They will label your visit differently than insurance requires (labelled as an office visit instead of a routine physical), which means I now have to pay the difference for a visit that SHOULD have been covered by insurance. UAB billing refuses to change the billing code, so Im up the creek for $100

The staff is excellent and the location is wonderfully convenient.

I see Dr. Land, and I really can’t say enough good things about him and his staff. They are wonderful! I always feel like he takes his time with me and really listens to what I’m saying. His nurses are super fast to respond to messages and refill requests. Everyone in the office is very friendly. They have always been very efficient, and I highly recommend them.

I am not sure what any of the negative reviews are about (possibly anomalies) because I have had nothing but very positive experiences at the UAB Inverness location. The facility itself is extremely accessible with free parking right outside the clinic. There have always been very polite and professional receptionists, very short wait times in the waiting room, and pleasant nurses that took my general stats before seeing my doctor. Dr Lajeune has always been helpful and does not rush through the appointment by any means. To me, it has been the most positive doctors office environment as a whole that I have ever used.

Everyone here is very nice. The office is clean. No long waiting in the lobby. Dr. Monita Singh is awesome. Shes a good listener, and shes genuinely concerned. I just wish this location rthey had a xray machine

In order to try to get an appointment, I called and was required to give ALL of my insurance, contact, and demographic information before they would even tell me if they had any appointments available. This was a 20-minute process and at the end, they did not even have availability within the time range that I need to be seen. So, I wasted 20 minutes of my time and gave them detailed information on myself, just to get no help. I wont call back.

Dr LeJeune is outstanding. Need more like her.

This office is clean, efficient friendly and professional. Dr. Monita Singh is the absolute best. The office personnel are great. It is a pleasant experience for me.

How can anyone have anything negative to say about this medical group? One of the main reasons that I came looking for a different doctor is that I had bad experiences with my former doctors staff. I have been going to Dr. Herndon for 15 years now, and have never had a bad experience with anyone in the front office, the nursing staff, or the lab. Dr. Herndon is caring, attentive, highly intelligent, and very competent and professional. I highly recommend this group.

Would recommend Dr. Herndon to anyone. Always helpful, easy to get in touch with through the portal and ive never had to wait longer than 10 mins to see him.
