My teeth have been my biggest insecurity since 3rd grade when I broke a permanent tooth and was given a crown to repair it. 18 years later, I came to Saad Oral Health with four crowns, dark looking gums, and wearing braces. I had no idea that I could even have a nice smile until they explained to me in detail how I would be able to achieve the results I desired. While I initially met with Dr. Ali Saad who was very kind and explained things in immense detail, I completed my work with Dr. Mohamed Saad (so thankful for his time flexibility!). Dr. Mohamed went above and beyond to ensure I loved my teeth. I was referred to do crown lengthening and was then given the most perfect porcelain veneers and had my teeth whitened to the lightest (and most natural) white I had ever seen on teeth. Having nice teeth (when you arent born with them), is a journey. And they were there for me every step of the way. As indecisive and picky as I was about this process, Dr. Mohamed stuck with me and provided unwavering support. A huge thank you to Sophia who helped throughout the entire process. Her big heart, empathy, and care truly made my experience unlike one Ive had before. I felt truly cared for at this dental office, like having an older brother and sister expertly suggest their opinions. I left with a beautiful smile and luckily, became engaged two days later! I have been going to their dentist my entire life and was recently in for some cavity fillings and the doctor and dental hygienist were so amazing. I have been coming to Saad for several years and I have had the most pleasant experiences every time. The staff truly cares about not just me but all of their patients. I had an extremely pleasant experience at Saad oral health and beauty, I definitely would recommend this place 10 out 10. I went there to get my tooth extracted (the tooth that I had a root canal surgery on before, which makes it difficult to extract) and Dr. Thomas and Amanda took great care of me, they were very patient, caring and transparent.

Dr Al-Rawi and her assistant Michelle worked on two crowns for me. They were very professional, kind and checked in with me often to be sure I was fine. I came to Dr.Ali Saad with a complicated case, one could almost say botched. It presented challenges that my previous dentist had given up on. I am beyond grateful that he choose to take my case despite the challenges it presented.From the beginning he consulted with those outside of his field, such as a periodontist at UofM in order to make the most informed decisions for the case as a whole. He also holds valuable connections throughout the dental community in which he is highly regarded. For my experience, I could get into a periodontist within days, despite the office being booked out over a month after a quick phone call made by Dr. Ali. His passion for dentistry and desire to continue to learn in order to deliver the best results are beyond apparent.In my case specifically, he had come up with the idea to slim down my healing cap in order to allow my gums to come down. It was innovative, and it delivered great results.The atmosphere of the entire office is beyond uplifting. Every time I walked into the office, I was greeted by name with the biggest smiles and offered something to drink while I waited. Dr.Saad’s dental assistant Sophia was also amazing and together they worked with impressive synchronicity. The results they delivered were beyond my expectations. I have recently moved to Connecticut, but I will continue to have Dr. Ali Saad as my dentist.

Having veneers put on felt life changing. Ive always wanted whiter teeth but never considered it. Not until I found the confidence in Dr. Roa that is. I had a very negative bad experience with Dr. Saad. I needed teeth work done where I took the mirror to look at my teeth to show the areas I wanted corrected. Dr. Saad told me not to look too close at the mirror and to look farther away at my teeth. How does that make sense? It was a very bad experience which was most upsetting. You have to look close at your teeth and be very detailed oriented. I am not going to look at my teeth farther away to explain the issues I need worked on.

Such a great experience at Saad dental. Dr. Roua and Michelle are professional, honest, knowledgeable and fun to work with, which is a rare find for a visit to the dentist. I’d highly recommend coming to this office for your dental care, cosmetic or otherwise. They’ll answer all of your questions and help make sure you’re comfortable with the plan before they get started working on your teeth. Also, the neck pillow they provided was a game changer for my experience. Lol

I’ve been coming to Saad Dental for 5+ years for my regular check-ups/cleanings and a few procedures and can honestly say they’re the best I’ve ever been to. Staff (including Heather!) and doctors are super professional and friendly, and I always feel at ease despite my fear of dentists.

Saad Oral Health and Beauty have taken Dental services to whole new level. Experience with staff is like being with family. As an engineer, I appreciate the importance of giving attention to detail, they give extra emphasis to making sure you leave with all your concerns answered and/or treated. Today’s cleaning was with Maureen and she was awesome both in skill and personality. Completed a routine cleaning but felt like a detailed car wash. The Saad brothers Dr’s Ali and Mohamed are so classy and professional. There success is rooted from their passion on proven results giving all patients Hollywood smiles.

Best dental office I have ever been to. The staff is very friendly and fun to be around. I had both cleaning and fillings done in one day and under 2 hours. Dr. Thomas and the assistant Amanda worked on my fillings and they worked fast, efficient and clean. They both were great with the details and made sure I was as comfortable as possible, which I was. Daaid is the hygienist who did my cleaning and she was fun and fast. I had a great time overall with them and I would highly recommend choosing them.

A very friendly dental office and staff always greets patients cheerfully. He removed an old filling in my wisdom tooth and replaced it with a modern day filling and my anticipation of a rough go was not realized! Painless and pleasant. Writing this review has posed a great challenge for me; I feel utterly inadequate in describing the depth of gratitude I have for Dr. Ali and his staff at SAAD Oral Health & Beauty of Birmingham. Im in my mid-40s and had spent the last 26 years of my life - more than HALF of my life - with the BEFORE dental work (see photo). Side note (In my defense), I was a minor and did not have a choice in who worked on me originally.Clearly, the dental work was bad. Really bad. This disaster was a result of a very traumatic event in my teens and over the years each time I wanted to fix my dental work I was taken back to that day. I associated the dental experience with the traumatic event and couldnt seem to separate the two. I had NO IDEA how much unprocessed emotional trauma could be held in the body - in the TEETH - even years later. But, Dr. Ali knew. And, Ill be forever grateful to him for not rushing the entire process, for taking his time to ensure that the outcome was the best possible for me both emotionally and physically.And WOW - I actually smile now! My friends that Ive had for decades are like I had no idea you even HAD teeth (because I NEVER smiled with teeth - EVER). And, I feel as if a giant weight has been lifted from me too. I have newfound freedom.If youre reading this review youre probably in the research phase (been there, done that!) to determine if hes the guy you want to go with...HE IS. I promise you, HE IS. I can save you the trouble...look no further.If you are unhappy with your smile - no matter how bad you think it is...I STRONGLY encourage you to schedule a consultation with Dr. Ali.

I hadn’t been to a dentist in years and was really apprehensive about the whole process.Within moments of meeting Dr. Hannoodi, all my anxiety was put to ease. Amazing dentist and dentistry - love this doctor and appreciate the quality of the work

My experience was unpleasant - Just came for a whitening consultation. When I had the consultation they pushed me to have x-rays, and to switch to them as my dentist. Dr. Sara Hannoodi was telling that I have to have porcelain veneers of all my front teeth and Invisalign. Crazy how she pushed and tried to up sell it for healthy teeth. When I later came for my appointment, I read in the consent papers I can’t because of nursing. They never told me this when I did the consultation even though I told them I was nursing at that time. So it was a waste of my time and money. Avoid Dr. Sara Hannoodi.

I just started going to the Saad Dental Group and refuse to go anywhere else. I was first referred to this practice by another dentist for porcelain veneers. Dr. Ali Saad is the only dentist I trust to work on my teeth. He is a very well known and respected dentist. I feel so welcomed by their team. We are lucky to have him here in Michigan.

I’ve been coming in for checkups/cleanings for years. I’m always treated nicely and impressed with the personal ability of everyone in the office. After being out for a couple years while moving out of state I recently returned and was impressed that everyone could remember who I was with such detail. Dr Saad will do great dental work and treat you like more than just a patient. Highly recommend to anyone looking for dental work!

Dr. Saad, Maureen, and all the office staff were incredible! After moving and looking for a dentist for three years, they took care of me and brought my teeth back to be bright, healthy and white! They seem to genuinely care how your doing and whats new in your life. Dr. Mohammad replaced a crown for me recently. He walked me through the entire procedure and made sure I was always comfortable. He told me what to expect after we were done and to call if I needed anything. His assistant Ashley was awesome too. Warm, friendly...it was a great experience....and truthfully, sitting in any dentist chair is hard for me to do! But Dr. Saad made it memorable in the best possible way.Thank you all Team Saad!!

Its hard to not think of the people at this office as family. They take such good care of me, extra special treatment but I am certain they do this for all, comes so naturally. I truly do not enjoy going to the dentist but I love going to Saad dental group because they are the most priceless group around. I live about an hour away with traffic, I pass a lot of dentist offices the entire way, including 3 within walking distance and as much as I think of going closer to home, I travel all that way because of the exceptional dental care they give me and the wonderful bedside manner each and everyone has. presently Dr. Roua takes care of me and now she is mine for life, her dental assistant, Amanda, is the perfect match to make the two of them an outstanding team.
