I Absolutely LOVE this facility AND everyone Ive had to see when I come for my DOT physical.Its clean, quiet, and a relaxing atmosphere.The ladies at the front desk and the nurses in the back. Ive never been mistreated.So of course I give it 5 stars!!💜However....my response to the comments below areSeriously think about what your saying...medical people ARE NOT trying to KEEP you there TRUST ME...if anything they wished it were a slow day...sometimes....if you dont know what theyre procedure is at least trust the process.

I had no issues at all coming to this location. I had a drug screen today came on my lunch break got there at 12:15 or so and was done by 12:30. Everyone was nice and courteous to me and I had no issues. I was seriously impressed with how quick they were, no one understands how much paperwork that’s involved. Having worked occupational medicine I’m sure a lot of these complaints are due to people upset about their results or DOT physicals. We have to go by guidelines set by DOT and if you lie you’re going to fail no matter what.

Never been here until today. Staff was extremely professional, made me feel at home. They were quick and spot onI recommend this place.

Very rude staff... Unexplainable wait times... I got here at 11 oclock fpr a physical its 140 and im still waiting

2 pm appointment and its 315 pm Im still in the lobby and 3 people that got here after me have already gone back. 1 is even through and leaving. The staff havent even bothered to say anything about the wait. Do not come here if you do pack lunch and dinner bring a phone charger and maybe a pillow and blanket youll be here awhile. You think they would check the reviews and fix this issue but nope that would be too much like work.

Sent here for drug screen. Waiting room full of people and staff just standing around acting like they could care less that people are waiting. Nothing but a group of incompetent, unprofessional people and wouldnt trust them running a drug test on me. I got my paperwork back and left. Oh...and paperwork had been sitting there over an hour and still not entered into computer!!

I called to make appt. was told I didnt have to make appt. when I showed up.....I waiting for 2.5 hours.. total visit 3.5 hours. be sure you dont have anything else to do but wait.

Obviously, the problem is with these other reviewers—I had my pre-employment drugscreen and physical all done in less than an hour, and everyone was friendly and helpful!

Ive been to funerals that were quicker than this place.

The wait is awful. Avoid this place If your time is the least bit important to you.

The slowest office I’ve ever been to. I work in healthcare and have worked in several doctor offices/clinics so I know how it goes. With that being said, the staff is rude and incompetent, it’s extremely slow, and took forever for the Doctor to see us. Plan to spend the day here if you come.

Avoid this place if you can very very unprofessional.

Nurse or reception whoever picked up the phone was very rude and didnt help me whatsoever. Not even gonna bother coming here

Just horrible I got in the back pretty fast but I was back there for hours until one of them notice and said they had overlooked me and put me down that I had than checked out the staff was just laughing around like they didnt notice I would never recommend this place.

Aside from the long wait....I say them close early...without warning and turn people around....all because the heater wasnt working. so glad I made it in time..feel sorry for the people that got turn around. smh
