I called today to confirm my daughter’s appointment that I made 6 months ago. I was very disappointed to hear that they are no longer requiring adults to mask inside and no longer taking other Covid precautions such as having patients and parents wait in the car until the staff is ready for them. I feel uncomfortable taking my daughter back there. Aside from the health and well-being of my own family, I’m not sure that I can support a business that doesn’t take every precaution to protect the youngest members of our community that aren’t yet eligible to be vaccinated.

We have been there for several years. I understand policy. But, the dismissal letter I received was offense. To be a family practice and my family being faithful clients. I definitely deserved better than the letter I received. This is post Covid. We are all dealing with different situations. Things do happen out of your control! That’s life! This staff lately have been short and disengaged with me my last few interactions, anyway. So, it was for the best that my family was dismissed! Thankfully, we moved on to a much better family dentistry practice. The staff really turned me off. Dr. Clark is great! My daughter loved him. But, the cut throat and dry letter I received was horrible. I just expected better…deserved better despite the policy. Treat people way you want to be treated… PERIOD!

Each time I go take my children to Dr Thomas’s office I get more disappointed. Luckily my youngest is about to get out of braces so I’m going to move them to an adult dentist. It’s virtually impossible to change an appointment- they give one for 6 months away when you check out so if you have to call and change it as it gets closer to time they don’t have anything for months. Today my 16 year took himself to his appointment and was instructed to call from his cell phone to let them know he was there from his car - he called from 12:50 to 1:10 and the office voicemail said they were at lunch. Then went inside and was told he had missed his appointment and got rescheduled. I’m furious because if I had gone with my child there is no way I would have left when it was their fault for not answering the phone. I know he was there on time because I could see on life 360 he was there. Also I can’t remember the last time Dr Thomas bothered to come say a word to me after seeing my children. He only sends his techs out to say everything ok or they need to brush more. What a joke. I wonder if he even checks their teeth. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there - my dog gets treated better at the vet I go to - at least they let me come in and go in the exam room with my pet. Dr Clark office does not let parents go back.

I can’t brag on the staff enough the staff is always amazing! Dr.Thomas ask my child multiple times if he were comfortable. I love that he wants to do his best while making sure my child is comfortable. Because I can’t give 10 stars I’ll give 5 :) They are hands down the best Pediatric Dental Practice in the area.

My family loves Dr Thomass office. Friendly, fast, and my kids actually dont mind going to the dentist. I like being able to sit with them as everything is done whether a cleaning or filling. Highly recommend!

We have been going to Dr. Thomas for 3 years and he is WONDERFUL. Great with kids, his staff is amazing, which is so important since they are the most hands on during treatment. Lots of little extras to help the children feel comfortable (painted ceilings, TVs, stickers, toys, fun toothbrushes)

Everything from start to finish was great. The team got us in quickly and safely with their COVID precautions in place. They worked great with my toddler and Dr Thomas was so thoughtful and explained everything well. Really appreciate of everyone.

Cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice. What kids get EXCITED about going to the dentist?? Mine do- thanks to Dr Thomas and his super wonderful staff. Efficient, super sweet and personable and great at what they do. Seriously, wish I could go here 😂. If you’re looking for a new dentist and want to go to someone personable who treats your family like gold- go here.

I delayed taking my son to his first dental appointment for quite a while. I was convinced he would scream and cry and I would feel embarrassed. I finally decided to bite the bullet and take him. It turns out, I was completely wrong. Dr. Thomas and his staff made our experience wonderful. My son felt so comfortable the entire time. He even let our hygienist, Leah, take x-rays. You can tell they all really care about your child and want to make it a pleasant experience. My son got to watch a movie while Leah cleaned his teeth and she gave him a bag full of goodies. When leaving, he asked me if we could come back sometime soon.

I love this place so much. Four boys and we are in and out in less than an hour. The hygienists are serious about the quality of their work and I can sit back and relax knowing my kiddos are in great hands. The dentist always takes the time to listen to concerns and answer any questions we may have. Excellent staff and service!

My husband and I took our 1 year old son for the first time to the dentist. He was terrified!!! I was nervous myself. But Allison and Dr. Thomas were AMAZING!! They did so well with him and rode every tear, every scream, every jerk with stride! Im excited to go back (even if my son isnt)! 6 stars and more!!!!!

I was in and out in 45 minutes, including completing new patient paperwork. The office was clean and inviting. Staff took a lot of extra steps to disinfect and social distance to prevent spreading COVID-19. We had a great experience

Everyone that works at this facility are absolutely wonderful. I have never seen a pediatrics dentistry place that are ALWAYS 1000000% sweet to these kids. I do not live close to this place but it is well worth the travel for this group of people and the care they give.

I have always had a wonderful experience here. I didn’t have a whole Lotta time, and even with the COVID-19 ordeal, they were so professional. Our temperatures were taken and we filled out the preliminary forms in the car via text, and even with x-rays I was in and out within 30 minutes. My daughter loves going to the dentist and skips out of there.. (not kidding).

Everyone there is so kind! They also make sure to take proper care of every patient. The woman who did my cleaning was very patient and easy to talk to!

Dr. Thomas is an amazing Dentist. My son came from Vital Smiles where they wanted to strap him down at age 5 for a dental procedure when he was already terrified, which I DID NOT let happen. We left them IMMEDIATELY. Needless to say, he was terrified of Dentists. Dr. Thomas was amazing with my son. He made sure to explain everything to him, as well as the dental technicians, before they did anything so that he was not afraid. They were all absolutely wonderful. My son loves them! So do I!

My daughter has extremely sensitive teeth, and for years she was fearful of dentist visits. Over the past few years, Dr. Thomas has patiently treated her with such compassion that she is finally able to visit the dentist without apprehension. He has taught her specific ways to care for her challenging dental issues, which have made a tremendous difference in her overall dental health and allowed her to take control of her anxiety. I cannot overemphasize how grateful I am to Dr. Thomas for his gentle bedside manner, his careful and effective approach, and his empathetic treatment of her.

I must say....I was completely impressed with staff from the moment I decided to make the phone call to switch my babies over to Dr. Thomass office. They genuinely care about their patients and were very efficient unlike Vital Smiles (whom I would completely steer clear of) I cant wait for their return visit!

They are the best with my daughter, and always get you right back and out of there. NEVER a long wait. My 7 year old daughter hated the dentist and was terrified of going to the dentist until I found this place now she loves going. I drive 45 minutes to take my daughter here and it is well worth it, I wouldn’t take her anywhere else.

My kids love this dentist!1st visit for a crown for my 4 yo after a rough first dental experience. After the CROWN, he asked when we could go back!?!?!!!2nd visit, was so excited to finally go back, his 2 yo sister got excited too!my 2yo 1st visit was, in her words incredible and they made her teeth feel great! lol!my 4yo didnt fidget or budge once this time and was glad to hear he had to go back soon... Can a dentist be too good?now, I just wish they accepted adult patients!I recommend this dentist for every child!

I have had nothing but great service from Dr. Thomas. He has been the only dentist that my daughter has seen and she actually tells people she loves going to the dentist and she will be 16 in two months. I highly recommend them. Always courteous and willing to help in any way possible. I highly recommend them to anyone with children.

Dr. Thomas is the best! My son & I feel so comfortable every tome we are at his office. My son has had to be sedated twice for a couple of tooth extractions. Dr. Thomas & his staff are always very patient & kind. My son actually enjoys going. I’ve hear some horror stories lately about pediatric dentists. I travel to the other side of town for my child to see Dr. Thomas because that’s how great his practice is.

The staff is unfailingly kind. Office is cheery, clean, and pleasant. Their communication & reminders (text & email) are helpful, and they could not do more to be more accommodating to toddlers and supportive of parents!

I appreciate The staffs attention to detail as far as safety for COVID-19. And, even with the extra effort that takes on their part, they still deliver excellent service to their patients. I highly recommend them!

This pediatric dentist office is superb! Their staff is 100% professional and courteous. My daughter had an amazing time for her 3yr old official cleaning and exam. The whole staff is very friendly!

We found Dr Thomas after the dentist that my kids and I have seen for years retired and the dentist that took over his practice was inexperienced, arrogant, impatient, and terribly rude. WE LOVE DR. THOMAS! The office is highly efficient, state of the art, super fun for the kids from the waiting room activities, the drive in theater, the movies on the ceiling above every exam chair, and the prize machine on the way out. Although they are super quick with their treatments, they are very effective and never too fast or too busy to walk me through whats going on or different options for my 6yr olds problematic teeth. The only thing to be aware of is that they will not work you in if you are running late, but thats ok as long as you know that and appreciate thats why there is never a long wait. Only other possible complaint is that my kids like going there so much Im concerned they WANT to get cavities so they can go back ;) Thank you Dr. Thomas and team!

We love Dr. Thomas and his entire staff. The front office is friendly, the hygienists are wonderful and very informative and Dr. Thomas is awesome. My kids (4 & 2) LOVE going to the dentist! We never have to wait long, but they provide toys, tablets and more for the kids to play with in the waiting room. TVs are above the exam chairs so the kids can watch a movie while they get their teeth cleaned. After their exam, they are given a quarter and get to pick a quarter machine to get a toy out of.

The entire staff was warm to my children and incredibly patient. Dr. Thomas took his time and engaged with both of my kids while checking their teeth and discussing their dental plan with me. From start to finish the entire experience was fantastic. I anticipated managing multiple meltdowns from my kids, but the meltdowns never came. If you’re looking for a pediatric dentist, this is the spot!

They not only tell you whats going on with your childs teeth but they also show you and give you an estimate before any work is done. The view, the staff, the overall office is great.

I have not had one bad thing to say about them and I have referred everyone looking for a pediatric dentist to them. Their office is unbelievably kid friendly as well as every staff member. Best pediatric dentist! The staff is always so friendly and my kids absolutely love Dr. Clark Thomas. One of my kiddos has anxiety everywhere EXCEPT the dentist. He loves them! They explain everything so thoroughly and are so kind. I wouldn’t take my little ones anywhere else. Highly recommend!Also, they are sooo fast! I had two kids having two procedures...appointments were at 2 and 2:30. We were leaving the parking lot by 2:30.

I have 3 boys that are seen by Dr. Thomas. They are all very different personalities with one being a nervous wreck at the dentist. Dr. Thomas couldnt be a better Dr. We have had nightmare visits where we couldnt get him to lay down for a cleaning and Dr. Thomas patience was unbelievable. Hes the nicest Dr. you could ever ask for for your children. The other 2 love him very much and have yet to fear going to the dentist, which says everything you need to know.
