This place is a joke! Called to schedule a massage before Christmas, couldn’t get in until January 9th... then he canceled a couple hours before the massage and won’t get me in before I give birth in February.... they never answer the phone, finally got through in an email. So rude.

Worst massage ever!Poor customer service!Extremely rude behavior by Steve- owner and massage therapist.Poor schedulling and last minute cancellations.Angry business owner!Cancels without notice and Penalizes without warning if you buy prepaid massage package.I originally bought a groupon for five 60 minute massages- that I was asked to return and ask for a refund from Groupon. I was asked to do, so I can purchase the same package directly from the owner and massage therapist “Steve” so he can save the fees he has to pay to Groupon for advertising his business. It didn’t matter to me, so I went ahead and returned my Groupon and paid him directly instead. I was promised that the same amount/number/ time of massages will be offered to me that is-five 60 minutes massages. One of my appointments were cancelled at the very last minute saying that his dog had a big bowel movement on the carpeting in his studio(dog always stays in the studio all the time) My last appointment was made for the month of February and it was made in the month of December for 90 minutes. I requested Steve to send me a confirmation text/email so I can mark the date on my calendar. But unfortunately I never received his text regarding my appointment. I contacted Steve regarding my appointment the first week of February and he informed me that I already missed my appointment and that he will have to charge me for the whole 90 minutes of the appointment time. Please note that no warning was given to me regarding getting charged for massage for a no show to the appointment. No confirmation was sent to me either despite of my request. Also, when I requested to get any kind of break, the business owner “Steve” was extremely rude to me and asked me to find a different therapist and also hung up the call. This demonstrates very bad business ethics and unprofessional attitude.

Went for prenatal massage. Guy breathed heavy throughout the massage. Music was not working. Had to turn on my own Pandora spa station to make the best out the situation. I didnt get a full hour...more like 50 minutes. Didnt mind, at that point I was ready to go. I woke up the next day in more pain than before. The owner didnt even rub my hands or feet. I would not recommend.
