The care givers I had were not only kind and compassionate, they came in and asked me how I would like them to perform with me letting them know what I wanted done that day, or to go ahead and follow the plan left in the home by the nurse. They were all self starters which I appreciated as just being released from the hospital I really did not have the energy to direct them. It was an overall good experience.

I hired Arcadia Home Care and Staffing for 5 years to help my family in taking care of my Dad in his own home. They trained our family on how to care for my dad and made monthly visits to make sure everything was being followed and he was getting the care he needed. I didnt have to check up on my dads care because Arcadia did that for me. I highly recommend the services that Arcadia supplied.

Great company they care about there employees. They also check in with there clients to make sure there happy with the care they are receiving.

Ive worked with this company only a mth and a half. Clients and their familys are wonderful. Cant say much bout the management though and scheduling. So Ive decided to not work for company no more as my mileage was shorted everytime and as a caregiver not having a boss be rude and hangups on me when I have important questions to ask. Also understaffed and lack of communication. Wouldnt recommend this company for my family. Overworked and underpaid.Grand Rapids Locations.
