I’m not the one to write reviews unless they’re good, but I work at a doctor’s office and felt I needed to share my experience with this group. If you notice, the majority of these great reviews are based on Dr. Luther’s care, which I completely agree with. He’s an outstanding doctor but has moved since I last saw him. At my last appt a few months ago, he told me someone there would be taking over his patients, and I was totally fine with that. I’m a young healthy patient with no problems. However, when I called to get my routine refill, I was told since Dr Luther was no longer here, I wouldn’t be able to get my prescription (which I’ve been on for about 5 years) unless I saw one of the other doctors. So I agreed to make an appointment but was then told “the doctors here aren’t taking on any patients right now” and the NP would absolutely not write my prescription. The woman I spoke with essentially just told me I needed to find a new practice. No apology or understanding. No one ever told me I’d need to find a whole new doctor (no phone call or letter in the mail). She said she’d let the manager know, but just called me back the next day and repeated the same thing. Once again, no remorse or help. I work with patients every day and would never treat someone like this. It seems like I was an inconvenience to this group when I have never had any problems anywhere before. So now I’m out of my prescription but luckily found another doctor. Just hope this will help anyone trying to find a trustworthy practice.

I’ve been so pleased with Dr. Sarah Kunin as my primary care physician. I initially picked this clinic for convenience and mostly because online scheduling was available, even for a first visit. Since getting in with Dr. Kunin and having several follow-up visits, I’ve been very happy with my experiences each time. I’ve never had an unreasonable time in the waiting room, the staff is easy to talk to and the healthcare is top notch.

Front office staff was helpful. Dr. Luther is amazing. Takes time, listens, and provides solid treatment plans. Will definitely be keeping him as my PCP.

After posting this review, Dr. Luther called me to address my concerns. I am very appreciative that he took time out of his schedule to sort out the issues that we experienced. He was very kind and understanding. ---------------------------I am so disappointed with this clinic. My husband tested positive for COVID-19 and they have not taken care of him in the way you should take care of your patients. The first time he called they said they prescribed him some medicine for his symptoms and the prescription never went through. The second time he tried to set up a telemedicine appointment and they never called him for his allotted time. In which he called back again and they did not have time to see him. I personally have seen over 20 different doctors I have never seen this poor of patient care. This is unacceptable, especially for a patient with COVID-19.

Dr. Luther is my primary care physician and he truly cares about his patients. I get sick all the time no matter what I do, and every time I come in, I know he will actively listen to my various experiences and symptoms and give me the best medical advice. I feel like Im in very good hands here. The nurses are kind and caring as well, and the facility is great. Very little wait time and promptly returned phone calls.

Dr. Luther was very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain my new medication to me and patiently answered my many questions. He also worked with me to get the right dosage. The staff is always very nice and his nurse returns phone calls very promptly. Short wait times and I never have to wait months for an appointment.

The staff was unbelievably kind and helpful during my visit. Was very happy with my appointment experience during my visit. However, when I was prescribed medication that needed to be approved by my office, I was told that I need to handle it myself because the office didnt want to jump through hoops to get it done. What is my insurance money paying for then if filling out paper work is jumping through hoops.? The medicine I need is very crucial. Very disappointed in how this was handled. Will never return.

Its the worst place ever to go to
