Home Care Associates have been wonderful for my 100 year old father in assisted living memory care. The sitters are very capable and compassionate. Gleria and Tommy Anderson have been there for my father and our family, making sure the level of care is top notch and reliable. It has been such a relief not to have to worry, knowing they are there for us. If you are like me and read the reviews, trust me they will go the extra mile for their clients every time. I highly recommend them with no reservations whatsoever.

I do not recommend. They are employeed by u but require a 2 week notice to fire them when unhappy with service but can terminate you with 24 hours notice.Kind of backwards. When i have been terminated in the past never was i given 2 week notice that i was going to be terminated.Now on the flip side companies do require 2 weeks notice if i were the one quitting..Their contract highly favors them if you are not satisfied with theur service.In my opinion it is a deceiving way to do business. U can not meet the caregiver until after u sign the service agreement. So it favors them from the start.

I currently work for Home Care Associates and they team are best! Yes, this company has shown love, kindness, and patience. Not only to the employees but to the clients as well.I appreciate that Andrew always greets me with a hug and smile. Words can not describe the weight lifted off my shoulders once I discovered this caring group of people. After two not so nice experiences with other agencies I knew that Home Care Associates was right for my family as soon as they answered the telephone. Their staff made every effort to find a sitter that matched my grandmothers personality. Without hesitation I would recommend Home Care Associates to anyone looking to remain independent at home.

Im not sure how this company has received such highly rated reviews unless they were plants. If I could give them 0 stars, I surely would. Our experience with them was a total disaster except for the first visit. Sitters were scheduled on two different occasions after that & didnt show. The first sitter actually called to tell us she had car trouble, but the second one who didnt show certainly didnt. At that time, I called & cancelled our contract with them & requested our deposit be returned less what we owed them for the first visit. I was asked to give them another chance, but refused their request. As I told them, they werent hired for fun - there was a NEED. And, if we couldnt have reliable service, what good is that. I had to make two additional phone calls after that to get our deposit returned. On the second phone call, I was told by Erin Bellard that our check had been sent the same day I cancelled the contract. On the third call, Andrew Bellard told me he had not even submitted the request for the check to be sent. In other words, Andrews sister, Erin, told me a total lie. You can believe whomever you want when reading reviews, but I suggest you proceed with this group with caution and eyes wide open.

Making the decision to let someone other than family provide care for your loved one, is one of the hardest decisions to ever make. Home Care Associates made my family so comfortable and helped to make this decision much easier on all of us, when they began providing care for my Grandmother. They provide quality in home care, by creating a care plan specific to your loved ones needs. This company cares for my Grandmother she has Alzheimers and needed around the clock care and we had a company doing this but had some real big issues with them finding staff to be at the house around the clock . We had someone refer this company and we have been using them for a month now and not one problem with anything and everyone there is so nice and caring. If your family needs any kind of care for a love one this is the company to use.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
