I have been a patient with Baldone Family Dentistry for many years and have always been happy with the care provided by Dr Charles Baldone and his staff. I drive past many closer dentists to get to him and will continue to do so because the care is so good.

I have had multiple appointments with Dr. Baldone over the last few months. Two were related to crowns and 3 were related to a device he made for me for sleep apnea. He is remarkable! Pleasant, competent, professional...and seems to have the latest technology. Plus, every member of his staff is OUTSTANDING!

Nice people, generally. However, when I try to schedule an appointment for cleaning. They start asking a lot of questions and essentially refuse my request. I dont understand.

Friendly staff, clean (newly remodeled!) office space & no pressure.I LOVE how they dont try to sell you a bunch of cosmetic services like tooth whitening and/or orthodontics. Baldone has these things available, and will sell them to you if you are interested, but the staff doesnt tell you that you need them like my last dentist.I also LOVE that they didnt try to pressure me, as the patient, into having tons of work done now.Previously I went to a dentist in Crestline (who shall remain nameless). Every appointment she said I needed to have some major thing done, I fell for it 2 times, and then got the feeling that she was just replacing things to improve her own bottom line. 5 years ago she told me I needed to have a crown on a tooth because the filling was shot...at this point I went to Baldone for a second opinion.Charles said my teeth were fine. While a few fillings might need replacement in the distant future, there was nothing I needed to have done immediately.That was 5 years ago & I still have the same tooth & filling - without a crown. The 2 fillings I just had replaced were the first major work Ive had since I started seeing him.I did buy tooth whitening, and it worked, but just for me. Not from pressure.Great place! Friendly Staff! No pressure! Just honest, straight-forward dentistry.When my son grows out of pediatric dentists, hell go to Charles Baldone too!
