I love Legacy Dental! I’ve been a patient ever since I can remember. Karen is a great dental hygienist. She is smart, passionate about her job, and has a great personality! She takes her time to make sure she does the best job she can to care for your teeth! Dr. Grabiel and Dr. Kim are so warm and friendly! I 100% trust them to take great care of my teeth! My husband also goes here now and we couldn’t be happier! The ladies at the desk are also wonderful!

Dr. Raymond Kim, DDS is dedicated to his craft as a qualified and professional dentist. He took me on as a new patient during the pandemic. Their COVID-19 protocols are in place and practiced consistently. He is extremely skilled when it comes to his craft when working on teeth. He is very detail oriented and thorough. He has completed 2 dental issues and I am very pleased with his work. As a dentist Dr. Kim is extremely efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and personal with his patients. You can trust him as a dentist.

My first time here was awesome! Everybody was very friendly and welcoming. I had a very thorough first patient exam and they were able to schedule me the following week for a cleaning. I had a great conversation with Dr. Kim and he explained all of the x-rays of my teeth and what things meant as he was reviewing them on screen in front of me. I’m looking forward to my cleaning this week and am excited to have found a great dentist.

Doctor was very nice, as was the hygienist.My only complaint, was that they had me scheduled for an entire hour with the dentist (prior to the cleaning) to review my health history and initial dental exam. I had emailed all of my history forms weeks prior, so they should have seen I had no dental complaints/issues and am very healthy. I was done with Dr. Kim after about 20 minutes. He did apologize that they scheduled too long, but then I waited quite sometime for my cleaning.I plan on returning, as that is only a minor issue. I assume next time will be smoother.

I recently moved to Birmingham so I needed a new dentist. In recent years I have had some not so great experiences with other dentists so I did a lot of research before selecting this office.The staff were all very friendly and helpful and Dr. Kim was professional, attentive, and actively listened to my concerns. During the appt. I also appreciated that he took the time to walk me through what he was doing and why.In all very grateful to have found this office and would highly recommend them.

My visits start with a wonderful staff who make you feel comfortable during these times. They are disciplined to make sure everyone that visits stays healthy. I have had both Drs and they are informative and great to work withI am new to the area and very pleased with my new dentist office!

I visited Legacy Dental for my teeth cleaning. Karen did an exceptional job! I was very impressed with the COVID protocol, felt safe and appreciated.

I originally went to Legacy Dental a few years ago to get a referral to an oral surgeon for wisdom tooth removal. They understood I was low on funds and had limited insurance, so they worked with me to give me the best service without requiring or pushing me to pay for additional, unneeded services. They were so great that I now go to them regularly for check-ups and all dentistry needs. Reception is always so kind and welcoming, the hygienists truly care about their patients (Patty was so sweet!), and Dr. Kim is knowledgeable and understanding. I would recommend Legacy Dental to anyone looking for a respectable office with great service!

I felt that every possible effort was made to insure that I was well before I was allowed to enter the office. All staff were masked and I was one of very few patients in the office overall.

What can I say, other than before then I was terrified of visiting a dentist, and their staff took all the pain and anguish out of it? I was always treated with great care and respect, and never once I had to go back to fix something that hadnt been done right. I never felt like I was being offered treatments that were not needed, and I was kept in the decision loop at every step of the way. Big thumbs up to the whole staff!

Dr Kim was fantastic, legacy Dental were able to fit me in the same day I cold called as a new patient with severe toothache.Robin quickly and painlessly diagnoses the problem and Dr Kim cleaned the affected area and made me much more comfortable.I’m a nervous patient and I was put at my ease within seconds.

My post covid19 lockdown visit to the dentist was a piece of cake. I reported of my arrival for the appointment, was told to come up to the office, was met by a staff member who took my vitals and temp. Was given the questionnaire to complete and sign. Then proceeded to a designated seating area to wait. Within a few minutes I was sitting in the dental chair with staff appropriately garbed and PPEs in place.

Extremely friendly staff it’s always a great experience. I work a 9-5 job so always very mindful of my time which is much appreciated.

Proper precautions were taken for COVID-19 when I went in for my cleaning, including a checkpoint when I arrived where they took temperature, oxygen levels and blood pressure. They’re always thorough and friendly, and the text reminders for appointments are helpful!
