The waiters were great here and the queso tasted like nothing I’ve had before.

I’m not one to usually write reviews but I felt the need to do so due to my experience with Art Fertility. My husband and I started seeing them in November of 2020. Our initial appointment went extremely well. We were impressed with Dr. Allemand and felt confident that we had chose the right place for us. My second appointment was over the phone with Dr. Allemand (we live 4 hours away from their office) and again, he was very thorough and answered all of my questions. My third appointment was in Birmingham for my HSG test. After waiting 2 hours past my appointment time, I was called back into the room and immediately felt uncomfortable because he seemed extremely annoyed. He got me prepped and told me initially that it would feel like a regular pap smear. Before I knew it, he had shoved the tube up me without even telling me what he was doing. I immediately started severely cramping, which I knew was a possibility and laid there for 5 minutes waiting on the radiologist to come in and take the X-ray picture. The thing that upset me the most was that NOT ONCE did Dr. Allemand ask me how I was or have any comforting words while I laid there cramping, sweating and on the verge of passing out. I’m pretty sure he was standing behind me near the door the whole time so I couldn’t even see him. Once the radiologist came in, I was finally able to see Dr. Allemand and asked if he could see endometriosis from the X-ray and he said no, the only way to tell if I had it was with surgery and he didn’t think that was the right thing to do. I’ve had endometriosis removed TWICE and it very well could be the reasoning behind my miscarriages and infertility but he acted like I was stupid for asking. I walked out of the hospital feeling defeated, violated, and like I was nothing more than a dollar sign to him. I’ve wasted over 4 months of time and $2,000 with this clinic that I can’t get back. You would think that a fertility doctor would know how emotionally and mentally draining infertility is and that being kind and understanding can go a long way. On a positive note, everyone else I dealt with in the Montgomery and Birmingham office was great. The nurses, ultrasound techs and front office were always sweet and my calls were always returned the same day. Infertility is a long, lonely and exhausting journey and I hope Dr. Allemand knows just how much his actions and lack of empathy negatively affected my journey.

I’m not going to use my real name and I’m not even going to put her name on this review but the ultrasound tech at the Montgomery office is so miserable. I dreaded everytime i called or I had to go into the office because of how rude she was. I never even leave reviews and I was a patient a couple of years ago. As years have went by, it still bothers me how rude every interaction with her was. I let it go for years but I pray any other woman who is going through this process of ivf deals with her attitude. Tracey, (the nurse practitioner)was always wonderful! That is all.

I had a great experience dr Mann is very informative and sweet and they answered all my millions of questions the whole staff is amazing in the brookwood office and Montgomery office I also did invocell❤️

These people are amazing. I will never use any other place but this one. The staff here and at the hospital was just awesome.

All staff were nice and they really made you feel welcome and helped you understand everything they were doing and what was going on from the beginning I’ll definitely use them again

This is the first time I have had someone listen to me and actually believe me when I say something is wrong. They asked no questions just got started on trying to pin point the problem. Wonderful staff, I will be recommending to everyone I know going through what I am gong through.

Went there in 2001 started the invitro process and gave birth in September of 2002 to healthy beautiful twin sons! I highly recommend these doctors
