Its a lovely store, and every employee was wearing a mask. A little pricey, but the quality justifies that I guess.
I have been in 24 plus Whole Food Stores across the Country, This Store is Number 1. Last week I was in & Its always Well Stocked, Organized, Meticulously Clean, & The Associates are Phenomenal. The Meat, Produce, & Cheese Departments are Amazing, As is the entire Store. Some of the other Whole Foods Stores should take note, Visit this store, Deal with the Employees, & Experience what its like to have a Great Shopping experience. Definitely 5 Star plus.Tim Poyhonen
My favorite grocery store, it has the best all natural and vegan food selections. Ive lost 20 pounds this month, since I exclusively started shopping there. I highly recommend this business!
This one of the stores I like the most; yet, now things look so different. All the places like salad bar, juice bar, etc are closed.Everything that you order has to go.And while there are customers there, is not the hum-drum it used to be, for all the sitting places have been removed. Now, there are refrigerators for orders to go.I will keep coming, hoping for when it turn in the old traditional Whole Food Store again.
It’s nice place to buy things 👍
Blown away amazing place super clean staff is super nice
This is a very nice and clean location. The staff has always been very friendly when Ive been there. My only problem is really that the vegetarian options in the prepared food section have been quite lacking in the past couple years. It has been gradually getting worse and worse actually. They used to reliably have at least two, if not three or four options. Now youd be lucky to see one vegetarian entree (one with a mock meat protein substitute primarily). The Vegan Buffalo Bites and Curry Mock Chicken Salad are never there anymore. The General Tsos Mock Chickn is there only occasionally. It is really kind of a bummer. I hope that changes; if not for that Id give it five stars.
Greatest store ever! I found things I didnt even know I needed or wanted.
Very beautiful, tidy, and well-equipped. The awful price is exorbitant! If youre a visitor in town, expect to pay twice as much as you typically would!
I did a pick up order for a cake and requested a message to be written on it. The shopper never replied to my message and when I picked up the cake, nothing was written on it. You would think now with pick up orders being super popular, they would accommodate that request or at least reply to my message. Amazon did give me a credit but that doesnt help for future orders. In addition, the berry cake has increased in price by so much, yet they are very skimpy on the custard and fruit. Its my favorite cake and tastes amazing but needs to be filled with an adequate amount of custard and fruit like before, especially considering how expensive it has become.
The stores meat and seafood section is staffed by knowledgeable staffers.
I had a fantastic time, everyone was friendly, and the product was all of the highest quality.
I just love this store. Found my duck fat in jar
Great food just wish they would charge what other grocery stores charge for the same product. A 4 pack of Virgils root beer at Trader Joes or Kroger is $4 and at Whole foods it is $6. Stops me from ordering more.
Great place to buy your weekly grocery produce and really appreciate the counter for Amazon returns.
The produce is wonderful; grocery selection so much healthier than other markets. Cashier was so pleasant.
I dont like that Amazon owns Whole Foods, but this is a great store. The bathrooms are always clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I visit almost weekly.
Food thats excellent, and some beautiful women shop there
This market is always clean, and the employees are always nice and helpful.
Great store. Well stocked and very clean
Quality produce and meat! This is the only grocery store I go to when I need fresh food. You can’t beat the quality for the price.
Like the new self-checkout lines. Prices are getting better BUT could be better!
A much better grocery store all around. The products are better than the competitors in every way. I like the variety of goods available and the pastries they have as well. Their food buffet was also good every time I tried it. I would recommend others try this venue and choose quality over quantity always.
One of the best Markets to visit in Detroit Metro.
They have a fresh bakery for everyday breakfasts. Fresh apple juice from one of the cider mills. There are many items that you feel comfortable to get from this store. Good place for produce, and any cooler items for quick grab without wasting much time in the store. Prices are reasonable too.
Very well stocked, large produce section. Pricing is very confusing. There is the prime member price and you have to guess or wait until you get to the register. Staff very friendly and extremely helpful
A lot of the cashiers here have attitude problems. If you bring in your own re-usable bag theyll treat it like an extreme bio-hazard, even though theyre wearing plastic gloves and have probably been touching cash and coin. Whole Foods in general was a much better place (for both employees and customers) before they sold out to Amazon.
Nice store was my first time going there.
Everything went great, security guard was very friendly
They have more products then regular store dont such as Vegan options.
I have been shopping here since this location opened and spend $200/week or more here. I am also a Prime Member. They are not accepting returns. What? I just wanted to exchange one flavor for another and that was not an option. The customer service lady, longer blonde hair, was so very rude and could use a review on how to talk to customers. I also see that they do not carry half the items that they did months ago. While other locations are fully stocked. I stopped going on Tuesdays thinking that maybe I will give them another day to re-stock. So, I started going on Wednesdays, still nothing. I am sadly going to have to shop elsewhere. I have enough anxiety going on with life, I dont need this kind of horrible service from a well known store. Goodbye
THIS store is not for the less fortunate....
First time visiting this location because I was in the area and found it to be well stocked. 4 stars because of how busy it is at this location. I would visit again if I were in the area.
While I love the food selection especially due to my allergy to dairy, I am extremely unimpressed by the atmosphere. Many people are rude and inconsiderate to others around them. There have been many occasions (almost every time!) I have gone and said “excuse me” to which the person stands there unmoved while I wait to grab the item I need. It is very disappointing, and I tend to leave Whole Foods feeling quite unhappy. However, the greeters at the door are almost always extremely friendly and deserve recognition! Especially since they’re the ones cleaning the carts, managing capacity numbers, etc. Just wish the atmosphere was a bit more welcoming.
This is the biggest Whole Foods Ive ever been true and the selection is great!
A large collection with several options on each item and pricing to suit every budget.
I order cakes from here for special occasions. They are always fresh and delicious.
I shop here as its super close to the gym and at the Meat counter the lamb is inexpensive as well as it seems most of the produce is pretty good a nice selection. Fish counter is good too.
My experience was what I expected, great selection and variety of good quality food. The store is nice and spacious to accommodate social distancing. Friendly service.
Always find what Im looking for❤
Best place for quality food items. $$$
Great place to shop, large store, well stocked and plenty of produce. Buy 365 brand, slightly better prices.
WONDERFUL. EXTREMELY HELPFUL, PATIENT, KIND, & GENEROUS. THE STORE WAS CLEAN ORGANIZED, FOLLOWING GM SOCIAL DISTANCING VERY WELL. I DIDNT BRING ALL OF MY MONEY IN THE STORE & I WAS $3.00 SHORT & AN ASSOCIATE STEP UP & PAID IT FOR ME. I OFFERED TO PAY HER BACK & SHE JUST TOLD ME IT WAS FINE & HER PLEASURE!!!!
An avid shopper of this location and will continue. Super clean, easy to navigate, decently stocked (more than the Midtown location at least) and parking is easy. What’s to not to love here?
Went with my sister for lunch after a workout at la fitness next door. Found the food to be healthy, delicious, and fairly priced for the quality and convenience.
I did a curbside side pick up and was served very promptly.
The food may be whole but they certainly aren’t fresh. Produce here is almost always spoiled and rotten looking. Especially the bell peppers and lettuce/kale in the cool were on the wall. Super busy location but not really up to par with other Whole Foods. The Whole Foods pre-made cookie dough in the cooler by the milk was moldy too! K bye?
Great food all fresh
Great store, terrible lines. Not enough staff on hand for checkout just about every time Ive been here.
Very modern, high tech food store. This store is more produce and has some keto foods for people on the keto diet. If you need snacks I dont recommend this store.
I called this location in search of a grocery item. I spoke with Naim who was friendly and helpful. He quickly located the product I was searching for. I appreciated him going above and beyond to check their inventory before I made trip to the store. I didnt get the chance to thank him...but I hope hell be made aware of this post. Bravo Naim!
I don’t know who controls their playlist but today it was bumpin! All over the place and great. The staff here is always so helpful. Honestly I can be in and out in 15 doing a full grocery shop. Also, yes after quarantine they don’t have some things or are out of things but I’ve come to find that’s the case at so many places. They still have the largest organic selection and that speaks to me!
Wow!What a huge place! My mom was currently put on a Gluten Free,Dairy Free and No Sugar diet.Ugh!Shh!! So lm not all that familiar with Organic ect.but I have to say Whole Foods has a wide selection.Im really impressed so is my mommy😜
Even better now that prime is attached to my account🎉
The prices arent like Meijers but damn, some tasty, tasty foods.
The store is fine. Super clean. I just don’t care for the staff. The morning in store shopper women are not friendly at all. Maybe they’re not morning people
I appreciate the Covid-19 precautions and quick check out.
Love this place. They have great products and I love the Prime Member sales & discounts.
Our Family loves Whole Foods...we get up early and get going! Whats not to love...Great Staff throughout the store, Clean huge isles, Tons of fresh food stocked and ready for us to choose from!! Fabulous!!
Excellent shopping experience.
Prices are on the high end, and same types of products are spread around the store, but store-brands can provide a good value. Really recommend bakery items.
Do NOT shop here during the pandemic. Their customer service and this shopping experience is the poorest and worst of any place I have been to during this pandemic. You are not able to return anything and they will not offer to do anything even if you call 10 minutes after you leave the store when you have a chance to look at your receipt. If you realize you have been overcharged on something or it wasnt the price you thought it was and you call, they will do NOTHING for you. I found the same product on the app for $10/less. Really unfortunate and after being a customer for my whole life, literally since I was a child and loving Whole Foods, I will NOT come back here and will go to their competition. There are other options in the healthy food space nowadays - they are not the only option. I can appreciate what they are doing to protect their employees, but didnt know that meant customer service for their customers gets completely thrown out the door. Recognize that your customers are stressed too and dodging people in the store to keep everyone safe. All the employees in the store were helpful to me, unfortunately this one customer service person that answered my call, ruined this entire shopping experience and lost a customer. She should be trained on customer service because today when she could have done something, she chose to do nothing and loose a customer.
Just dropped off a return to Amazon things went well
They had the items we needed. Staff was helpful and friendly. 2 people were stationed at the entrance making sure the carts were sanitized. All staff wearing masks. Produce and seafood looked great on the shelf. Cant wait to try it at home!
AMAZING SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVERYTIME... My son cant have starches and dairy for belly reasons... THANK GOODNESS FOR WHOLE FOODS theres so many options!
My favorite place to grocery shop! Limitless healthy choices!
Whole Foods has many quality products. I like their produce and bakery in particular.
Prepare to wait in long lines ...doesnt matter when you are here!🤪 also dont even think about getting in the customer service line with more than 5 items, the police will come for you!!!!!!🤦♀️even if you have a return you will wait in long 2 lines!!
Love this whole foods... it has everything!!
The large selection coupled with great customer service has made this a location I will repeatedly venture for my shopping needs.
How is Whole Foods the only store to apply an occupancy limit for themself? Sick of standing in line when you can go anywhere else and walk in
Love Whole Foods! Lots of vegan whole food plant based choices.
Nothing great about it. Dirty, low on stock but priced high.
Must have more lemon ice cream bars😋👍
Great shopping experience over all
Marianna is always a pleasure to deal with.Great service, very very knowledgeable an asset to the company.
Super safe during Covid. Always love to be there
Great place to get organic food
Most of the groceries were great, however for the second time the three berry cake was skimpy on the custard. I paid $20 for a cake with little filling.
Clean,easy access, polite stuff
I went to Whole Foods on maple rd., Birmingham, Michigan and tried to ask the customer service desk if they would replace 2 packages of broccoli sprouts. Seriously, they were 5.99 each. They couldn’t find it on my receipts or on my cards. I explained that I was in Michigan babysitting my grandchildren and helping so my daughter and her husband can work. After interrogation and another lady coming up to tell me in so many words that I did not know how to take care of them, they replaced them. I just gave them back. Really?! Do you think that people are going to shop in your store and spend hundreds of dollars and be treated like this? I don’t think so. I will never shop at Whole Foods in Birmingham, Michigan on maple rd. ever again!!!!
Very 👍🏾 good
Very clean, organized and they follow CDC guidelines, not too busy, but it can be, great clean products with reasonable prices!
For people with to much money
Awful experience, I was switched 3 times when in line, the cashiers put a sign up saying lane closed without even saying a word. The cashier I finally had wasnt friendly at all, no hello or thank you, not a word even when I said hi. Then when I get to my car Im holding the bag correctly using both handles and it breaks open. Then to top it off, when I get home and looked at my receipt, I was double charged for an item I only bought one of. I will no longer be shopping here, its Trader Joes for me, much friendlier crew!
Always a great experience! No other place compares.
This store has very unusual parking and exit - narrow entry and exit makes it hard to get out especially in winter. There is plenty of parking but it is somewhat hidden and most people dont see it when they enter. The selection of produce is limited and the diary section gets empty fast during weekends. I would definitely recommend doing the Amazon prime if it is weekend.
Always been my favorite market. still a bit pricey but the products are great and awesome for a healthy lifestyle! also, the seduction bread in the bakery is just ✨mwah✨
Very clean and friendly place to stop by for some quick and good food! Self serve so you are in full control of how much you eat! This place has every possible healthy option and you cannot go wrong eating here. 10/10 would recommend to anyone local or in the area!
Amazon is too smart for it’s own good!Needed to buy a specific face moisturizer. Looked it up last night on Amazon and could buy it for $18 with Prime shipping from Amazon. But Amazon made the offer to deliver it from the nearby Whole Foods to my house in 2 hours for $20. Since I needed it, I decided to wait until today and purchase it in the store when I went. But today it was $22 in store. Went to app and now it is $22 to have it delivered to my house by Whole Foods. It’s like they know I’m in the store and saw the higher price. Bought it with Prime shipping for $18. Very frustrating.Plus this location is constantly out of stock of items. It must not have enough storage. In particular, deli meats are always out of stock.
