My mother had been using Kindred Home Health since August. it has been about a month since anyone has come to see her. We had a nurse coming once a week. Her last scheduled nurse was supposed to come out on September 24, but she was a no-show. We havent had anyone attempt to schedule a visit with us since. Wed already had issues with the service, (nurses showing up outside of scheduled times, phone call harassment, among other things) so this is the last straw. I do NOT recommend Kindred to anyone. I do want to say that therapist Cassidy in Hoover, AL is wonderful, and had gone above and beyond for us. She seems to be the only decent thing this company has going for them. We will be finding another home health service.

I had a radical turn of events with back surgery. Ended up with a wound VAC and Staph infection 12 days after surgery. The nurse that came and helped me IS A ABSOLUTE ANGEL ! I would highly recommend Kindred to anyone after they took such good care of me. TeMeisha is a PRO and has a HEART of gold.Love her and the staffJason Parrish
