I love Sprouts because of their unbeatable prices on their high quality fruits and vegetables. I drive over 20 miles to shop here simply for that reason. Plus, it has a high-end vibe to it which I like.

Sprouts 280 is my favorite! The staff is always so nice! And love their offerings. No comparison! Try their Paleo Turkey Bacon cooked in the oven. Delicious and healthy. Like a combo of Bacon and Ham...but made of turkey! Thanks

Ill stick with the Sprouts on 150 they are friendlier. The store is clean and well stocked. The cashier and butcher associate was kind and helpful but the deli associate was too preoccupied and seemed like we were a bother.

Beware of Sprouts on 280. All of the employees and most customers were not masked this morning. I was proud of Trader Joe’s (summit), 280 Target, and even 280 Walmart where all employees and many customers were masked. Leadership expectations make a difference.

Staff was nice and clean. Anne was just rude and started getting frustrated with are coupons and got mad when we told her she charged us 5 extra dollars.

Overall a great atmosphere. I’m an Instacart shopper so I visit often. One of the employees I really wish I knew her name was so rude. I was looking for something and she acted as if I was bothering her and needed to hurry up and get out of her way. She asked me with a snarly attitude could she help me find something, getting very short, dry and irritated with me. Which I get customer service can be exhausting and there are days you just don’t want to deal with it . She just really rubbed me the wrong way that day because I normally don’t do this. I hope whatever she’s going through God is fixing it for her ! ❤️

Very wide selection of nuts, fruits & veggies. A bit surprised at the unpleasant odor coming from meat department. A little bit more detail could be given to ensure adequate sign coverage.

This location of Sprouts is hit or miss. Sometimes sale items are in stock, sometimes not. Most of the time the store is clean, but sometimes not. The staff are typically friendly. Don’t expect low prices, and certainly don’t expect a wide variety of selections of a product. If you are health-conscious and don’t mind paying a premium, then this store is for you. Keep an eye out forBOGO and sale items to get the best benefit from Sprouts.

I only went in to buy a gift card for someone. I personally think their prices are ridiculous!

I love Sprouts. I only wish there were more of them around Birmingham. Their produce is great and the price is good. They have a great choice of organic products. Bakery items are quite good as well. The policy is that they will cut open the fruit for you to try if you want to make sure it’s good. Their red meat is also quite good. I’m never disappointed there like I am at the “other store “with the jacked up prices in town now that they’ve taken over so many of the smaller grocery stores.

Got a poke bowl here today. Not only was the customer service amazing but it was the best poke bowl I ever had. And the first one I had was in Hawaii. Love Sprouts in general but today was my best experience there.

Go to Ian at Sprouts. They always have the best meats and cut to my preference. Ian and his entire team offer the benefits of a full feature butcher shop. Highly recommend!

Sprouts is so great. It walks the line between whole foods and Aldi. Cheap, but high quality produce with just enough granola and oat milk to feel bougie

I like Sprouts Farmers Market! I just wish that all Sprouts locations carried the same products. I also wish that they had more locations!

I really love Sprouts. I shop at this location twice a week. Every time I ask an employee for assistance, it’s as if I was bothering them. They are very dry. The amount of money I spend here I should leave feeling this way. Their customer service could use a boost.

Great visit. My first time there as there is not a location in my home town

My 16 month kid was just diagnosed with a food allergy of Dairy and Eggs. We’ve tried all kinds of milk. Ripple milk seems the least upsetting to her. I love that you carry the individual servings for our on the go trips. Also the assortment of fruit is amazing. When you have a limited diet finding food can be challenging.

Very nice sprouts! Had everything we needed

This is normally a great place to shop. However, this evening I asked an employee a simple question about where something was and he just laughed at me and looked at me like I was stupid and then said they were across from where we were standing. I had just worked 12 hours and was tired so maybe was not 100%. I would have appreciated if he had shown some patience and good customer service skills which the other staff at Sprouts have regularly. Guy was working there around 730 pm this evening, is skinny, pale complexion, brown hair and about 5 7. He appeared to be about 18-20 years old.

Had what I wanted

They always have fresh fruit and vegetables with a huge selection of what is in season. They also have a large variety of organic, vegetarian and vegan options. The staff is always friendly and welcoming whenever I come in. I love their fish selections as well. Theres is always a sale and the double sale Wednesday. I never spend more than I have to and I know my food os fresh!

Super great prices on organic produce, so so prices on meats but excellent bangers and bacon.

Close to home which is good. One star. Cheap milk. Two stars. Fresh vegetables and fruit. Three stars. Great sale on meat. Four stars. Not a great variety of brand names and they never stock much of the advertised sale items. I took a point off for this. Very frustrating to walk in on a Thursday evening one day after advertised sale and the have supposedly sold out.

I love, love, love their veggie sandwich and if you get lucky enough to ever go in on a day they are serving the southwestern spicy corn chowder-get the largest container of it they have!! Its perfectly seasoned, not too hot, and so creamy!!! They also carry Zumbar soaps from Indigo Wild.

My favorite grocery store! Ive finally found my replacement for Western, which closed last year.

The customer service at the meat section was horrible. “Bro you need something?” was how I was greeted.. then 5 mins later another man comes to see if I needed help.. he never made any eye contact while looking down at his phone the whole time... after 5 times of telling him what I needed and having to point it out he finally understood. The way he wrapped the meat blew my mind.. no gloves.. just grabbed the meat with his bare hands! Oh and his wrapping skills left much of the meat exposed.With that being said I was 100% this employee was high (on drugs) from the smell of marijuana.

Friday evening and all sale items gone. 😞 The store was clean. A great assortment of fresh nuts, beans and many sold by the pound. Great sale prices.

Sprouts is truly incredible. Sprouts is the ONLY place I shop. Ive found that I am eating healthier than EVER!!! PRODUCE AND MEAT DEPT are my favorites. They run incredible specials in these 2 areas. . Customer service is 2nd to None!

Many items in grocery are sold past their expiration date. I have accidentally purchased pretzels and salad dressing that were a few weeks and a few months (respectively) past expiry.I do, however, have to give a thumbs up to the bulk sections (extensive and inexpensive), the Vitamin Sale, and the fresh muffins in the bakery- yum!

I love this place, they have the freshest fruits and vegetables at a great price. I also love there selections of spices.

Sprouts is our favorite grocery store by far. I, too, am disappointed by the closure of the Vestavia location. It was located on the wrong side of Rt 31... all the other grocery stores were on the other side. Why a big issue? People stop for groceries on the way home from work and its location on 31 made you cross traffic. Perhaps Sprouts could check out the Trussville or Cressline areas on the northern side of the city.

I purchased two packages of their tea cakes, failing to notice that the sell by date had passed by one day...both were inedible, but they may have been that way before the sell by date. I purchased two packages of chicken tenders, all packages were leaking in the display. The checkout clerk had to be asked to package my leaking chicken separately but managed to put them in with the hamburger. Since the chicken leaked on her hands, she wiped them off but failed to clean off the contaminated counter so other items would not be contaminated. Someone needs training on proper packaging of poultry, inspection of sell by dates and proper check out procedure. My wife commented that the check out clerk had the personality of a rock and was not happy in her job.On the good side, the store was nicely set up, had good value for the money and with some additional personnel training, it would be a pleasure to shop there.

I have visited the newly opened hwy 280 location twice. It appears to be an attractive specialty type market with attractive produce as well as a small meat/fish market. It has a large selection of specialty vitamins. On the first trip I bought several different types of vegetables and was pleased with everything but the cord. The display advertised yellow or white corn in the shuck but only yellow could be found. When cooked the ears had such a strong chemical smell that no one in my family would eat them. On my second trip two weeks later they had the same corn display but again only yellow corn was present. I did not buy any and did tell a gentleman that was sacking some of my experience. He said he lived nearby and if it was bad he would bring it back. I did go to the Sprouts web site and tried to submit an email to them but their web site did not successfully process it. I also went to the web site shown for feedback on my cash register receipt but that site said the page was under construction. It seems like they are a new operation, at least in this area, and do not quite have their customer infterface operational. They would probably give me a refund if I took the bad merchandise back but that would be an 80 mile roundtrip drive for me and not economically sensible. Every thing else I purchased there was acceptable but I do not plan to buy any more yellow corn from Sprouts. They do need to work on their web site and they need to not produce a register receipt with a feedback web site that is not yet ready for business.

This is worst Sprouts I have ever been to. The meat is never fresh. The produce is ALWAYS rotten especially when there are sales. I rather pay extra for fresh produce.

Dont trust meats, but the produce and organic foods are great and always great customer service and great deals.
