant both took their time explaining things and answering our questions. The front desk person called us after hours to set up my moms appointment for the next morning when they had a cancellation. Very nice office and very positive experience.

Everything went very well and was actually a pleasant experience as much as having a wisdom tooth removed can be i think. Everyone was very nice to work with and very helpful
